Abstract

Investors that put their money by purchasing stock in the capital market will analyze the existing condition of companies in order that their investment can provide reasonable rate of return. Financial statement ratios can give information about the current condition of monetary health of the company. For investors, the financial safety factor of any company could be a consideration to investment choice, as this type of company is expected to give high-return for its investors. This study aims to analyze the effect of working capital turnover, long term debt to equity ratio, and return on equity on stock returns. Population in this study is food and beverages companies which are listed in BEI during 2009-2013, which were obtained from Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) and IDX (Indonesian Stock Exchanges) stock price information website (www.idx.co.id). By employing purposive sampling technique, the final sample obtained is 11 companies. The analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis. The result of analysis show that return on equity has a positive and significant impact on stock returns, while long term debt to equity ratio and working capital turnover respectively has a negativ and insignificant impact on stock returns. Abstract

The aim of this study is  to examine and analyze the influence of technical quality, functional quality and corporate image on customer satisfaction at SMK Kristen Immanuel 1 Pontianak. Population in this research is all students of batch 2013 and 2014 SMK Kristen Immanuel 1 Pontianak. The number of samples of this study are 100 students of batch 2013 and 2014. For data analysis, the writer uses multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination, the t-significance test. The error rate (significance) used in this study is 5%. Prior to the regression analysis, the writer also perform classic assumption test, so this research model is free from problems of multikolienaritas (correlations between variables) and the problem of data normality. All data analysis is performed using IBM SPSS version 20 program. Results of the study found (1) the technical quality has negative and does not have significant effect on satisfaction of Students of SMK Kristen Immanuel 1 Pontianak (2) the functional quality has positive and significant effect on satisfaction of Students of SMK Kristen Immanuel 1 Pontianak (3) the corporate image has positive and significant effect to the satisfaction of Students of SMK Kristen Immanuel 1 Pontianak. Abstract

The study is done with a view to analyze influence the quality of service, customer satisfaction with confidence PT. Pegadaian Cabang Pontianak and analyze influence the quality of service for customer satisfaction. The population of the research is all customers PT. Pegadaian Cabang Pontianak. Sample withdrawal used technique purposive sampling. The get as many as 100 respondents. Data collection method done with the questionnaire. The method of analysis research conducted it uses path analysis with a significantly by 5 %. The result showed that the partial quality of services and satisfaction influential positive and significant directly to trust customers. And quality of services influential positive and significantly to customer satisfaction. The conclusion of research is when quality of services and satisfaction applied increased, then trust customers is increased. Advice to researchers next to stay consider variabel quality of services and satisfaction as factor forming trust customers. Abstract

Industri perbankan syariah mampu menunjukkan akselerasi pertumbuhan yang tinggi dengan rata-rata sebesar 40% per tahun dalam lima tahun terakhir (2006-2013), sementara rata-rata pertumbuhan perbankan nasional hanya sebesar 17% pertahun sehingga dijuluki the fastest growing industry. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), BOPO,  Non Performing Financing (NPF) dan Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) pada Perbankan Syariah di Indonesia Tahun 2006-2013. Metode penulisan dalam skripsi ini adalah metode studi kasus dan alat analisanya adalah dengan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian menyimpulkan sebagai berikut: 1) Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan CAR terhadap ROA. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai signifikansi < taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 (0,099 > 0,05), 2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan BOPO terhadap ROA. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai signifikansi < taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05), 3) Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan NPF terhadap ROA. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai signifikansi > taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 (0,141 > 0,05) dan 4) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan FDR terhadap ROA. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai signifikansi < taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 (0,001 < 0,05).   Kata Kunci: CAR, BOPO, NPF, FDR, Return On Asset (ROA)

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Karakteristik Pekerjaan dan Kepribadian Pegawai Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Mempawah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Mempawah sebanyak 20 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Mempawah yang berjumlah 20 orang. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh (sensus). Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis secara kualitatif yaitu dengan melihat jawaban dari responden melalui kuisioner yang telah disebarkan, kemudian dikelompokkan menurut jenisnya masing-masing.Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa Karakteristik Pekerjaan dan Kepribadian Pegawai Badan Pusat Statisik Kabupaten Mempawah dengan nilai rata-rata masing-masing 4,1 dan 4,13 yang berada pada interval 3,40-4,19. Hal ini dapat dikatakan karakteristik pekerjaan dan kepribadian pegawai di Badan Pusat Statistik di Kabupaten Mempawah itu Baik.Kata Kunci : Karakteristik Pekerjaan, Kepribadian Pegawai

