Abstract

The problem in this research is: How does the ability to influence employee performance at the West Medan Pratama Tax Office. How does the influence of the work environment on employee performance. How does the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance on, How does the influence of work attitudes on employee performance, How does the influence of ability, work environment, organizational commitment and work attitude on employee performance at the West Medan Pratama Tax Office.The hypothesis proposed is: Ability to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the West Medan Pratama Tax Office, Work environment has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, work attitude has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, ability, work environment, organizational commitment and work attitude have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the West Medan Pratama Tax Office. The study was conducted at the West Medan Pratama Tax Office. Jalan Dormitory No. 7-A, Medan-20151 with 96 research samples. Based on the analysis results obtained there is a significant effect between work ability on the performance of West Medan Pratama Tax Office employee, because according to the results of the analysis of t count t-table (1.735 1.66) at n = 96 with a significance level of 95%, There is an influence Significant between the work environment on employee performance analysis results t count t-table (2.687 1.66) at n = 96 with a significance level of 95%, There is a significant influence between organizational commitment to employee performance because according to the results of t analysis t-table (4.335 1.66) at n = 96 with a significance level of 95%. There is a significant influence between work attitudes on employee performance, because according to the results of the analysis of tcount t-table (2.027 1.66) at n = 96 with a significance level of 95%. F-count value F table (39,988 2.48 ) with the numerator dk 4 and the denominator 91 together (multiple) there is a positive and significant effect on ability, work environment, organizational commitment and work attitude on the performance of the employees of the West Medan Pratama Tax Office. Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted.

Abstract

The problem in this research is: how the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance at the Binjai Pratama Tax Office. How does the role of leadership influence employee performance, how does motivation influence employee performance, how does job satisfaction affect employee performance, how does organizational commitment influence, role leadership, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Binjai Pratama Tax Office. The hypothesis proposed is: Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the role of leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment, leadership role, motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Binjai Pratama Tax Office .. ". The study was conducted at the Binjai Pratama Tax Office. Jambi Road No. 1 Rambung Barat Binjai City North Sumatra, 20722, with a sample of 82 people. Based on the analysis results obtained there is a significant effect between work ability on employee performance, because according to the results of the analysis of t count t-table (2.966 1.67) at n = 96 with a significance level of 95%. There is a significant influence between organizational culture on employee performance, the results of t analysis t-table (3.220 1.67) at n = 96 with a significance level of 95%. There is a significant influence between organizational climate on employee performance, because according to the results of the analysis of t count t-table (1.984 1.67) at n = 96 with a significance level of 95%. There is a significant influence between loyalty on employee performance, because according to the results of the analysis of tcount t-table (8,893 1.67) at n = 96 with a significance level of 95%. F-count value F table (87,303 2.46) with dk numerator 4 and dk denominator 91 together (multiple) there is a positive and significant influence of work ability, organizational culture, organizational climate and loyalty to the performance of employees of the West Medan Pratama Tax Office. Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of: (1) Style leadership Motivation influential work in “BPJS Kesehatan”Langsa Branch office ; (2) Provision of job satisfaction influence the motivation to work in “BPJS Kesehatan” Langsa Branch office; (3) Style leadership Attainment of an effect on employees performance at “BPJS Kesehatan”Langsa Branch office; (4) Provision of Jab Satisfactioneffect the employees performance at “BPJS Kesehatan”Langsa Branch office; (5) Motivation of Achievement affect the employees performance at “BPJS Kesehatan”Langsa Branch Office. In connection with the research objectives, the population of this study is an employee / employees of “BPJS Kesehatan”Langsa Branch office. Total population employee / employees who actively work in “BPJS Kesehatan”Langsa Branch  Officeis 47 people. Data analysis method withpath analysis. The results showed that: (1) Style leadership positive and significant impact on work motivation in “BPJS Kesehatan” Langsa Branch officeof 0.384 or 38,4%; (2) Provision of Jab Satisfactionpositive and significant impact on work motivation in “BPJS Kesehatan” Langsa Branch officeof 0.584 or 58.4%; (3) Style leadership positive and significant impact on the employees performancein “BPJS Kesehatan” Langsa Branch office of 0.235 or 23.5%; (4) Provision of Jab Satisfaction positive and significant impact on the employees performancein “BPJS Kesehatan” Langsa Branch officeof 0.151 or 15.1%; (5) work motivation is positive and significant effect on the achievement of employees performancein “BPJS Kesehatan” Langsa Branch office of 0.569 or 56.9%.

