Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the influence of price earning ratio, financial risk and stock liquidity towards stock return. The research carried out by the qualitative and quantitative methods. The data gathered based on secondary data publicated by Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). The sample used in this research are of property sub-sector and real estate recorded in Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). During the period of 2009-2012, the samples obtained in 4 years period of research from 10 companies amounting to 40 data samples. The result gained from the research showing that stock return influence by the variabel of Price Earning Ratio and Trading Volume Activity, but not by Debt To Equity Ratio. In all together (simultaneously), the stock return influence by Price Earning Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio and Trading Volume Activity.   Key Words: Price Earning Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Trading Volume Activity and stock return

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the factors that affect the motivation of employees working in the area of property management (BPBMD) Secretariat Pontianak City.The method used in this research is Descriptive research method with survey forms and all employees of the research object BPBMD Secretariat Pontianak City totaling 30 people. To know the factors that influencing motivation officer job, then the technique of data analysis using Analysis Descriptive Statistics as tool its analysis. Variables studied consisted of salaries, work environment, labor relations, supervision, reward/praise, and the work itself.Of the results of this study can be seen that the salaries, work environment, labor relations, supervision, reward/praise, and the work itself are all factors that influence on employee motivation. This is because the high motivation that caused the company can develop, direct, and approaches or relationships between superiors and subordinates are very  good. Therefore, the company should look and promotes the interests of employees in order to increase the company’s goals. Keywords : work motivation

Abstract

This research aimed to known the effect of work stress and job motivation on employee performance. The research was conduct at Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. This research was designed as an descrptive and causal. The method of data collection is conducted by  questionaire and interview. The population of this research is all employee of Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Barat which amounted to 90 people, and the number of samples that used is 89 people. The analysis technique used multiple linier regression analysis and equipped with validity, reliability, normality, relevant, heterokedasity test and t-test.  Data is proccesed by SPSS version 21.  Based on statistical test, showed that work stress have significant effect on employee performance and job motivation have significant effect on employee performance Keywords : work stress, job motivation and employee performance.

Abstract

This study directed to analyze the formation of optimal portfolio shares in the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the period from 2009 to 2013. The sample in this study using an active stock by frequency trade transactions and respectively dividend payment by the company during the period 2009-2013 by using single index model method. The purpose of this study was to know the shares of LQ 45 which can be used as forming an optimal portfolio and how much the proportion of funds, determine the magnitude of expected return and risk of the portfolio that is formed and to know the difference between incoming return portfolio candidateswith that who do not make the candidate portfolios. This research is descriptive with quantitative approach. The data used is secondary data analysis of the data using Single Index Model application. Results of the analysis in this study has selected 10 shares of LQ 45 which is forming an optimal portfolio and the proportion is as follows INDF at 6.59%, KLBF amounted to 7.09%, BII amounted to 7,77%, INTP amounted to 9.63% , ADRO by 10.05%, amounting to 10.26% JSMR, ASII of 10.50%, amounting to 10.87% ITMG, BMRI amounted to 12.13%, and amounted to 15.11% SMGR. Single Index optimal portfolio based on this model provides a portfolio of 0.582708 expectations or 58.27%., While for the risk of the portfolio is formed by 0.324522, or 32.45%. From the test results raised the hypothesis that it can be concluded that appear between stock returns candidates who entered the portfolio with stock returns that do not make the candidate portfolio paddock there is a difference significant value of 5% (0,231>0,50),then the investor should choose stocks included in candidate portfolio. Investors should be using Single Index Model because it can obtain the expected return with the lowest return and investors who invest in stocks should perform on several stock diversification to reduce risk. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), the quality of the arguments, and the credibility of sources in media buying interest Kaskus against android smartphone series on Kaskus Region media members in West Kalimantan (RKB) who has made a purchase android smartphone series (Samsung, Oppo, Sony and Lenovo) through a communication made in the media Kaskus. This study using purposive sampling method, which have been as many as 100. The analysis technique used is to do a T test and F test using SPSS 15.0 veri. Data processing of test results showed that the T of each variable E-WOM, Quality argument, and the credibility of the source of the interest in the purchase of android smartphone series in the media Kaskus on Kaksus member RKB only argument Quality variable (X2) that there is no influence positive relationship Interests significantly to Buy (Y) mediated Android Smartphone Kaskus RKB because tcount (.831) smaller than the value ttable (1984). Through the coefficient of determination (R2) of the F test results in all the variables studied only has the effect of 23.5% against the interest Buy, then there is still 76.5% of other factors not examined in this study that may affect the buying interest in the media Kaskus RKB.   Keywords: electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), quality of the arguments, and the credibility of the source, and interest in purchasing

