A traffic accident is an event where a motorized vehicle collides with another object and causes damage. Traffic accident data at the Bengkulu City Police LAKA LANTAS (Traffic Accident) Unit is only used as data reporting where the accident data can actually help to reduce the number of traffic accidents by grouping to facilitate the police in proper handling efforts to reduce the number of traffic accidents. traffic accidents by classifying accident-prone roads. One of the approaches used in developing the clustering method is the K-Means Clustering method, where this method is a data grouping method that attempts to partition data into two or more groups (clusters) with the same characteristics into the same group. The results and discussion of the research obtained a system capable of classifying accident-prone roads using the k-means method. From the tests carried out this system can be used by the POLRESTA in helping these problems.

Most of the tourists visiting the city of Bengkulu. constrained by a lack of access to information sources. Meanwhile, tourists also really need valid information about the place to be visited which results in a lot of wasted time searching for information related to the location of the object they want to visit. Based on this background, the researcher created an application called the Adroid-Based Tourism Travel Agenda Planning Application, which aims to assist tourists in determining destinations and assist tourists in arranging tourism itinerary scheduling. In conducting this research, the type of research used is qualitative research with a scientific approach and the system design method used is waterfall and for calculating the results of the questionnaire using quantitative methods. This application runs on Android-based smartphones. This application includes two contents namely destinations and agendas. Destination content has five features, namely, lodging, tours, souvenirs, and orders. The development of this application uses the Android Studio software. In modeling this application uses the UML method in the form of uses case digrams and is tested using the blackbox testing method. The results of testing this application conclude that the expected functions are all successful as expected. The conclusion is that the Bengkulu City Tourism Itinerary Planning Application can make it easier for tourists to find destination locations in Bengkulu City and help tourists plan travel agenda schedules with some of the information available on the application.

Besurek Batik is a characteristic of Bengkulu province, Besurek motifs are Rafflesia, Calligraphy, Paku Niches, Moon, Kuau Bird, and Jasmine. Besurek batik has high complexity in its manufacture and has many different types of motifs, therefore the identification of Besurek cloth in Bengkulu Province makes it easier to classify batik motifs and can also be an effort to preserve the culture of Bengkulu province. A feature extraction and method are used to classify Besurek type images of Bengkulu province using feature extraction Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix (GLCM) where glcm is used for feature extraction analysis, then classified using the K-Nearest Neighbor Algorithm (KNN). Based on the results of the analysis obtained from the Besurek motif, namely with an accuracy value of 0.93333, a recall of 0.93333 and a precision value of 0.94444 with an average value of 0.938856 at an angle of 1350.

This title of this reseach is Application of party Equipment Using Website-Based Notification. Karya Mandiri is one of the businesses engaged in services. Itoffers rental services for various kinds of products for weddings and other events. The problems that exist today are that the recording still uses a manual system, it has not taken advantage of technological sophistication by making consumers rent without having to come to the location.Basides recording the equipment availability is still not well organized. The research method applied was the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the waterfall model method. Waterfall development itself has several stages in its development, including needs analysis, design, development, testing phase, and implementation in the real environment being expected to provide information about equipment rental to prospective tenants. Organized and clear applications are very important in the business world, especially in the rental business.

This study is entitled the implementation of the a* (a-star) algorithm for website-based search of tourism sites in the city of Bengkulu. The main problem ishow to build an information system search for the nearest tourism location in the city of Bengkulu. Information Systems search for this tourism locationusing the a* (a-star) algorithm method and this information system also displays information about existing tours. The a* (a-star) algorithm method was chosen because this method determines the shortest path between the starting and ending points of an existing tour. Based on the results of the discussionThe A-star algorithm is considered more effective in finding the shortest route. This is proven by testing the shortest route randomly and thoroughly 15 times for all tourist destinations. The results show that the routes generated on average are more effective and shorter than the routes generated on Google Maps.

Many web-based applications/forms serve as online data entry devices equipped with facilities for uploading image data. When uploading image data, the image file is often incompatible or cannot be uploaded because the size is too large. Users have to resize those files separately. For example, with several compression applications used such as photoshop, gimp, photoscape, photo compressor, image size and many other compression applications. Web-based applications should be able to automatically resize the file according to the appropriate file size so that it can save time and speed up the process. To deal with the problem of automatic compression, the user must provide or build a web-based application that can directly compress files on the web because automatic file or image compression is available on the website without compressing them separately beforehand. With this automatic compression form application, it certainly reduces costs. (quota) internet, shortening time and also making it easier for users or users when uploading files on the web. The algorithm that is suitable for resizing files in online web applications is the hufman algorithm.

Object tracking is usually used to determine the position of objects and environmental conditions around these objects. Objects that require supervision in order to run properly require a system to monitor the object. Every movement of the object will be known directly through the camera image. So in this study a system was created to detect and track objects. Implementing an object detection system based on image processing using the connected component labeling method. Then displaying the detection results on the divided image frame. Moving object detection and tracking The algorithm used to detect and track moving objects is connected component labeling. Based on the analysis of the workings of the connected component labeling algorithm for detecting and tracking moving objects using video, it can be concluded that the connected component labeling algorithm has succeeded in tracking and labeling each object based on the position and number of objects, even though they look erratic, in human movement.

Kube Serumpun is a trading business located in Tangsi Baru and sells snack products produced by Mrs. Mariamah's household. Kube Serumpun still carries out marketing strategies with an offline system in selling and promoting its products so that consumers lack information about more or less what products are offered. Kube Serumpun currently still does not have promotional media that uses technology, this results in Kube Serumpun becoming less known by the target market. In answering these problems, this study aims to create and utilize information technology based on company profile websites that can help Kube Serumpun and Consumers in delivering information effectively and efficiently. Systems developed using system prototyping and modeling are designed using UML which includes Use Cases, Activities, sequences, and classes. At the stage of system programming, programming is carried out using visual studio code, HTML, CSS, and JAVASCRIPT. The result of this research is information technology based on company profile websites that can introduce the identity of trading businesses and make it easier for consumers to obtain the information they want and become an effective marketing strategy in attracting consumers. And based on the results of Beta testing which was randomly distributed via google form with 18 respondents, the overall value of beta testing on Kube Serumpun profile websites got a value of 86.4%.

The Department of Industry and Trade (DISPERINDAG) of Bengkulu Province has the function of preparing regional government program planning for Bengkulu Province, one of these programs is providing assistance to small and medium industries in Bengkulu Province. The problem of this research is the selection process for determining the recipient of the assistance. This selection process is still done manually by selecting one by one each IKM document that will receive assistance, this is certainly quite prone to errors. This manual process results in the length of the selection process being carried out. The results of selection decisions are sometimes vulnerable to non-objectivity from the Bengkulu Province DIPERINDAG because there is no mathematical determination because all decisions come from humans. The results of this study have created a Decision Support System (DSS) to simplify the data processing process and shorten the completion time while improving the quality of decisions in determining the priority of beneficiaries to get maximum results, the TOPSIS method has also been applied. In this method, a calculation has been carried out on the IKM which is a candidate for assistance based on predetermined criteria.

The design of a COVID-19 patient information system using PHP Muko-muko Hospital has been successfully created which includes patient identity data confirmed for COVID-19, clinical information for COVID-19 patients, monitoring information for confirmed COVID-19 patients, and reports on COVID-19 patient data. -19. This system has been neatly designed to make it easier for officers to find data on COVID-19 patients who have been monitored or have not been monitored when applied to the real system.