Abstract

The problems in this research are: How the influence of work ethic on employee performance at the Medan Polonia Tax Service Office, How the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, How does the influence of work attitudes on employee performance, How does work motivation influence employee performance, How does work ethic influence, job satisfaction, work attitude and work motivation on employee performance at the Medan Polonia Primary Tax Service Office. The hypothesis proposed is: Work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Medan Polonia Tax Service Office, Job satisfaction has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, work attitude has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work ethic, job satisfaction, work attitude and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Medan Polonia Tax Office. The study was conducted at the Medan Polonia Tax Office. Jalan Sukamulia No. 17-A, Medan-20151 with 92 research samples. Based on the analysis results obtained value of work ethic t = 2,900, while t-table with dk 92 (Appendix) of 1.66, then t count t-table thus partially there is a significant influence between work ethic on employee performance. Value of t Job satisfaction = 1.838, while t-table with dk 92 (Appendix) of 1.66, then t count t table thus partially there is a significant influence between Job satisfaction on employee performance, Value of t Attitude of work = 1,785, while t-table with dk 92 (Appendix) of 1.66, then t count t table thus partially there is a significant influence between work attitude on employee performance, t value of work motivation = 2.164, while t-table with dk 92 (Attachment ) equal to 1.66 then t arithmetic t table thus partially there is a significant influence between work motives on employee performance, F-calculated value of 110.718 while the value of F-table (Appendix) with the numerator dk 4 and the denominator 87 is equal to 2.48 where F-count F table (110.718 2.48) it can be stated that together (multiple) there is a positive and significant influence on work ethics, job satisfaction, work attitude and motivation on employee performance wai

Abstract

Problems in this research are: How does the influence of competence on the performance of employees of the Tread Tuan Tax Service Office, how does the influence of motivation on employee performance, how does the influence of work discipline on employee performance, how does the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance, how does the influence of competence, motivation, work discipline and organizational commitment to the performance of employees of the Tread Tuan Primary Tax Service Office.The hypothesis proposed is: Competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Tread Tuan Tax Office employee. Motivation has positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, competence, motivation, work discipline and organizational commitment has positive and significant effect on employee performance. Sir". The research was conducted at the Pratama Tax Services Office of Jalan Tapen Tuan T.Ben Mahmud No. 26 Tapak Tuan-23718 Hilir Aceh Selatan with a research sample of 50 people. Based on the analysis results obtained Competency -t Value = 1,767, while t-table with dk 50 (Attachment) of 1,675 then t arithmetic ˃ t-table thus partially there is a significant influence between Competency on employee performance. Value of t Motivation = 3,213, while t-table with dk 50 (Attachment) is 1,675 then t arithmetic t table thus partially there is a significant influence between motivation on employee performance. The value of t work discipline = 4.040 while the t-table with dk 50 (Appendix) of 1.675 then t arithmetic t table thus partially there is a significant influence between work discipline on employee performance. The value of t organizational commitment = 4.631 while the t-table with dk 50 (Appendix) of 1.675 then t arithmetic t table thus partially there is a significant influence between organizational commitment to employee performance. The F-count value is 367,036 while the F-table value (Appendix) with the numerator dk 4 and the denominator dk 45 is 2.57 where the F-count F table (359,434 2.57) then it can be mentioned that together ( multiple) there is a positive and significant influence Competency, discipline motivation and organizational commitment, on employee performance. Thus the hypothesis 5 submitted accepted the truth.