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of investment decisions, financing decisions, and dividend policy to firm value  on against either partially or simultaneously on the company’s listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2013. Samples of this research were the company’s listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2013, according tothe required criteria as many as 23 companies. Variables examined include investment decisions (tottal asset growth) , financing decisions (debt to equity ratio) and   dividend policy (divident payout ratio) as independent variables and firm value (Tobin’s Q) as dependent variable. Data obtained through secondary data from IDX and analyzed using multiple regression. The results of the testing showed that a hypothetical simultaneous investment decisions (tottal asset growth) , financing decisions (debt to equity ratio) and  dividend policy (divident payout ratio) affect didn't significant on firm value (tobin’s) with a significance level of 0,000 < 0,05. Partially suggests that , financing decisions (debt to equity ratio) and dividend policy  (divident payout ratio) have significant effect on  firm value (Tobin’s Q) with a significance level of 0,002 and 0,000 smaller than 0,05. investment decisions (tottal asset growth) didn’t have significantly effect on firm value (Tobin’s Q) with a significance level 0,440>0,005.   Keywords : investment decisions (tottal asset growth) , financing decisions (debt to equity ratio), dividend policy (divident payout ratio), firm value (Tobin’s)

Abstract

The results of this study found that there was no difference between stock returns and trading volume activity (TVA) companies entering grade A, B and C in the time before, during and after the announcement of the bond rating happened. Looked at the results of paired samples t-test and independent t-test that the probability value greater than 0.05 and T value was smaller than t table so H0 was accepted. This means that the market reacts to changes in the ordinary course rating of the bonds and not excessive speculation. Looked that normal return always appear around the announcement date and shows that the announcement of bond rating does not contain meaningful information for investors. Abstract

The importance of value creation within a product or service has always been a great concern among the companies around the world. For some reasons, it affects the buyers’ perception on how they see a product before they buy. Therefore, perceived value is an important marketing concept that deals solely with the customer perception of a product. Perceived value is a consolidated measure because it takes into account subjective perception with limits placed on it by price and other subjective costs. A great deal of study on perceived value dimensions has been developed in order to measure the buyers’ perception towards products and services. This paper aims to examine the pre-purchase behavior by measuring effect on one of perceived value dimensions that covers emotional value, social value, functional value and perceived price on customer attitude and purchase intention. The research used the quantitative analysis research with the object of Nike sport shoes product in Pontianak and used the sample of 100 respondents in Pontianak by using the survey questionnaire as a guide. Data was analyzed with path analysis. The result shows that all the dimensions of perceived value have the positive and significant influence on customer attitude and purchase intention where emotional and functional value have the largest contribution, followed by social value and perceived price as the lowest contributors. Variable of customer attitude have a positive and significance towards purchase intention with a high contribution of more than 50%.   Keywords:   Emotional Value, Social Value, Functional Value, Perceived Price, Customer Attitude, Purchase intention

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruhmotivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kubu Raya.Penelitian ini merupakan tipe penelitian penjelasan, karena penelitian ini bermaksudmenjelaskan variabel-variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis yang telah dirumuskansebelumnya. Populasi penelitian ini adalah PNS di lingkungan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kubu Raya yang berjumlah 59 orang, dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 58 orang. Data di analisis dengan menggunakan analisa regresi linierberganda.  Hasil penelitian membuktikan hasil uji secara parsial antara variabel-variabelfaktor Motivasi (X1), Disiplin Kerja (X) terhadap Kinerja (Y) adalah sebagai berikut :Secara parsial nilai t hitung2 variabel Motivasi (X1) sebesar 2,308 dan t  sebesar 1,980sehingga t hitung lebih besar dari t tabeltabel yaitu 2,308 > 1,980. Maka dapat disimpulkanbahwa pada penelitian ini variabel Motivasi (X) secara parsial merupakan faktoryang berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja (Y). Secara parsial nilai t 1 variabel DisiplinKerja (X2) sebesar 4,837dan t tabel sebesar 1,980 sehingga t hitunghitung lebih besar dari t yaitu 4,837 > 1,980. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada penelitian ini DisiplinKerja (X) secara parsial merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap Kinerja(Y).Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Kinerja

Abstract

Disiplin kerja adalah sikap dan prilaku seorang karyawan yang diwujudkan dalam bentuk kesediaan seorang karyawan dengan penuh kesadaran, dan ketulus ikhlasan atau dengan tanpa paksaan untuk mematuhi dan melaksanakan seluruh peraturan dan kebijaksanaan perusahan didalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab sebagai upaya memberi sumbangan maksimal dalam pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor disiplin kerja karyawan pada koperasi PT. Angkasa Pura II Bandara Supadio Pontianakyang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 59 karyawan koperasi PT. Angkasa Pura II Bandara Supadio Pontianak. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif. Menggunakan teknik analisis faktor, diperoleh 8 yang menentukan disiplin kerja karyawan pada koperasi PT. Angkasa Pura II Bandara Supadio Pontianak . Kedelapan faktor tersebut adalah faktor tujuan dan kemampuan, faktor teladan pimpinan, faktor balas jasa, faktor keadilan, faktor pengawasan melekat, faktor sanksi hukuman, faktor ketegasan, faktor hubungan kemanusian.Analisis faktor yang mendominasi dalam menentukan disiplin kerja karyawan pada koperasi PT. Angkasa Pura II Bandara Supadio Pontianak adalah faktor disiplin kerja (ketepatan waktu, taat pada peraturan dan tanggung jawab) dengan produktivitas tenaga kerja. Kata Kunci: Faktor-faktor disiplin kerja
