JAHR is dedicated to publishing results of research and literature review from different areas of public health, which includes the study of Administration & Policy Health, Health Promotion and Behavior, Biostatistics, Public Health Epidemiology, Environmental Health, Public Health Nutrition, and Health & Safety work and others related determinants of illness. A valid and accepted scientific methodology must be applied. Journal of Aafiyah Health Research (JAHR) is published by the Postgraduate Program in Public Health, Universitas Muslim Indonesia. The publication is issued twice a year (June and December). JAHR encourages the submission of studies from developing countries, as research publication from developing countries is underrepresented in international journals. We welcome all of the students, experts, practitioners, and academicians who are interested in JAHR to submit their articles. The authors can submit articles by following the scheduled publication of JAHR. Articles are written in English or Bahasa Indonesia. Start from the next publication Vol.2, No. 2 (July-December 2021) JAHR only accepted manuscripts written in ENGLISH.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Citra rumah sakit, sebagai salah satu strategi dalam manajemen pemasaran, berperan penting dalam membentuk kepuasan pasien. citra yang baik dapat menciptakan pengalaman yang positif bagi pasien terhadap rumah sakit. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menaganlisis pengaruh citra terhadap kepuasan. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cros sectional studi. Jumlah populasi 247 dan sampel sebanyak 150. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan acak sederhana. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakaan SMART PLS dengan ujis statistik regresi liniear. Hasil: Nilai sig 0.565 lebih besar dari pada 0.05 berarti bahwa variabel citra rumah sakit tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien (0.565). ABSTRACT Background: Hospital image, as one of the strategies in marketing management, plays an important role in shaping patient satisfaction. A good image can create a positive experience for patients towards the hospital. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of image on satisfaction. Method: This type of research uses observational analytic with a cross-sectional study approach. The population is 247 and the sample is 150. Sampling is done by simple random. Data processing is done using SMART PLS with a linear regression statistical test. Results: The sig value of 0.565 is greater than 0.05, meaning that the hospital image variable does not affect patient satisfaction (0.565).

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Masalah kesehatan yang terkait pada lansia adalah anemia, sebuah studi menunjukkan bahwa prevalensi anemia lansia pada penelitian tersebut adalah 73,5% dengan proporsi yang terdiri dari 68% anemia ringan, 62,7% anemia normochomic dan normocitari. Madu mengandung lebih dari 200 komponen dan merupakan salah satu bahan pangan yang bergizi lengkap. Madu merupakan bahan pangan yang kaya glukosa dan fruktosa alami. Bahan lain yang terkandung dalam madu adalah asam amino, enzim, vitamin, protein, asam organik, flavonoid dan komponen fenolik lainnya. Madu juga kaya komponen antioksidan. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan pola konsumsi madu dengan kadar hemoglobin pada lansia. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis peneltian observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh lansia di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bangges I Kabupaten Majene. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 183 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu Random Sampling dengan Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji Chi square. Hasil: Pola konsumsi madu mempunyai hubungan secara signifikan terhadap kadar hemoglobin pada lansia dengan nilai (Pvalue 0.000). Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara pola konsumsi madu dengan kadar hemoglobin pada lansia. ABSTRACT Background: A related health problem in the elderly is anemia, a study showed that the prevalence of elderly anemia in the study was 73.5% with proportions consisting of 68% mild anemia, 62.7% normochomic and normocitari anemia. Honey contains more than 200 components and is a nutritionally complete food. Honey is rich in glucose and natural fructose. Other ingredients contained in honey are amino acids, enzymes, vitamins, proteins, organic acids, flavonoids and other phenolic components. Honey is also rich in antioxidant components. Objective: To determine the relationship between honey consumption patterns and hemoglobin levels in the elderly. Method: This study used a quantitative descriptive research design. This research uses analytical observational research with a cross sectional study design. The population in this study were all elderly people in the Bangges I Health Center Working Area of Majene Regency. The number of samples in this study were 183 people. The sampling technique in this study was Random Sampling with the statistical test used was the Chi square test. Results: Honey consumption patterns have a significant relationship to hemoglobin levels in the elderly with a value of (Pvalue 0.000). Conclusion: There is an association between honey consumption patterns and hemoglobin levels in the elderly.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Tenaga kesehatan merupakan kunci keberhasilan pencapaian tujuan pembangunan kesehatan. Perencanaan kebutuhan sumber daya manusia kesehatan perlu dilakukan secara tepat. Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan (Permenkes) No.33 tahun 2015 tentang pedoman penyusunan perencanaan Sumber Daya Manusia Kesehatan (SDMK). Peraturan ini memuat 7 rekomendasi tahapan yang perlu diterapkan dalam proses perencanaan kebutuhan SDMK. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif menggunakan pedoman wawancara dan telaah dokumen yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam terkait perencanaan kebutuhan SDMK di RSUD Syekh Yusuf Gowa berdasarkan Permenkes No. 33 tahun 2015. Hasil: Semua rekomendasi yang tercantum di Permenkes No. 33 Tahun 2015 telah dilakukan dan diterapkan di RSUD Syekh Yusuf Gowa. Namun meskipun telah berjalan dengan baik, masih terdapat beberapa kendala, terutama terkait dengan keterlibatan Kepala Ruangan/Instalasi sebagai sasaran kebijakan. Oleh karena itu, perencanaan SDMK di RSUD Syekh Yusuf masih memerlukan perbaikan lebih lanjut guna membentuk sistem yang lebih optimal dan berkelanjutan. Kesimpulan: Perencanaan SDMK di RSUD Syekh Yusuf Gowa sudah dilakukan sesuai dengan Pedoman Perencanaan SDMK menurut Permenkes No. 33 Tahun 2015. Perbaikan-perbaikan masih perlu dilakukan untuk mengatasi beberapa kendala dalam proses perencanaan SDMK. ABSTRACT Background: Health human resources (SDMK) play a crucial role in achieving health development goals. Proper planning is essential to ensure the availability and distribution of SDMK. Minister of Health Regulation (Permenkes) No. 33 of 2015 provides guidelines for preparing SDMK planning. This regulation includes seven recommended stages that must be implemented in the SDMK needs planning process. Method: This research is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach, using in-depth interview and document analysis to conduct an analysis of SDMK needs planning at RSUD Syekh Yusuf Gowa based on Permenkes No. 33 of 2015. Results: All recommendations outlined in Permenkes No. 33 of 2015 have been implemented at RSUD Syekh Yusuf Gowa. However, despite being well-executed, several challenges remain, particularly concerning the involvement of Ward/Installation Heads as policy targets. Therefore, SDMK planning at RSUD Syekh Yusuf still requires further improvements to develop a more optimal and sustainable system. Conclusion: The SDMK planning at RSUD Syekh Yusuf Gowa aligns with the guidelines set by Permenkes No. 33 of 2015. Nevertheless, addressing existing challenges is necessary to further enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the planning process.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Anemia merupakan keadaan menipisnya sel darah merah (eritrosit) dalam darah yang menyebabkan ketidakmampuan menjalankan tugasnya sebagai oksigen ke seluruhan sel-sel jaringan tubuh. Anemia dalam kehamilan yaitu keadaan ibu yang mempunyai kadar hemoglobin di bawah 11 gr% pada trimester 1 dan 3 atau kurang dari 10,5 gr% pada trimester 2. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian Madu, Sari Kurma dan Tablet Tambah Darah terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin pada anemia ibu hamil trimester III. