Abstract

ABSTRACT: Employee performance ofgovernment agencies greatly effects their goodor bad service and the performance of theirwork. Surely any government agency willexpect all employees to perform well in theirwork. Within this paper, an application will bemade that is expected to help and support theirperformance. This application is functioned tosend notifications of information in real time, tomonitor, take action and to send an alertnotification to the desired employees and is alsoin realtime. Information sent is in the form ofannouncements of events, meetings, and otheractivities while monitoring, and warnings willbe made to employees from their work on thereport in order to complete the task on time andto employees that have a lot of work absencies.In addition, this application also has a functionthat allows the head office dispose of hissubordinates. This application uses GoogleCloud Messaging (GCM) to send notificationsof information and warnings. In order so thenotification and warning information is sent inreal time can be easily accessed, the applicationis made on Android-based mobile devices withthe information and warnings sent is done bythe Webservice-based application as anapplication server, so the notification andwarning information will be sent as soon asthere is internet connection. Based on testresults, the application is already running wellon android based mobile devices withinformation and warnings sent by the server caneither be sent in real time manually orautomatically.

Abstract

ABSTRACT - In the technology era like nowadays, the people has started to change the old system into the computerized system in order to create more effective and efficient works, that’s why the company needs an information system that can support attendance and salary system well. Here, there is a solution that will be given by designing and applying an attendance and salary information system that’s computerized, integrated with fingerprinting, and interfacing for the database and application according to the company’s needs. The research methodology that’s used is PIECES method, this method identifies the problem by doing an analysis to the performances, economy, control, efficiency, and services at the old system. Then, we can finally find the problems from the analysis. The result that’s achieved is an attendance and salary’s information system that is useful for the company and also gives the services to the administrator and employee well. The conclusions from this research are this system becomes a solution for the company for giving the great services to the owner and general manager in managing the attendance and salary datas, this system also gives the service to employees for the personal attendance and salary informations in real time and transparent, with the PIECES method the writer can find the answers for the existing problems in the company. In the respondent’s testing results for the new system by using Likert’s Summated Rating method (LSR), the writer gets 2576 score from the rating’s result and by the rating’s scale, the score 2576 is between the scale 2520 < score < 3150 and it indicates that the new system is successful rated.

Abstract

ABSTRACT - Virtual Reality is atechnology that makes people as if can beinteract with an environment and see thereal shape of three-dimensional (3D) withthe computer device, and obtain theinformation from the object in laboratoriesof Engineering Faculty of TanjungpuraUniversity. The laboratories are growingalong with the development of theEngineering Faculty. The studentscandidate needed a web-based applicationthat can be directly help students andpublic in finding out the information aboutthe Engineering Faculty through the realpictures of the laboratories. Thisapplication was designed for public byusing various testing namely testing ofvalidity and testing of the questionnaireusing Likert Scale. The value result ofvalidity testing by three experts consistedof three aspects. The first aspect is contentaspect. It was 79.99; the second istechnical aspects. It was 82.91 and thethird is presentation aspects; it was 79.99.The mean score was 80.89. It can beconcluded that the results of validationapplication by three experts categorizedinto good. The questionnaires weredistributed for test user permission andadmin. Then the results of datainterpretation were showed in Likert Scale.From 35 user’s permissions respondents,the value was 49.4 categorized into verygood. From 7 admins respondents, thevalue was 28.83 categorized into excellent.From these tests, it can be concluded thatthe Application of Virtual RealityLaboratory of the Engineering Faculty ofTanjungpura University (Virlab) wasfeasible to be implemented.

Abstract

In order to improve the quality of teachers and education personnel and reward to the professionalism of teachers and lecturers then organized activities aimed at motivating teachers to improve their competence, one of which is make an elections competition outstanding teachers that represent each school where the teacher is teaching. In this outstanding teacher assessment process required criteria and sub-criteria that have been determined by Pontianak City Department of Education. The criteria and sub-criteria used in the selection of outstanding teachers refer to the technical manual selection of teachers, principals and school superintendents and chief achievement and special education teachers / pk dedicated in 2014. Decision Support System designed by combining AHP and Promethee to help those who are entitled to give a decision for each participant selection of teachers. In the decision support system designed performed two types of testing, which is the first to compare the combination of AHP and Promethee, AHP itself, Promethee itself and the second some user feedback through User Acceptance Test (UAT). From the results of the comparison method, the AHP, Promethee, and AHP-Promethee method the result is approached from the manual assessment is AHP-Promethee (method contained in the Decision Support System). Based User Acceptance Test, it can be concluded that the Decision Support System designed assessed successfully demonstrated with an average value of 85.316% for the administrator level, 86.278% to the level of the jury, and 85.743% for the level of participants.

Abstract

Abstrack- Cemara drugstore has been managing drugs sales transactions and monthly reports manually that takes a long time in operational. This problem can be solved by developing drugstore information system management. The System is implemented by using a PHP programming and database MySQL. The function of drugstore information system management is to manage the drugstore in recording drug sales transaction, drug purchases transaction, returns transaction, addition of drug data, addition of employeers, addition of supplier data, addition of doctor data, addition of physician data and composing monthly reports. The drugstore information system management and database make the managements control easier in Cemara drugstore. By testing calculations using a borang that is measured with Likert's scale Summated Rating (LSR) produce a level of success with a percentage of 98.33% on SIMANTEK implemented in Cemara drugstore.

Abstract

Web service is a software system designed to support machine to machine interaction over a network. Advantages offered in the web service is the ability to perform communication between different systems of database and servers. In a university course, there are a variety of web-based services. By using web services, data synchronization between the service will be easy to do. Therefore web service implemented as a supporting media content management Tanjungpura University portal. Web service is implemented in terms of news management and implementation of SSO (Single Sign On). In the news management, with the implementation of web service, the news contained in the Tanjungpura University portal not only from the portal database itself but also can be derived from the database of faculty websites and websites that are in the Tanjungpura University environment. While the SSO implementation, with the implementation of web service users can use the Tanjungpura University services simply by doing one-time login process. From the analysis of the test results it can be concluded that the web service has been successfully applied as supporting media news management, web services has been successfully applied as a supporting media single sign-on system, and the whole system has been implemented properly.

Abstract

Abstract - Natural Resources is one of the factors which are crucial to developing the potential of the region. The development of natural resources should be one of the priorities for regional development. Therefore, research is needed to support and maximize the development of the area of natural resources. The potential development of natural resources is essentially determined by the nature of the physical environment with the parameters determining the potential land based on several indicators. The purpose of this research is to design and build a system for land use of natural resources by applying the Profile Matching method, so as to provide information about a potential priority natural resources, as well as the types of natural resources appropriate for the area. Profile Matching itself is an important concept in decision-making based on ranking. Profile Matching produce information in the form of a value and that value will be used in the comparison of the value of the existing indicators. So the end result of managing spatial data systems and tabular areas of natural resources and their types of natural resources potential in Kubu Raya which is displayed in the form of maps (spatial data) in a geographic information system. Based on analysis of the system, it is known that the indicator most influence in determining the location of natural resources is an indicator of soil pH, fertility and moisture content for this type of agricultural natural resources. For the type of fishery resources, the indicator which greatly affects is water pH, water temperature, dissolved oxygen and salinity. As for the types of plantation natural resources, the indicator that most affect is the texture of the soil, peat thickness and slope, thus ranking the scores can be seen and it can be seen that the district that has the most priority village natural resources is subdistrict Sungai Raya, Sungai Kakap, Batu Ampar, dan Sungai Ambawang.