Abstract

The problem in this research is: Does the self-efficacy, leadership, motivation and work facilities partially and simultaneously affect the performance of Pekanbaru Senapelan Primary Service Office employees? Research Objectives: To find out whether self-efficacy, leadership, motivation and work facilities partially and simultaneously simultaneously affect the performance of Pekanbaru Senapelan Tax Office. The hypothesis proposed is: There is an effect of self-efficacy, leadership, motivation and work facilities partially and jointly on the performance of Pekanbaru Primary Tax Service Office Senapelan Research conducted at the Pekanbaru Primary Tax Office Senapelan Jalan Sudirman Number 247 Simpang Empat Pekanbaru , with a population of 110 people, and a sample of 86 people.Based on the analysis results obtained there is a significant effect between self-efficacy on the performance of the Pelanbaru Senapelan Tax Office employee, because according to the results of the analysis of t count t-table (3.159 1.67) at n = 93 with a significance level of 95%. There is a significant influence between leadership on the performance of Pelanbaru Senapelan Tax Office employees, the results of t-analysis t-table (2,439 1.67) at n = 93 with a significance level of 95%. There is a significant influence between work motivation towards the performance of the Pelanbaru Senapelan Primary Tax Office employee, because according to the results of the analysis of t count t-table (1.762 1.67) at n = 58 with a significance level of 95%. There is a significant influence between work facilities on the performance of the employees of the Senapelan Pelanbaru Tax Office, because according to the analysis of tcount t-table (3.897 1.67) at n = 93 with a significance level of 95%. F-count value F table (178.340 2.46) together (multiple) there is a positive and significant influence of self-efficacy, leadership, motivation and work facilities on the performance of employees of the Pelanbaru Senapelan Tax Office. Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence jointly or partially between loyality, commitment and organizational culture to the performance of the Workers at the Public Relations and Protocol Bureau Regional Secretariat Of North Sumatera. This research uses descriptive qualitative method using primary and secondary data. The population is the workers of the company. Sixty five workers become the sample of this research. Data analysis technique used is linear regression  which shows that from the three independent variables applied to the regression model (loyality, commitment and organizational culture). Loyality is significant for 0,073 which can be concluded that loyality not affects performance (hypothesis 1 rejected). Commitment has significant value 0,000 which can be concluded that commitment affects performance (hypothesis 2 accepted). Organizational culture variable has significant value 0,002 which means that organizational culture affects performance (hypothesis 3 accepted). Research results show that loyality, commitment and organizational culture all positively influence the performance of the workers. It can be proven using the result of regression statistic test with probability value 0,000 obtained which is lower than α (α=0,05). So, it can be said that loyality, commitment and organizational culture influence positively the performance of the workers. Thus, hypothesis 4 accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and explain how the influence of competence, motivation, work environment and work supervision on employee performance at the Medan Middle Tax Service Office. The research sample of 95 people. Based on the analysis results obtained there is a significant influence between competence on employee performance, because according to the results of the analysis of tcount t-table (2.862 1.67) at n = 95 with a significance level of 95%., There is a significant influence between motivation on employee performance, because the analysis results of tcount t-table (2.588 1.67) at n = 95 with a significance level of 95%, There is a significant influence between the work environment on employee performance, because according to the results of t-analysis t-table (2,046 1, 67) at n = 96 with a significance level of 95%, there is a significant influence between supervision on employee performance because according to the results of the analysis of t table t (1.794 1.67) at n = 96 with a significance level of 95%. count F table (109,995 2.48) with the numerator dk 4 and the number 90 denominator together (multiple) there is a positive and significant effect on competence, motivation, work environment, and supervision of the performance of employees of the Tax Office M adya Medan. Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted.

Abstract

The problem in this research is how the influence of career development, work facilities, professional commitment and supervision of work partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees in the Tebing Tinggi Pratama Tax Office The research objective: To determine the effect of career development, work facilities, professional commitment and work supervision partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees in the Primary Tax Office Tebing Tinggi. The hypothesis proposed is: There is the influence of career development, work facilities, professional commitment, partial supervision and jointly on the performance of employees at the Primary Tax Office Tebing Tinggi. The study was conducted at the Tebing Tinggi Pratama Tax Service Office Jalan Sutoyo Number 32 Rambung Tebing Tinggi., With a population of 82 people, and a study sample of 82 people. Based on the results of the analysis, there is a significant influence between career development on the performance of the Pratama Tebing Tinggi Tax Office employee, because according to the results of the t count t-table analysis (1.895 1.67) at n = 82 with a significance level of 95%. There is a significant influence between work facilities on the performance of the Primary Tax Office employees of Tebing Tinggi, the results of t count analysis t-table (1,874 1.67) at n = 82 with a level of significance of 95%. There is a significant influence between professional commitment to the performance of the Primary Tax Service Office Tebing Tinggi, because according to the results of the analysis t count t-table (2.074 1.67) at n = 82 with a significance level of 95%. There is a significant influence between the supervision of the performance of the Pratama Tebing Tinggi Tax Office employee, because according to the results of the t-count analysis t-table (2.493 1.67) at n = 82 with a significance level of 95%. Together (multiple) there is a positive and significant influence on career development, work facilities, professional commitment and supervision of the performance of employees of the High Pratama Tax Service Office, because the F test results obtained F-count F table (12,305 2,48) . Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted by the truth.