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ekspermien semu dengan desain penelitian pretest-posttest with control group design. Teknik pengfambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah tehnik random sampling dengan pendekatan staratificed random sampling jumlah sampel sebanyak 57 orang dengan masing masing kelompok sebesar 19 orang. Hasil: Rata-rata kadar hemoglobin sebelum pada kelompok madu +TTD 9.68 g/dl, kurma + TTD 8.96 g/dl dan TTD 9.06 g/dl. Dan rerata kadar hemoglobin seseudah intervensi pada kelompok madu + TTD 10.02 g/dl, kurma + TTD 9.3 g/dl dan TTD 9.2 g/dl. Kesimpulan: Terdapat perbedaan rerata kadar hemoglobin pada anemia ibu hamil sebelum dan sesudah pemberian madu + TTD (0.000<0.05). terdapat perbedaan rerata kadar hemoglobin pada anemia ibu hamil sebelum dan sesudah pemberian kurma + TTD (0.008<0.05). tidak ada perbedaan rerata kadar hemoglobin pada anemia ibu hamil sebelum dan sesudah pemberian tabelt tambaha darah (0.172>0.05). terdapat perbedaan rerata kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil pada kelompok intervensi madu + TTD, kurma + TTD dan TTD. Madu + TTD adalah paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin pada anemia ibu hamil di bandingkan dengan pemberian kurma + TTD). ABSTRACT Background: Anemia is a state of depletion of red blood cells (erythrocytes) in the blood which causes the inability to carry out its duties as oxygen to all cells of the body tissues. Anemia in pregnancy is a condition of the mother who has a hemoglobin level below 11% in the 1st and 3rd trimester or less than 10.5% in the 2nd trimester. Objective: To determine the effect of giving Honey, Date Juice and Blood Addition Tablets on increasing hemoglobin levels in anemic third trimester pregnant women. Method: This research is a pseudo-experimental study with a pretest-posttest research design with control group design. The sampling technique used is random sampling technique with a staratificed random sampling approach, the number of samples is 57 people with each group of 19 people. Results: The average hemoglobin level before the honey + TTD group was 9.68 g/dl, dates + TTD 8.96 g/dl and TTD 9.06 g/dl. And the average hemoglobin level after intervention in the honey + TTD group was 10.02 g/dl, dates + TTD 9.3 g/dl and TTD 9.2 g/dl. Conclusion: There is a difference in the mean hemoglobin level in anemia of pregnant women before and after the administration of honey + TTD (0.000<0.05). there is a difference in the mean hemoglobin level in anemia of pregnant women before and after the administration of dates + TTD (0.008<0.05). there is no difference in the mean hemoglobin level in anemia of pregnant women before and after the administration of blood supplement table (0.172>0.05). there is a difference in the mean hemoglobin level in pregnant women in the intervention groups of honey + TTD, dates + TTD and TTD. Honey + TTD has the greatest effect on increasing hemoglobin levels in anemic pregnant women compared to the provision of dates + TTD).

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Frekuensi kejadian stunting pada masyarakat Mandar di kabupaten Majene Sulawesi Barat masih tinggi. Faktor utama penyebab stunting adalah buruknya asupan gizi sejak periode awal pertumbuhanan perkembangan janin hingga anak berusia dua tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kejadian stunting yang tinggi terjadi karena faktor pola makan, penyakit infeksi, pola asuh, dan pengetahuan ibu balita stunting. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui bagaimana etnografi stunting pada etnis Mandar di kabupaten Majene Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Metode: Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi yang berupaya memahami aspek budaya melalui serangkaian pengamatan dan interpretasi perilaku manusia. Secara khusus, studi etnografi difokuskan pada perilaku budaya terhadap kejadian stunting. Hasil: Stunting disebabkan karena pola makan, penyakit infeksi, pola asuh dan pengetahuan ibu balita stunting. Kesimpulan: Masyarakat Mandar di Majene sudah memahami setiap aspek kejadian stunting pada anak di bawah lima tahun. Namun, mereka masih memiliki kepercayaan makanan yang dilarang dikonsumsi ibu hamil, pemberian teh dan kopi pada anak balita, pemberian MP-ASI dini, dan pengetahuan ibu balita stunting. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan holistik untuk mengurangi frekuensi kejadian stunting. ABSTRACT Background: The frequency of stunting in Mandar people in Majene district, West Sulawesi is still high. The main factor causing stunting is poor nutritional intake from the early period of fetal development until the child is two years old. The results showed that the high incidence of stunting occurred due to dietary factors, infectious diseases, parenting, and knowledge of mothers of stunted toddlers. Objective: To find out how the ethnography of stunting in Mandar ethnicity in Majene district, West Sulawesi province. Method: This research is qualitative with an ethnographic approach that seeks to understand cultural aspects through a series of observations and interpretations of human behavior. Specifically, the ethnographic study focused on cultural behavior towards the incidence of stunting. Results: Stunting is caused by diet, infectious diseases, parenting and knowledge of mothers of stunted toddlers. Conclusion: The Mandarese community in Majene has understood every aspect of stunting in children under five years old. However, they still have beliefs about foods that are prohibited for pregnant women, giving tea and coffee to children under five, early complementary feeding, and knowledge of mothers of stunted children under five. Therefore, a holistic approach is needed to reduce the frequency of stunting.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Standar pelayanan farmasi menurut SPM Rumah Sakit terdiri dari beberapa indikator. Indikator tersebut adalah waktu tunggu pelayanan obat jadi ≤≤ 30 menit dan obat racikan ≤≤ 60 menit, tidak adanya kejadian kesalahan pemberian obat 100%, penulisan resep sesuai formularium adalah 100% dan kepuasan pelanggan 80%. Untuk indikator waktu tunggu pelayanan obat di Instalasi Farmasi RSUD Lanto Dg Pasewang masih banyak keluhan keterlambatan, dari data evaluasi indikator mutu Unit Farmasi tahun 2023 untuk waktu tunggu pelayanan obat jadi di apotek rawat jalan rata-rata keterlambatan 64,1% sedangkan untuk obat racikan rata-rata 85,5%. Untuk data tahun 2024 dari bulan Januari - September keterlambatan obat jadi 61,2% dan obat racikan 85,7%. Penerapan SPM di Rumah Sakit diharapkan dapat menghasilkan pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas, memuaskan dan dapat memberikan jaminan keamanan pada pengguna jasa rumah sakit/masyarakat. Tujuan: Untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) farmasi di Apotek Rawat Jalan RSUD Lanto Dg Pasewang Jeneponto. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di RSUD Lanto Dg Pasewang pada tanggal 21 Desember 2024 sampai dengan 04 Januari 2025. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pasien/keluarga pasien BPJS rawat jalan yang dilayani di apotek RSUD Lanto Dg Pasewang Jeneponto mulai dari hari Senin sampai Sabtu dengan total pasien/keluarga pasien selama 6 hari kerja sebanyak 900 orang. Pengumpulan sampel dilakukan menggunakan tehnik purposive sampling mulai hari Senin sampai Sabtu selama dua minggu. Sampel berjumlah sebanyak 277 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis univariat. Hasil: 1) Waktu tunggu untuk pelayanan obat jadi ≤30 menit dan obat racikan ≤60 menit adalah sebesar 67,1% sedangkan menurut SPM farmasi RS sebesar ≥80%; 2) Kejadian kesalahan pemberian obat sebesar 95,3% sedangkan menurut SPM farmasi RS adalah sebesar 100%; 3) Penulisan resep sesuai formularium sebesar 100% sudah sesuai dengan SPM farmasi RS; 4) Kepuasan pelanggan yang merasa cukup puas sebesar 99,6% sudah sesuai dengan SPM farmasi RS ≥80%. ABSTRACT Background: Pharmaceutical service standards according to the Hospital SPM consist of several indicators. These indicators are waiting time for finished medicine ≤≤ 30 minutes and compounded medicine ≤≤ 60 minutes, the absence of 100% medication errors, writing prescriptions according to the formulary is 100% and customer satisfaction is 80%. For the indicator of waiting time for drug services at the Pharmacy Installation of Lanto Dg Pasewang Hospital, there are still many complaints of delays, from the data on the evaluation of the quality indicators of the Pharmacy Unit in 2023 for waiting time for finished drug services in outpatient pharmacies, the average delay is 64.1%, while for compounded drugs the average is 85.5%. For 2024 data from January - September, the delay for finished drugs was 61.2% and for compounded drugs was 85.7%. The implementation of SPM in hospitals is