Abstract

Capital markets as a way for investors to invest their funds to various sectors of the company that are considered to have good prospects. One form of investment favored by investors is investing stock. The investors who will purchase shares in capital market will do various analyzes both the internal factors and external factors before taking any investment decisions. This is intended that the investments can give  profit to investors. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the effects of inflation, interest rates, Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Price to Book Value (PBV) of the retail company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Total population of these study was 22 companies and after passing through purposive sampling then it is obtained a total sample of 14 companies. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression to obtain a picture of the overall relationship between the variables. Based on the multiple linear regression analysis, t test research results show that the variable inflation has negative relation and not significant effect to the stock price. The variable interest rate  has positive  relation and not significant effect to the stock price. Variable earnings per share, price earnings ratio and price to book value have positive relation and significant effect to the stock price. Determination of test results showed that the variable inflation, interest rates, earnings per share, price earnings ratio and price-to-book value capable of influencing the sretail company’s stock price by 59% while the remaining 41% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kekuatan dan kelemahan yang dimiliki oleh KSP Insan Mandiri Pontianak dan untuk mengetahui peluang dan ancaman yang dihadapinya. Dengan kata lain, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keunggulan bersaing yang dimiliki KSP Insan Mandiri Pontianak dan penetapan strategi pemasaran yang akan digunakan disesuaikan dengan keunggulan bersaing yang dimilikinya tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analisis dengan objek penelitian adalah KSP Insan Mandiri Pontianak. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan in-depth interview kepada pihak-pihak yang berkompeten dengan kuesioner sebagai panduan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data kualitatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Matriks Evaluasi Faktor Eksternal (EFE), Matriks Evaluasi Faktor Internal (EFI), Matriks Internal - External (IE), Matriks Threats-Opportunities-Weaknesses-Strengths (TOWS) dan Matriks ANSOFF.   Kata Kunci : Keunggulan Bersaing, Strategi Pemasaran

Abstract

Customer satisfaction and customer loyalty are important parts of a business which should be maintained by company to keep their existence in market. Company should observe and evaluate market condition frequently because customer needs and wants are changing along with the development of technology. Customer expectation toward certain product or services is one of customer satisfaction indicator and satisfaction has effect on customer loyalty which determines whether customer will repurchase the same product or not. This paper aims to examine customer satisfaction influence on customer loyalty and willingness to pay. The research used quantitative analysis research with Samsung Smartphone in Pontianak as the research object and used the sample of 100 respondents in Pontianak by using questionnaire to collect the data.  Collected data were analyzed with path analysis by using SPSS 16.0. The result analysis shows that all the hypotheses have positive and significant influence. Customer satisfaction has positive and significant influence towards customer loyalty and willingness to pay and customer loyalty has positive and significant influence toward willingness to pay. There are two hypotheses with contribution more than 50% which are customer satisfaction influence loyalty and loyalty influence willingness to pay. The influence of customer satisfaction on willingness to pay is only contributing 33.9%. The influence of customer satisfaction on willingness to pay through customer loyalty resulted insignificant influence with contribution only 0.072%. This means customer satisfaction direct influence on willingness to pay is better than the indirect influence.   Keywords: customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, willingness to pay more
