Abstract

The formulation of problem in this research there is influence  of emotional intelligence on  motivation. There is influence  of job stress on  motivation. Abstract

The Problem formulation in this research is how the influence of motivation, welfare and the spirit of WORK on the performance of the employee PT. Agrotech Pesticide Industry Medan, and the purpose of this research is To know and analyze The influence of motivation, welfare and the work spirit to the performance of employees at PT. Agrotech Pesticide Industry Medan. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques are conducted through interviews,questionnairequestions and documentation studies. The samples in this study were as many as 45 employees. Variables are measured at Likert scale. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analyses through F-test and T-Test. The Results of the test in Unison showed that motivation, prosperity and the spirit of work positively and significantly affect the performance variables of employees PT. Agrotech Pesticide Industry Field coefficient value of determination of 0.637 or 63.7%. Partially, the motivation has a positive and significant impact on the employee's performance of PT. Agrotech Pesticide Industry Medan with a regression coefficient value of 0.432 or 43.2%. Prosperity has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Agrotech Pesticide Industry Medan with a regression coefficient value of 0.347 or 34.7%. The Spirit of work positively and significantly influence the employee performance of PT. Agrotech Pesticide Industry Medan with a regression coefficient value of 0.305 or 30.5%. The highest value of a regression coefficient is a motivation of 0.432 or 43.2%

Abstract

The phenomenon of law enforcement after the revision of the KPK Law which was updated to Law No. 19 of 2019 has drawn a variety of criticisms. Research with the title  Distortion of Integrity and Corruption Prevention, with the location of the study at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Communications, Djuanda University, Bogor. In the observation of researchers that the revision of the KPK Law is a distortion causing the weakening of the duties and functions of the KPK in preventing corruption. Proven Case of Substitution of Inter-Time Members of the House of Representatives from the PDIP (HM) faction which is floated makes the public doubt the integrity of this Rasuah institution. Using descriptive analysis methods, researchers hope to describe the object under study through data or samples that have been collected as they are. Data and information obtained are then collected and analyzed using assessment scores based on predetermined criteria for further interpretation in order to obtain maximum results.The results obtained after being analyzed by WMS (Weight Mean Score / (M = Ʃf (x) / n) show Between Integrity and Law Enforcement through the Tiki-Taka Strategy in Corruption Prevention can be quite Good

Abstract

The problem in this research are: How does the effect of job characteristics on employee performance in Medan Intermediate Tax Service Office. How does work influence affect employee performance, how does work stress affect employee performance, how does motivation influence employee performance, how does work characteristics influence, burden work, work stress and motivation on employee performance. The proposed hypothesis is: Job characteristics have positive and significant effect on employee performance, workload has positive and not significant effect on employee performance, work stress has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Job characteristics, burden work, work stress and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Medan Intermediate Tax Service Office. " The study was conducted at Medan Intermediate Tax Service Office. Jalan Sukamulia No. 17-A, Medan, with a sample of 95 people. Based on the analysis results obtained t value for job characteristics = 7.151, while t-table with dk 95 (Appendix) of 1.66, then t count t-table thus there is a positive influence between job characteristics on employee performance (Hypothesis 1 accepted) The value of t workload = -0.868, while the t-table with dk 95 (Appendix) is 1.66, then t arithmetic ˂ t table thus partially there is a negative influence between workload on employee performance (Hypothesis 2 is accepted). t work stress = -0.105, while t-table with dk 95 (Appendix) of 1.66, then t arithmetic ˂ t table thus partially there is a negative influence between work stress on employee performance Thus hypothesis 3 is accepted as correct. Motivation t value = 2.110, while t-table with dk 95 (Appendix) is 1.66, then t arithmetic ˃ t table thus partially there is a negative influence between work stress on employee performance. Thus hypothesis 4 is accepted as true. The F-count value is 16.502 while the F-table value (Appendix) with the numerator dk 4 and the denominator dk 90 is 2.46 where F-count F table (16.502 2.46) then it can be mentioned that together ( multiple) there is a positive and significant influence of job characteristics, workload, work stress and motivation on employee performance. Thus the hypothesis 5 submitted accepted the truth.

