Abstract

This study discusses international trade that occurs in the interaction of ACFTA (ASEAN-China Free Trade Area) which is a free market cooperation established by countries in Southeast Asia and China. This cooperation is based on the concept of Liberalism theory which aims to create a trade area without barriers and in the principle of equality by reducing or eliminating tariffs to fellow member countries. In this study, attempts to show the results of the analysis of the impact of ACFTA on the positive performance of the Chinese economy so as to prove the feasibility of the cooperation that has been carried out can provide benefits for the countries involved. The existence of this cooperation is also an opportunity that China as a great power does not waste to expand its influence in the economic field by targeting the Southeast Asian market and its consumerism, as evidenced by China's trade balance which has experienced a constant increase regardless of its surplus and deficit. This writing uses a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach with library research data collection techniques sourced from reference books, scientific journals, papers and reliable articles to support the explanation in this paper.

Abstract

Aplikasi Antrean Online RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus merupakan inovasi yang dikembangkan oleh RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah guna meningkatkan pelayanan publik. Aplikasi ini diharapkan mampu mempersingkat waktu tunggu pasien ketika mendaftar di loket administrasi sehingga pasien dapat mendapatkan pelayanan dengan cepat. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah studi literatur dengan cara studi teori dengan menggunakan teori nilai budaya yang sama seperti diskusi sosial yang dilakukan di penelitian sebelumnya. Indikator yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori mengukur efektivitas program yaitu sasaran program, sosialisasi program, tujuan program dan pemantauan program penggunaan Aplikasi Antrean Online RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus. Hasil dari penelitian didapatkan bahwa pelaksanaan program Aplikasi Antrean Online RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus sudah dikatakan efektif dengan memenuhi keempat indikator tersebut. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan masih aktif digunakan oleh masyarakat dan berjalannya aplikasi tersebut sampai dengan saat ini.

Abstract

Entikong District, Sanggau Regency, West Kalimantan Province is one of the border areas of Indonesia and Malaysia. There is an Entikong Cross-Border Post (PLBN) in Entikong District. The Entikong area has also felt the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. To prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus in Entikong, the government issued two policies. The first policy is to close the border. Although closed, the border is still open for Indonesian citizens who want to return to Indonesia and foreign nationals who have visas and certain conditions. The second policy is the implementation of micro-based Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM). There are two conflicting policies where the border is closed but open to Indonesian citizens such as returning Indonesian migrant workers and foreigners with certain visas, on the other hand the Entikong community is restricted in their movement due to PPKM. Of course, these two policies will greatly impact the people in the Entikong border area.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the implementation process of the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance Program, starting from the recruitment process to the distribution of BLTDD assistance in Rasau Jaya General Village. This research uses evaluation theory according to William N Dunn in Syahriza Rizani, F. (2023) which states that this evaluation model is a focused approach to evaluation values that considers facts with a present and past orientation so as to give rise to a recommendation with 6 parameters namely, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Alignment, Responsiveness and Accuracy. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, namely a research method that focuses on explanation, interpretation and understanding of phenomena. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research found that Rasau Jaya General Village is the only one that uses the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLTDD) fund distribution system which is carried out by distributing the Cash Management System (CMS), which is a type of financial management service aimed at non-retail customers. So you can manage your finances directly through online facilities. Rasau Jaya Village is the first pilot in Indonesia to operate fund distribution using a Cash Management System (CMS). The targets of this research are people who have many children, high levels of stunting and the elderly as well as people who have been ill for years so they have lost their livelihoods and have no income to meet basic needs in their daily lives.

Abstract

This article aims to explain Indonesia's efforts in combating the black campaign against palm oil from the European Union. Globalization is an era that encourages every sector to be interconnected with one another. Of course, this phenomenon also encourages the rapid development of certain sectors such as international trade. As a response to this situation, Indonesia, which has potential in its natural resources, taking advantage of this opportunity to become one of the main exporters of palm oil in the world. However, the issue of environmental damage and human rights violations had become the main obstacle that prompted the European Union to take firm steps to follow up on this issue. Although there have been concrete steps from the palm oil industry to create a system that is more sustainable than before, the impact has been quite influential on the share of Indonesian CPO in the European market. Therefore, this paper will explore more deeply about Indonesia's efforts to fight these stereotypes. The data collection technique is in the form of a literature study method, which is to examine several literary works such as books, journals, and articles that are considered relevant to the research topic both found online and offline. From the results found to date, Indonesia has made a series of concrete efforts ranging from policies, and diplomacy, to legal actions.
