Abstract

Job satisfaction among employees is important because high job satisfaction will result in a positive attitude toward workers, which will have an impact on improving company performance. Job satisfaction is not an independent aspect; however, there are several factors that influence both the external aspect (in the form of compensation, the internal aspect in the form of self-efficacy, and the employee’s relationship with work in the form of work-life balance. This study aims to determine the effects of compensation, self-efficacy, and work-life balance on the job satisfaction of PT employees. Delami Brand Kharisma Busana in Surabaya. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a sample of all PT employees. Delami Brands Kharisma Busana in Surabaya collected primary data using a Likert scale questionnaire. The variables used were compensation (X1), self-efficacy (X2), work–life balance (X3), and job satisfaction (Y). The data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25 software. The results indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of the compensation variable (X1), self-efficacy (X2), and work-life balance (X3) on the job satisfaction of employees at PT. Delami Brands Kharisma Busana is from Surabaya; thus, the coefficient of determination obtained was 51.2% of the independent variables used in this study. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of organizational culture, non-physical work environment, and locus of control on the job satisfaction of Yamaha Waja Motor Sentral Gianyar employees. The population and sample in this research were all employees of Yamaha Waja Motor Sentral Giansar, with a total of 42 people. The saturated sampling method was used, where the entire population was used as the research sample. The data collection method used a questionnaire distributed to the respondents. The test techniques used were research instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test. The results obtained in this research are as follows: organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, the non-physical work environment has a positive and significantly on employee job satisfaction, locus of control has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction and the organizational culture of the non-physical work environment and locus of control has a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee job satisfaction. Suggestions that can be given are that leaders can emphasize their employees to control their attitudes when carrying out work. Abstract

Human Resources are required to organize and manage the Company. Companies have to improve the quality of human resources training, starting from selection, training and job rotation. This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic Selection, Training and Job rotation on Employee Performance of PT Rampai Berkah Bersama. This research uses descriptive quantitative by distributing questionnaires to 73 employees of PT Rampai Berkah Bersama, then analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that partially Islamic selection did not affect the performance of employees of PT Rampai Berkah Bersama, which was indicated by the calculated T value of 0.454>T table 0.230 or a p-value of 0.651>0.05. Training has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Rampai Berkah Bersama, which is indicated by the T value of 4.081>T table 0.230 or a p-value of 0.000<0.05. Work rotation has a significant effect on employee performance of PT Rampai Berkah Bersama, which is indicated by the T value of 5.478>T table 0.230 or a p-value of 0.000<0.05. Simultaneously all independent variables (Islamic Selection, Training and Job rotation) have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Rampai Berkah Bersama. The results showed no influence between Islamic Selection on the performance of employees of PT Rampai Berkah Bersama, the company should optimize the selection process during interviews, and also be more thorough in the administrative process. Also increase employee training and rotation so that the performance of PT Rampai Berkah Bersama employees can increase.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) and brand image on the purchase intention for Avoskin skincare products on the Shopee marketplace. The participants in this study were active female students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University, for the Class of 2020. The sample comprises 100 respondents. A questionnaire was used for data collection. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that electronic word of mouth and brand image both partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. The novelty of this study was the focus on the effect of electronic WOM and brand image on the purchase intention of Avoskin skincare products on Shope using a sample of female students at Makassar State University. The theoretical implications enrich the literature on the factors that influence purchase intention on e-commerce. Practical implications help Avoskin develop effective marketing strategies for Shopee by managing positive reviews and building a strong brand image. Abstract

In the era of globalization as it is today, the development of industry has entered the era of industrial revolution 4.0, meaning 4.0 itself is the industrial revolution has reached the 4th wave of the development of the previous industrial revolution. After the Covid 19 pandemic VUCA phenomenon (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) became a scourge for companies that are not ready in the face of business dynamics at this time [1], the industrial revolution 4.0 itself triggered the occurrence of Quantum Leap where almost all companies are forced to change business processes from initially information technology systems / manuals to be spurred to develop IOT (Internet Of Thing) [2].based information technology systems PT. Perkebunan Nusantara as one of the State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) optimizing their Company Value Chain by developed information systems on web-based Office administration through the OA Application (Office Automation). The design of OA itself aims to make the company's performance in this case office administration more efficient, agile and flexible because it makes more easier to be accessed by all users of the application, made it easier to convey Information both top down in the form of company policy instructions and bottom up such as licensing process etc. This Information System design replaces the archive system and administration of the correspondence that is still done manually, as well as an effort in improving the Company's Competitive Advantages.

Abstract

In an era of rapidly changing business and increasing complexity, leaders are faced with the challenge of managing uncertainty and competing in a dynamic environment. This research aims to explore what consequences will be experienced when organizations implement ambidextrous leadership based on existing literature. Therefore, we also want to identify avenues for future research to further develop and expand the literature related to ambidextrous leadership. This literature review included 40 articles from the first to 4th quartile in the Scopus database. This study finds that the antecedence of ambidextrous leadership is associated with several outcomes at individual, team, and organizational levels. This framework can help organizations identify the consequences of ambidextrous leadership.
