Abstract

In today's era of globalization, technological progress has expanded rapidly. One notable area of technological advancement is in the health field. In this era, people can access health information services through various media as a solution to health problems. One such advancement in information technology is seen in the health sector, including in medicine. The rapid progress in health technology has led to the development of numerous applications that support hospital organizations, medical practice, and health sciences research. This study, titled "Technology Development in the Field of Health," employs a direct method of literature review. The computer-based nursing information system used by nurses provides positive support in their daily work. In terms of application, the nursing information system can operate independently or more commonly be integrated as part of an electronic clinical medical record (EMR), enabling nurses to access and provide clinical information efficiently.

Abstract

The development of technology and information is common in the digital age. Online media as a form of sophistication of information and communication technology plays a big role in human life, one of which is in improving health services. Based on the background above researchers are interested in conducting this study entitled "Development of Information Technology in the World of Health and Education". This study uses a method of review literature. In this study obtained results that there are various examples of the use of technology in health such as halodokter websites used in counseling and credible sources of health information, in addition to the development of technology requires nurses to be able to compensate with the level of technology that exists by increasing knowledge and sharing knowledge of fellow nurses. In education virtual simulation plays a role in mental nursing education, which is accessible, convenient, and safe to practice skills because the methods of using curriculum setting programs and outcome of competencies vary.

Abstract

Covid 19 is a type of virus that spreads very quickly or infects other people. Most Indonesians do not comply with the government's recommendation to comply with health protocols. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of knowledge with compliance in the Covid-19 health protocol. This study used a cross sectional approach. Samples were taken by accidental sampling technique as many as 154 people in RW 03 Manukan Kulon Village, Surabaya City. The variable level of knowledge and compliance instrument used a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Spearman Rho's test with a significance degree of 0.05. The results showed that there was a relationship between the knowledge level variable (0.040) and compliance with the Covid-19 health protocol in RW 03, Manukan Kulon Village, Surabaya. The level of knowledge is very influential on compliance in carrying out health protocols. The implication of this study is that the level of knowledge affects the community's compliance with health protocols.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami hubungan antara infeksi kecacingan dan anemia pada balita. Kecacingan, disebabkan oleh cacing yang ditularkan melalui tanah terkontaminasi feses, berakibat pada anemia dan penghambatan perkembangan kognitif pada anak balita. Metode penelitian ini adalah diskriptif dengan sampel 226 balita, menggunakan POCT untuk pemeriksaan hemoglobin dan metode direck untuk infeksi kecacingan. Hasilnya menunjukkan 16% balita mengalami anemia dan kecacingan, dengan cacing tambang (62%) dan Ascaris lumbricoides (38%) sebagai penyebab utama. Uji Chi-Square menunjukkan balita dengan kecacingan berisiko 1,9 kali lebih tinggi mengalami anemia. Kesimpulan studi ini adalah adanya hubungan signifikan antara infeksi kecacingan dan anemia di Posyandu Desa Nangsri Manisrenggo Klaten.

Abstract

The number of people with hypertension is increasing every year, and it is estimated that by 2025 there will be 1.15 billion people suffering from hypertension. The result of a preliminary study showed 2640 hypertensive patients in Pekauman Health Center. Interview results with five people who suffered from hypertension claimed that they experienced headaches up to the nape of the neck. Usually, they buy medicine at the nearest shop or use liniment such as balm to reduce the pain. This study aimed to determine the influence of warm red ginger (zingiber officinale var rubrum) compresses on reducing pain scale in hypertensive patients in the Pekauman Health Center area. The research was conducted using a pretest post-test design Quasi Experiment. The sample was 30 people with a purposive sampling technique. The treatment was given in the form of a warm red ginger compress for 15-20 minutes. Analysis using Wilcoxon test. There was a significant effect of giving red ginger (zingiber officinale var rubrum) warm compresses on reducing pain scale in hypertensive patients with a significant value of 0.000 (p<?0.05). Therefore, a warm red ginger compress could effectively reduce headaches in hypertension patients.
