Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has greatly impacted all sectors, including small and medium-sized businesses such as cracker producers and resellers. The problems faced in the midst of the pandemic include manual production processes, lack of management skills, monotonous and less innovative products, and difficulties in marketing. In this activity, there are three partners, namely UD. Sumber Rejeki is a cracker producer and UD. Wahyu Jaya and UD. Barokah Abadi is a reseller who helps market the product. The targets of this activity are innovative products, market expansion and improving the quality of human resource management, procurement of dough mixer machines, trays, impulse sealers, nameplates, quality packaging, and SAK EMKM accounting books. The service method used is mentoring business activities in terms of production, marketing, and business financial management. The outputs resulting from this community partnership program are in the form of improving the quality of production more effectively and efficiently and hygienically with a dough mixer machine, as well as the creation of a product's unique selling point in terms of shape. Other outputs resulting from this activity are the expertise of business partners in managing production management, digital marketing, and the preparation of simple financial reports based on excel applications guided by SAK EMKM.

Abstract

Andyla Snack Kampung is an micro small and medium enterprises (MSME) actor who still does business with conventional marketing so that the marketing reach is less broad and when the Covid-19 pandemic hits it causes income to decrease because consumers are constrained by the ordering system which has to go to the MSME place or via WhatsApp with limited consumers who know the cellphone number MSME. We are devotees trying to help Andyla Jajanan Kampung MSME with digital marketing so that the marketing reach is wider and followed by an increase in income. The implementation method in service is mentoring, socializing and training on the use of social media as a means of online product marketing. The results of the training and mentoring activities are partners have a strong will to develop business by utilizing social media, have logos, brochures and accounts on social media facebook, youtube and instagram and can manage these media as a means of promotion. This makes Andyla Jajanan Kampung Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises which originally used an offline marketing strategy to become an online strategy (Digital Marketing) so that it has a wide reach which leads to an increase in income.

Abstract

In the midst of a pandemic crisis like this that has not yet subsided, the government has carried out medical treatment in various regions. Not only that, medical treatment is deemed insufficient to ward off the covid 19 virus. Therefore, traditional treatment is needed as an alternative that can be used in the community to increase body immunity in order to break the chain of transmission of covid 19 that occurs in Indonesian society. Therefore, people entrust traditional herbal medicine as an ingredient to increase body immunity during a pandemic like the current one, which is to ward off various diseases, especially the current troubling conditions. So the purpose of writing this community service program is to optimize herbal medicine as the use of herbal drinks in increasing body immunity. In the process of making herbal medicine, it cannot be separated from the cultivation of family medicinal plants or toga such as turmeric, temulawak, ginger, basil, lime and tamarind. This outreach and counseling is targeted at the general public, especially in the Kraksaan, Probolinggo, where understanding and knowledge related to herbal medicine is more realized from disseminating video tutorials for making herbal medicine, which is expected to be used by the community in their respective homes to prevent transmission covid 19 virus.

Abstract

The wooden household furniture now does not guarantee to last long, because the poor quality of woods material. Many alternative choices other than woods, one of which is aluminum. The aluminum furniture business has penetrated rural areas. The partner target are aluminum business owners in Biting Village. Their previous business is to fulfill the manufacture of trellises, fences and household furniture based on orders. The weakness of partner mainly lies in: (1) the limited human resources ability in manage their business; (2) the inability of human resources who understand business bookkeeping regularly; (3) unseparated business and household finances and; (4) limited capital access. This activity is expected to give results according to the targets: (1) increase partner skills in running its business sustainably; (2) strengthening the ability of partners in the preparation of bookkeeping regularly and correctly; (3) increasing the ability of partners in separating business and household finances and; (4) obtaining easy capital access.

Abstract

The Corona pandemic has occurred globally by closing access to residential areas by residents from immigrants and foreign traders. The protection of the area has caused almost all business activities of members of Paguyuban Jamu Gendong Desa Ngablak to stop because they cannot sell directly to consumers. The MSME empowerment program for Herbal Medicine in Ngablak Village aims to provide sales solutions for business actors without direct contact with consumers. Social media and e-commerce-based marketing assistance aim to increase the sales turnover of herbal medicine through direct orders for herbal products from Ngablak Village herbal producers by consumers. Meanwhile, the development of ready-to-brewed herbal products is expected to provide a more comprehensive market share with herbal products with a longer shelf life.

Abstract

The development of tourism villages has become one of important programs of current government. Wangunharja Village, one of area in Lembang District, West Bandung Regency in West Java, has tourism potential that can be developed by stakeholders. The implementation of this community service activity uses the focus grup discussion method in order to increase understanding and involvement among stakeholders of the Wangunharja Village. The subject of the intense discussion with the Village Community was about understanding strengthening social capital in the process of developing tourism destinations. As a result, community gave a positive response and expressed their commitment in strengthening social capital such as form of collective action for managing resources in their area. This subject condition will be followed up by the Wangunharja Village Government by developing policies that encourage positive affirmations that could lead to more involvement among village communities. This activity recommends further activities in the form of workshops to guide the community in the process of developing tourism destinations in a sustainable manner.