expected to produce quality, satisfactory health services and can provide security guarantees to hospital service users/community. Objective: To evaluate the implementation of Minimum Service Standards (SPM) for pharmacy in the Outpatient Pharmacy of RSUD Lanto Dg Pasewang Jeneponto. Method: The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. This research was conducted at Lanto Dg Pasewang Hospital on December 21, 2024 to January 04, 2025. The population in this study were all patients/families of outpatient BPJS patients who were served at the Jeneponto Lanto Dg Pasewang Hospital pharmacy from Monday to Saturday with a total of 900 patients/families of patients for 6 working days. Sample collection was carried out using purposive sampling technique from Monday to Saturday for two weeks. The sample amounted to 277 people. Data analysis used was descriptive analysis and univariate analysis. Results: 1) Waiting time for finished medicine service ≤30 minutes and compounded medicine ≤60 minutes was 67.1% while according to hospital pharmacy SPM it was ≥80%; 2) The incidence of drug administration errors amounted to 95.3% while according to the hospital pharmacy SPM is 100%; 3) Prescription writing according to the formulary was 100% in accordance with the SPM of hospital pharmacy; 4) Customer satisfaction, which was moderately satisfied at 99.6%, was in accordance with the SPM of hospital pharmacy ≥80%.

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Diabetes Melitus (DM) adalah penyakit infeksi degeneratif, yaitu penyakit yang disebabkan oleh kemampuan atau konstruksi jaringan atau organ yang terus berkurang seiring waktu karena usia yang cukup tua atau keputusan gaya hidup. Sesuai laporan World Health Organization (WHO) mengatakan pada tahun 2010 terdapat 1,0 juta orang yang meninggal akibat diabetes dengan prevalensi sekitar 2,0% dan pada tahun 2012 tercatat ada 1,5 juta orang yang meninggal akibat DM dengan kesamaan sekitar 2,0%. 0,7% dari semua kematian terjadi di negara agraris termasuk Indonesia. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui gambaran permasalahan budaya pada suku mandar tentang diabetes melitus. Metode: Jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualititatif dengan pendekatan etnografi jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 14 informan terdiri dari satu inforan kunci dan 13 informan utama. Tekhnik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan snowball sampling atau pengambilan sampel bola salju. Hasil: Masyarakat suku mandar sangat memahami tentang penyakit diabetes (penyakit gula/penyakit kencing manis) melitus dari pengertian dan penyebab diabetes melitus, Masyarakat suku mandar mampu mengetahui gejala dan tanda penyakit diabetes melitus, pencegahan penyakit diabetes melitus pada masyarakat suku mandar dilakukan dengan mengontrol pola makan, aktifitas fisik dan gaya hidup sehat, pengobatan diabetes melitus pada masyarakat suku mandar dilakukan dengan cara medis dan cara tradisional.  ABSTRACT Background: Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a degenerative infectious disease, which is a disease caused by the ability or construction of tissues or organs that continue to decrease over time due to old enough age or lifestyle decisions. As per the World Health Organization (WHO) report, in 2010 there were 1.0 million people who died from diabetes with a prevalence of about 2.0% and in 2012 there were 1.5 million people who died from DM with a similarity of about 2.0%. 0.7% of all deaths occurred in agrarian countries including Indonesia. Objective: To find out the description of cultural issues in the Mandar tribe about diabetes mellitus. Method: This type of research uses qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. The number of informants in this study were 14 informants consisting of one key informant and 13 main informants. The sampling technique uses snowball sampling or snowball sampling. Results: Mandarese people really understand about diabetes mellitus (sugar disease / diabetes) mellitus from the definition and causes of diabetes mellitus, Mandarese people are able to know the symptoms and signs of diabetes mellitus, prevention of diabetes mellitus in Mandarese people is done by controlling diet, physical activity and a healthy lifestyle, treatment of diabetes mellitus in Mandarese people is done by medical and traditional methods.