Abstract

HIV cases from 390,000 young children less than 15 years were newly infected with HIV, 90% was a result of contracting through the mother to the baby. Distribution of HIV cases in 2011-2013 the highest in the district of North Semarang. The sub-district health centers Bandarharjo active by doing VCT, but pregnant women who do VCT only about 10% of from total pregnant women. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the behavior of pregnant women Voluntary Counseling And Test (VCT) in the sub-district health centers Bandarharjo North Semarang, Semarang. This research is an explanatory research with cross sectional method. Data collection techniques with interviews using a structured questionnaire. The population of this study were pregnant women in health centers Bandarharjo which is 45 pregnant woman. Sampling method with total sampling technique. The results showed 82.2% of pregnant women in the sub-district health centers Bandarhardjo not VCT. Variables that are not related is Pregnancy Awareness Level of HIV / AIDS and VCT (p = 0.272 0.05) and Maternal attitudes about HIV / AIDS and VCT (p = 1.000 0.05). Characteristics of pregnant women were age 80.0 % of healthy reproductive age ( 20-35 years ) , 48.9 % secondary education , occupation housewife 46.7 % , 62.2 % husbands job working as an employee. Suggestion: For health professionals, especially midwives should do counseling asks respondents to disseminate to other friends about HIV /AIDS and VCT. For the Department of Health: Designing and implementing promotional execution prevention of transmission of HIV/ AIDS from mother to child transmission (PMTCT) and VCT counseling training.

Abstract

Increased community participation at the village level and community families, especially in the development of maternal, child and family health which are priorities for health development through the Village Community Health Development  approach, which is manifested in the form of developing and fostering posyandu, and so on. Posyandu is one of the supporting faktors indispensable for monitoring the growth of their children. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between maternal knowledge about toddler growth and development with participation in weighing children under five at Posyandu Anggrek, Popongan Village, Semarang Regency. This type of research is a correlative study with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all mothers who had toddlers at the Posyandu Anggrek, Popongan Village, Semarang Regency, as many as 59 samples of women who obtained 37 respondents. The results showed that most of the knowledge of mothers under five is in the good category, namely 34 respondents (91.9%). Most of the participation of mothers to come to the posyandu is in the participation category, namely 27 respondents (73.0%). There is a significant relationship between the level of maternal knowledge about toddler growth and development with participation in weighing children under five at the Posyandu Anggrek, Popongan Village, Semarang Regency with a p value of 0.798 (p 0.05). Suggestions to the community, especially mothers and families with toddlers to always be active in visiting to the posyandu so that growth and development can be monitored.

Abstract

The postnatal period is the period after delivery where the mother can give baby. Breastmilk provided exclusively can meet energy and nutritional neecan grow and develop optimally. One of the causes of not achieving exclusiis that the baby does not get enough milk due to problems in breastfeedimother experiencing engorgement. If this situation continues, it can leadbreast abscess. One of the efforts to prevent breast milk damages is by breastcare aims to improve blood circulation and prevent blockage of the milk productioso as to facilitate milk production. This study aims to analyze the relationshcare in preventing breastfeeding in post partum mothers. This research analytic study with a cross sectional research design. Sampling was donesampling. Data analysis carried out included univariate and bivariatstatistical test used is the Chi-Square Test. The results showed that there wbetween breast care and the incidence of engorgement in post partum value of 0.02 (p 0.05) and an OR value of 8.7 where mothers who did nocare had a risk of 8.75 times greater. Abstract

 Anxiety that occurs in pregnant women is a serious problem because the mortality rate for pregnant women is 80% due to high anxiety. The emergence of anxiety due to influencing faktors, including internal faktors of pregnancy it self and external faktors due to the family environment and the environment outside the family. In developed countries the level of anxiety is around 7-20% and in developing countries more than 20%. The level of anxiety that occurs in primigravida pregnant women is greater than that of multigravida pregnant women, but in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic it can increase anxiety in pregnant women, especially those who are approaching childbirth process. The Objective of this research is there a difference in the level of anxiety between primary and multi-pregnant women in the era of Covid-19 pandemic.The design of this research uses crosscectional study, where between exposure and outcame is seen at the same time. The sampling method used accidental sampling, obtained a total of 72 respondents, consisting of 21 respondents with primigravida status and 51 respondents with multigravida status. The research analysis used the compare mean of independent sample t-test. The primigravida-pregnant women is more anxiety (57.1%) compared to multi-pregnant women (27.4%). There is a significant difference in the value of anxiety between primary and multi pregnant women in the trimester III in the era Covid-19 pandemic, (p value 0.003 0.05)

Abstract

Covid 19 is caused by SARS-COVID 19 virus. The virus is spread primarilfrom the nose or mouth from infected person to other person in close induce disorders on pregnancy, because of the change on physiology change on pregnancy, although its need more research to prove it. Cworkers or we called cadre is person who work in community and help information and motivation to pregnant women to be able practice hepregnancy during pandemic. This research is quantitative quasy experimenpre post design. The sample is 38 pregnant women on September to OPenanggulan and Pucangrejo, Pegandon, Kendal districts. The resulcommunity health worker is important and have significantly effect to practicing health protocol in pregnancy during pandemic (p value: 0,014). cadres have significantly effect to change behaviour of pregnant women practto prevent transmission of covid 19 virus.