Abstract

Increasing times require organizations to be able to make decisions in terms of the right strategy in order to compete at an increasingly stringent and competitive institution level. The decision concerns decisions in all functional areas. One thing that must be considered by the company in managing functions: -The function of management is how to manage human resources to be able to improve performance. The success and performance of agencies can be seen from the performance that has been achieved by its employees, therefore agencies demand that agencies be able to display optimal performance because of the good and bad performance achieved by employees will affect the performance and success of the agency as a whole. The performance of Lhokseumawe Branch Social Security Organizing (BPJS) employees can also be measured through the effective and efficient completion of their duties and carrying out their roles and functions and these are all linearly related and positively related to the success of an agency. There are negative factors that can reduce employee performance, including the decline in employee performance due to lack of employee emotional intelligence in completing work so that every job is always done based only on obligations so that every problem of being worked always cannot be overcome but immediately surrendered and was not done for reasons of not understanding, another thing was the lack of employee desire to explore every job because the characteristics of the work were not studied by employees of the Social Security Organizing Agency (BPJS) of the Lhokseumawe Branch Health added by the low motivation of employees to learn every job. All of that is the cause of the decline in employee performance at work. The location of the research will be conducted at the Health Insurance Provider Agency (BPJS) of the Lhokseumawe Health Branch at Jalan Iskandar Muda no 1 Kampung Lama Lama. With the sampling technique in total sampling or census method, the sample in this study amounted to 58 people in all populations. There is a significant influence of Emotional Intelligence on the performance of employees in the Health Insurance Organizing Agency (BPJS) Lhokseumawe Branch of 0.088 on employee performance so that it can be concluded that adequate Emotional Intelligence can determine employee performance will also be high even though there are other variables that support to see the results of performance an employee. There is an influence that the Job Characteristics on performance in the Health Insurance Provider Agency (BPJS) of the Lhokseumawe Branch of 0.014 can be concluded that the Job Characteristics will be able to have high results if the employee has good Job Characteristics. Employee motivation has an effect on employee performance by 0.887 and this significant indicates that motivation can improve performance, Emotional Intelligence, Job Characteristics and Motivation together have a significant effect on employee performance in the Health Insurance Administering Agency (BPJS) Lhokseumawe Branch, is 85% while the remaining 15% is explained by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of leadership on employee job satisfaction at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Unit Padang Bulan. To determine the effect of work motivation on employee job satisfaction at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Unit Padang Bulan. To determine the effect of organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Unit Padang Bulan. To determine the effect of leadership on employee performance at the Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Unit Padang Bulan. To determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Unit Padang BulanThe sample in this research amounted to 31 employees. Data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis.The research result of this research explain that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Leadership has a negative and not significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

OCB is often interpreted as behavior that exceeds formal obligations (extra roles) that are not related to direct compensation. However, some permanent employees of the Medan Puskesmas Bromo seemed to be united with their work, even though they were in accordance with their educational background. Some important factors that can increase OCB include commitment, competence, and organizational culture. This study aims to analyze the influence of commitment, competence, and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior. This type of research is quantitative descriptive and the nature of this research is explanatory research. The population in this study were permanent employees of Puskesmas Bromo totaling 35people and the sample of this study was a saturated sample (census). Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression. The results showed first that commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, secondly that competence has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, thirdly that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, fourthly that commitment, competence and Organizational culture has a significant effect on the organizational citizenship behavior of the  Employee Medan Puskesman Bromo

Abstract

The superiority of a nation is no longer based on natural resources alone, but on the excellence of human resources, one of which is educators who are able to answer challenges very quickly. Education is basically an effort to develop human resources, although efforts to develop human resources are not only carried out through education, especially formal education or schools, but until now, education is still seen as a means and vehicle for developing human resources that is carried out systematically , programmatic, and tiered. Discipline is an attitude, behavior and actions that are in accordance with company regulations both written and unwritten. The regulation in question includes absenteeism, slow entry, and quick return of employees. So this is an indisciplinary attitude that needs to be addressed properly by the management (School). Many interpret this discipline when employees always come and go home on time. That opinion is only one of the demands of management. Therefore, discipline can be interpreted as written or unwritten behavior. From the results of the identification of the problems above, the following problems can be formulated: How does Discipline influence Teacher Satisfaction in SMPN I Payet's Aceh Tamiang District. Performance = 10.868 C +, 227 X1 +, 090 X2 +, 402 X3 Based on the results of the equation, the following explanation can be described: Constant value of 10.868 means that if the overall value of the variable (SinismeX1, Emotional IntelligenceX2, Work StressX3) increases respectively of 1a, the value of Performance (Y) will rise to 10.868. The value of the Cynic coefficient of 0.227 means that if the value of Cynicism increases by 1a, the value of performance will also increase by 0.227. Positive coefficient value means that Cynicism has a positive influence on Performance. The value of the Emotional Intelligence coefficient of 0.090 means that if the Emotional Intelligence value increases by 1a, the performance value will also increase by 0.090. A positive coefficient value means that Emotional Intelligence has a positive influence on Performance. The value of the Job Stress coefficient of 0.402 means that if the value of Job Stress rises by 1a, the performance value will also increase by 0.402. A positive coefficient value gives the meaning that Job Stress gives a positive influence on Performance.