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Kepuasan layanan dan loyalitas pasien sangat penting dalam memberikan citra positif bagi rumah sakit namun berdasarkan hasil survey awal menunjukkan jumlah kunjungan pasien umum di RSUD Lanto Dg. Pasewang dari tahun 2023 ke tahun 2024 mengalami penurunan. Pasien merasa tidak puas atas pelayanan dimana kurangnya perhatian dan respon tenaga kesehatan, sarana dan prasarana yang kurang memadai, kurang nyaman dan tidak terjaga kebersihannya sehingga membuat sebagian besar pasien tidak loyal dengan memenuhi layanan kesehatan ditempat lain. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan layanan dan loyalitas terhadap kunjungan ulang pasien umum. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 3073 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel random sampling sehingga diperoleh hasil perhitungan sampel menggunakan rumus Lemeshow sebanyak 72 sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil: Kepuasaan layanan (ρ=0,000) dan loyalitas (ρ=0,000) berpengaruh terhadap kunjungan ulang; Kepuasan layanan merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kunjungan ulang (OR=14.667) yang berarti kepuasan layanan 14.667 kali berpengaruh terhadap minat kunjungan ulang pasien umum RSUD (Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah) Lanto Dg. Pasewang Kabupaten Jeneponto. ABSTRACT Background: Service satisfaction and patient loyalty are very important in providing a positive image for the hospital, but based on the results of the initial survey, the number of general patient visits at Lanto Dg. Pasewang Hospital from 2023 to 2024 has decreased. Patients are dissatisfied with the service where the lack of attention and response of health workers, facilities and infrastructure are inadequate, uncomfortable and not maintained hygiene so that most patients are not loyal by fulfilling health services in other places. Objective: To analyze the effect of service satisfaction and loyalty on general patient return visits. Method: The type of research used is quantitative with a cross sectional study approach. The population in the study totaled 3073 with random sampling techniques so that the results of sample calculation using the Lemeshow formula were obtained as many as 72 samples. The data analysis techniques used are univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. Results: Service satisfaction (ρ =0.000) and loyalty (ρ=0.000) had an effect on repeat visits; Service satisfaction is the variable that has the most influence on revisits (OR=14,667) which means that service satisfaction 14,667 times affects the interest of general patients in revisiting the Lanto Dg. Pasewang Hospital (Regional General Hospital), Jeneponto Regency.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Gangguan pendengaran akibat bising mengacu pada penurunan sensitivitas terhadap bunyi dari yang ringan sampai berat tergantung pada tingkat kerusakan sel pada satu maupun kedua telinga. Dari hasil pengukuran kebisingan di lima titik area kerja karyawan di PT PLN (Persero) unit layanan listrik diesel Kairatu dengan menggunakan alat Sound Level Meter, yaitu area pos satpam, area bengkel, area ruang mesin SWD, area radiator SWD, dan area PT Aggreko di dapatkan hasil intensitas kebisingan tertinggi di tiga titik yaitu: area ruang mesin SWD, area radiator SWD dan area PT Aggreko. Karyawan yang memiliki kebisingan berpeluang untuk stres sebesar 24 kali lebih besar dibanding dengan karyawan yang tidak memiliki kebisingan. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan gangguan pendengaran pada pekerja di PT. PLN Piru Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian cross sectional study. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan di PT. PLN PIRU Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat pada bulan Juni-Agustus 2024. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pekerja pada PT. PLN PIRU Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat, besar sampel pada penelitian ini ditentukan dengan rumus study Lemeshow. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil: 1) Kebisingan berhubungan dengan keluhan gangguan pendengaran pada pekerja di PT. PLN PIRU Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat; 2) Umur berhubungan dengan keluhan gangguan pendengaran pada pekerja di PT. PLN PIRU Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat; 3) Alat pelindung telinga berhubungan dengan keluhan gangguan pendengaran pada pekerja di PT. PLN PIRU Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat; 4) Masa kerja berhubungan dengan keluhan gangguan pendengaran pada pekerja di PT. PLN PIRU Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat. ABSTRACT Background: Noise-induced hearing loss refers to a decrease in sensitivity to sound from mild to severe depending on the level of cell damage in one or both ears. From the results of noise measurements at five points of the employee work area at PT PLN (Persero) Kairatu diesel electricity service unit using a Sound Level Meter tool, namely the security post area, workshop area, SWD engine room area, SWD radiator area, and PT Aggreko area, the highest noise intensity results were obtained at three points, namely: SWD machine room area, SWD radiator area and PT Aggreko area. Employees who have noise are 24 times more likely to be stressed than employees who do not have noise. Objective: To determine the factors associated with hearing loss in workers at PT PLN Piru, West Seram Regency. Method: This research is a cross sectional study. This research will be conducted at PT PLN PIRU West Seram Regency in June-August 2024. The population in this study were workers at PT PLN PIRU West Seram Regency, the sample size in this study was determined by the Lemeshow study formula. Data analysis used is univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. Results: 1) Noise is related to hearing loss among workers at PT PLN PIRU, West Seram Regency; 2) Age is related to hearing loss among workers at PT PLN PIRU in West Seram Regency; 3) Ear protection equipment is related to hearing loss among workers at PT PLN PIRU in West Seram Regency; 4) Working period is related to hearing loss among workers at PT PLN PIRU in West Seram Regency.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Loyalitas adalah aset dari suatu merek yang menunjukkan mahalnya nilai sebuah loyalitas, karena untuk membangunnya banyak tantangan yang harus dihadapi serta membutuhkan waktu yang sangat lama. Pembangunan loyalitas akan memberikan manfaat yang besar bagi rumah sakit. Loyalitas akan menjadi kunci sukses, tidak hanya dalam jangka pendek tetapi keunggulan bersaing secara berkelanjutan. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan kesehatan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pasien. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan observasional analitik dengan desain Cross sectional study, metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sistem acak sederhana dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 122 orang. Analisis data yang di gunakan adalah SMART PLS 4. Hasil: Secara parsial kualitas layanan kesehatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan (P-value 0.000) terhadap kepuasan pasien. Kepuasan pasien secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan (0.002) terhadap loyalitas pasien. Secara parsial kepuasan pasien berpengaruh positif dan signifikan (0.000) terhadap loyalitas pasien. Mediasi kualitas pelayanan kesehatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas melalui kepuasan di Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Sitti Khadijah 1 Makassar. ABSTRACT Background: Loyalty is an asset of a brand that shows the high value of loyalty, because to build it many challenges must be faced and takes a very long time. Loyalty building will provide great benefits to the hospital. Loyalty will be the key to success, not only in the short term but a sustainable competitive advantage. Objective: To determine the effect of health service quality on patient satisfaction and loyalty. Method: This type of research uses analytical observations with a cross sectional study design, the sampling method uses a simple random system with a sample size of 122 people. The data analysis used is SMART PLS 4. Results: Partially, the quality of health services has a positive and significant effect (P-value 0.000) on patient satisfaction. Partially patient satisfaction has a positive and significant effect (0.002) on patient loyalty. Partially patient satisfaction has a positive and significant effect (0.000) on patient loyalty. Mediation of health service quality has a positive and significant effect on loyalty through satisfaction at Sitti Khadijah 1 Makassar Mother and Child Hospital.