Abstract

Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  pengaruh  Good Corporate Governance terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Good Corporate Governance menggunakan empat variabel yaitu Kepemilikan Manajerial, Dewan Komisaris Independen, Dewan Direksi dan Komite Audit. Pengukuran Nilai Perusahaan diproksi oleh rasio Tobins Q.   Penelitian ini menggunakan data empiris dari indeks LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) untuk periode 2010-2013. populasi  dalam  penelitian  berjumlah  45 perusahaan  dan setelah  dilakukan  pemilihan  sampel  dengan  tehnik  purposive sampling diperoleh  14  perusahaan  yang  akan  digunakan  sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Dengan melalui uji asumsi klasik seperti  Uji  Normalitas, Uji Linieritas,   Uji  Mutikolonieritas,  Uji Heteroskedastisitas,  dan  Uji  Autokorelasi.    Dan  Pengujian Hipotesis  dengan  menggunakan  analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dengan metode regresi berganda dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa Good Corporate Governace yang di proksi oleh dewan komisaris independen berpengaruh signnifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Variabel lainnya yaitu kepemilikan manajerial, dewan direksi, dan komite audit tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci : Good Corporate Governance, kepemilikan manajerial, dewan komisaris independen, dewan direksi, komite audit, nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

The research was conducted at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak, using situational leadership and job motivation as the independent variables, and performance as the dependent variable. This research aimed to evaluate and analyze the influences of situational leadership on the performance of the teachers at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak, and the influences of job motivation on the performance teachers at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak. The population in this research included 54 teachers at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak. The sources of data were both primary data and secondary data. The primary data were collected through interviews and questionnaires distributed to a sample/respondents of the research. The secondary data were collected from the documentation and literature reviews, and research related to the research materials.SPSS version 16,00 was used as a tool to analyze the data. This research used a desciptive and causal method.The techniques used to test the data in the research included validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test and double linear regression analysis. The research findings indicated that situational leadership and job motivation had a positive and significant influence on the performance of the teachers at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak, with an influence of 314,037. Situational leadership had a positive and significant influence on the teachers performance, with an influence of 2,288. Job motivation had a positive and significant influence on the teachers performance, with an influence of 8,124.Based on the findings it can be concluded that the situational leadership and job motivation contributed significantly to the performance of teachers at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak. Abstract

In recent years, automotive companies and its component had been increased significanly.. The growth of automotive sector attracts more investors to make investment, because the stock return for automotive sector has been steadely increasing every year. There are many factors affecting stock return , such as internal and external factors as well. This research is done to study internal factors to predict stock return such as  Profitability, Growth Opportunity, and Financial Risk. Population of this study was all the firms of automotive sub sector which are listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange for the periods 2010-2014. Sample was then  selected employing the purposive sampling technics, resulting  in 12 companies. Results in this study show that Profitability, measured by Return on Asset, affected  negativly and insignificantly on stock return in automative sector, whereas growth opportunity which was proxied by price to book value had positive and significant effect on stock return. At last,  financial risk proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio influenced positively but insignificant effect on stock return. Abstract

This research aimed to find out the influence of supervision on the teachers’ performance. The research was carried out the Bina Mulia Elementary School, Sub-district of Southeast Pontianak. This is a descriptive and causal study. The techniques used for data collection were literature study, questionnaires, and observations. The population was all the elementary school teachers of Bina Mulia, Sub-district of Southeast Pontianak with a total of 42 people and 35 of them were the sample. The data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression together with the validity, reliability, normality, linearity tests, and the t-test. The collected data were then processed using SPSS software version 17.0. Based on statistical tests conducted, it was revealed that supervision variable had a significant influence on the performance of the teachers at the Bina Mulia Elementary School, Sub-district of Southeast Pontianak. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan, Koperasi dan Usaha, Kecil Menengah, Pertambangan dan Energi (PERINDAGKOPTAMBEN) Kabupaten Mempawah di Mempawah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada pegawai Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan, Koperasi dan UKM, Pertambangan dan Energi Kabupaten Mempawah di Mempawah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif bentuk deskriptif. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 48 orang dan menggunakan teknik sensus dalam pemilihan  sampel penelitian. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode angket dengan skala likert dan dokumentasi. Uji persyaratan  analisis menggunakan uji normalitas, uji linieritas, uji heteroskodastistas, dan uji multikolinieritas. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS v.16.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan, Koperasi dan UKM, Pertambangan dan Energi Kabupaten Mempawah, dan variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan, Koperasi dan UKM, Pertambangan dan Energi Kabupaten Mempawah. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai
