Abstract

Background: The incidence of severe pre-eclampsia and eclampsia increases the risk of adverse events in labor which consists of maternal and perinatal outputs. The delivery outcome in eclampsia depends on the gestational age at disease onset, the quality of disease management, and the presence or absence of other medical illnesses. The purpose of this study was to analyze the association of knowledge and attitude with preeclampsia in pregnant women in the Tangeban Public Health Center, Masama District, Banggai Regency. Methods: This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional research design. The sample in this research was all pregnant women, both preeclampsia and not in the Tangeban Puskesmas area, Masama sub-district, Probi regency, totaling 57 people. Results: There was no relationship between knowledge of the incidence of preeclampsia in pregnant women and there was a relationship between attitudes towards the incidence of preeclampsia in pregnant women in the Tangeban Public Health Center, Masama District, Banggai Regency. Conclusion: This study is expected to be used as an evaluation material for health centers related to factors related to preeclampsia in pregnant women in the Tangeban Community Health Center, Banggai Regency.

Abstract

Background: Nurse Population in hospitals has a greater proportion than other health workers. Nearly 60-70% of the total human resources available, occupied by nurses. In fact, 90% of the health services provided are a form of nursing service. Therefore, nursing service is a form of professional service that is the biggest indicator in realizing the quality of hospital services. One of the duties of nurses in providing nursing services in accordance with standards is to document all nursing care provided. Objective: To review journals about documenting computer-based nursing care in hospitals for the effectiveness of the preparation of nursing care. Methods: Quantitative, mixed-methods, and qualitative reviews that aim to evaluate the influence of computerized nursing documentation (eg, management, computerized decision support systems and information systems) on nursing care were included. We used the nursing care performance framework as an extraction grid and analytical tool. This model illustrates how the interplay between nursing resources and nursing services can produce changes in patient conditions. The primary outcomes included nurses' practice environment, nursing processes, professional satisfaction, and nursing-sensitive outcomes. The secondary outcomes included satisfaction or dissatisfaction with computerized nursing documentation according to nurses 'and patients' perspectives. Reviews published in English, French, or Spanish from January 1, 2000 to December 15, 2019, were considered. Results: A total of 5515 titles or abstracts were assessed for eligibility and full-text papers of 72 articles were retrieved for detailed evaluation. It was found that 22 reviews published between 2002 and 2015 met the eligibility criteria. Many nursing care themes (ie, indicators) were influenced by the use of computerized nursing documentation, including time management; time spent on patient care; documentation time; information quality and access; quality of documentation; knowledge updating and utilization; nurse autonomy; intra and interprofessional collaboration; nurses' competencies and skills; nurse-patient relationship; assessment, care planning, and evaluation; teaching of patients and families; communication and care coordination; perspectives of the quality of care provided; nurses and patients satisfaction or dissatisfaction with computerized nursing documentation; patient comfort and quality of life related to care; empowerment; and functional status.

Abstract

Background: Nutrisional problems incuding Stunting is malnutrision which is a major problem in the world, especially in Indonesia. According WHO, Stunting is calculated by comparing height or length children under five with the Z-score. Factors causing stunting event is very diverse, including parenting, age of weaning, history of breastfeeding, and bonding attachment between mother and baby will affect development of children. The purpose of this study was to analyze effects of Emotional Bonding to Stunting Events for children aged 24-59 months in Tompobulu District, Bantaeng Regency 2020. Methods: Observational analytic with cross sectional study. Implementation of research conducted in the District Tompobulu, Bantaeng. Selection of the place and sample using random cluster sampling technique. Results: Bivariate analysis showed that there was an effect of breastfeeding history on emotional bonding with a value p=0.034 (p<0.05). The age of weaning for emotional bonding, value of p=0.032 (p<0.05). Maternal parenting for emotional bonding, value of p=0.010 (p<0.05). Feeding patterns with emotional bonding get value p =0.044 (p<0.05). This means that there is a significant influence between history of breastfeeding age of weaning, maternal parenting, eating patterns with emotional bonding. Result the history of breastfeeding on the incidence stunting in toddlers were obtained with a value 0.022(p<0.05). The result of assessment on the factor of weaning age on the event of stunting in children showed p=0.046 (p<0.05). Maternal parenting for event of stunting in children showed p=0.029 (p<0.05). Feeding pattern toward the event of stunting in children p=0.022 (p<0.05). This means there is a significant effect between these factors and the event of stunting. The emotional bonding factors to effect of stunting in children, the value of p=0.046 (p<0.05), which means that there is a significant influence between these two factors. In regression test with multivariate analysisi, there were significant result on factors such as history of breastfeeding, age of weaning, maternal parenting and feeding patterns that affect emotional bonding factors. These factors also obtained significant result that affect the event of stunting in toddlers age 24-59 months. Emotional bonding factors to event of stunting, there were also significant results that affected the event of stunting in children. Conclusion of this study is there is effect of factors such as history of breastfeeding, age of weaning, maternal parenting, and feeding pattern with emotional bonding. Then, there is efferct of factors such as, history of breastfeeding, age of weaning, maternal parenting, and feeding pattern with Stunting event in children aged 24-59 months. Other than that, there is an effect of emotional bonding with stunting event in children aged 24-59 months in Tompobulu District, Bantaeng regency 2020.

Abstract

Background: Brands reflect customer perceptions and feelings regrading product attributers and performance, brand names and companies associated with the brand associated. In utilizing health services, customers are built by several considerations, one of which influences the customer’s consideration of the high brand image of a hospital. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of corporate identity, physical environment, contact personelle, and service offering on the interesting of community to utilize service at Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid Hospital Makassar. Methods: This is a quantitative research that uses cross sectional study method. Respondents in this study are 78 inpatients of Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid Hospital Makassar, determined by using simple random sampling technique. Results: Based on the the chi-square statistical test results, corporate identity, physical environment, contact personelle, and service offering an influence on patient decision using health service at Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid Hospital Makassar with the value of all variables, namely p=0.000 < p=0.05. Conclusion: (1) There was influenced between corporate identity with patient decision using health service at Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid Hospital Makassar; (2) There was influenced between physical environment with patient decision using health service at Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid Hospital Makassar; (3) There was influenced between contact personelle with patient decision using health service at Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid Hospital Makassar; and (4) There was influenced between service offering with patient decision using health service at Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid Hospital Makassar.

Abstract

Backgorund: Problems arise due to the impact of drug abuse. Despair and decreased motivation to recover so that it has an impact on a person's self-efficacy which influences the individual to determine the actions that will be taken to achieve a goal including thinking about various events to be faced. Self- efficacy can also be influenced by several factors such as cognitive, affective, behavioral, and environmental. This study aims to analyze the effect of motivational interviewing on the self-efficacy of drug abusers at the Adi Pradana Primary Clinic BNNP South Sulawesi. Methods: This study used the Quasi Experiment method with the research design used was Pretest-Posttest with Control Group Design, with a total. Sampling technique with a total of 42 samples, consisting of 21 samples of the intervention group through counseling for three counseling sessions and the control group through brochures, analyzed. Using SPSS 26.0 with paired samples t-test and independent t-test. Results: The results of this study indicate that: There is an effect of counseling intervention on self-efficacy in drug abusers with a p value of 0.000 (p<0.05); There was no effect of giving brochures on self-efficacy for drug abusers with a p value of 0.883 (p> 0.05); There is no difference in self- efficacy for drug abusers in the two groups before being given intervention in the form of counseling and brochures where the p value is 0.193 (p>0.05), and there is a difference in self-efficacy for drug abusers after being given intervention with counseling techniques where the p value is 0.000 (p <0.05). Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of giving intervention with counseling techniques on self-efficacy in drug abusers at the Adi Pradana Clinic, BNNP, and South Sulawesi.

Abstract

Background: Health promotion has a very relevant meaning and meaning. The definition of health promotion is the process of empowering or empowering the community to maintain, improve and protect their health through increasing awareness, willingness and ability, as well as developing a healthy environment.This study aims to analyze the clean and healthy life behavior of health workers at Salewangang Regional General Hospital, Maros Regency. Method: This study uses quantitative methods with a total sample of 100. Statistically, the level of knowledge allocated has a significant and positive effect on the clean and healthy life behavior of health workers at the Salewangang Regional General Hospital, Maros Regency. Results: The value of the regression coefficient is 0.274, -0.011 infrastructure, 0.042 attitude, 1.114 hospital policy. This shows that an increase in knowledge, infrastructure, attitudes, hospital policies by 1% will increase the behavior of clean living on average by 27.4%, meanwhile, infrastructure has no significant effect.

Abstract

Background: The mortality rate for COVID-19 in Indonesia is 8.9%, this figure is the highest in Southeast Asia. The Makassar city government issued a policy on the implementation of large-scale social restrictions through Makassar Mayor Regulation number 22 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Scaled Social Restrictions Big in Makassar City, South Sulawesi Province, this policy is an effort to respond to COVID 19 by the Makassar city-regional government. Method: This research method is qualitative. Data collection using observation and in-depth interviews (in-depth interviews) to evaluate Makassar Mayor Regulation number 22 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions in Makassar City. Results: The results of this study explain the inputs, processes, and outputs of the Perwali Policy no.22 of 2020, which includes human resources determined by decree, creation of border posts, activity restrictions, policy funding from the APBD, policy implementation, policy effectiveness and efficiency, successful implementation. policies and reducing the number of Covid-19 cases. Conclusion: The existence of guardian policy no.22 of 2020 in the city of Makassar continues to reap the pros and cons of several circles, on the one hand, many people have expressed an attitude to encourage the implementation of PSBB where it can break the chain of transmission from Covid-19.

Abstract

Background: Based on the results of the survey, while conducting the research, there were some obstacles during the research, which were caused when doing the research, there were some informants who were not willing to be interviewed and there were informants who were not there when doing the research. However, of the 5 people who became informants had provided in-depth information about the performance of employees in the financial division of the Salewangang Regional Hospital, Maros district. This study aims to analyze the performance of hospital employees in financial management since the implementation of BLUD in Salewangang Hospital, Maros Regency. Methods: As for this type of research, it is qualitative, this research was conducted at Salewangang Maros Hospital for 1 month.The informants in this study were 5 informants. Results: of the study showed that from the 5 key informants, information was found that employee performance was influenced by salary.

Abstract

Background: SISRUTE is the implementation of health services that regulates the transfer of duties and responsibilities of health services reciprocally, both vertically and horizontally, where the entire referral process is carried out in an integrated manner. SISRUTE is expected to be able to overcome delays in the patient handling process because adequate health service facilities are only in big cities and the a limited capacity of places to handle these patients. Method: The research method used in this research is a qualitative method and a phenomenological approach. Where this research was conducted in the interview stage to find out qualitative data in knowing the implementation of the integrated referral system (SISRUTE) at the Labuang Baji Hospital, Makassar City. Result: The results of this study found that the relationship between hospital variables and policy setting, the relationship between information variables and information recording and reporting, and the relationship between system variables and the use of hardware, software, and the expertise of Information Technology (IT) personnel in terms of definition. the system, human resource expertise, system appearance, features and functions, security, and access rights of informants rated it as well, while in terms of training, the use of the system and the constraints of using informants considered it bad. Conclusion: So it is recommended that Labuang Baji Hospital should provide more than one internet network, for example adding a modem, for referring hospitals and referral recipient hospitals to complete and update the database of resource availability, facilities, and blood banks, and integrate this data into SISRUTE.

Abstract

Backgorund: The SARS-Cov-2 pandemic had a negative impact on all aspects of health including dentists. Dentists are asked to conduct screening (screening) of all patients who will receive treatment. If it is known that a patient who is suspected of being infected with Covid-19 is immediately referred to the nearest hospital for further treatment. Therefore, based on the background of the problems that have been described, the researchers are interested in examining the extent of the policy evaluation of Circular No. 2776 / PB PDGI / III-3/2020 In Dental and Oral Hospitals and Clinics in Makassaar City. Research Methods: This research method is qualitative data collection by means of observation and in-depth interviews (in-depth interview) to evaluate Circular No. 2776 / PB PDGI / III-3/2020. Research Result: The results of this study describe the input, process, and output of the Circular No. 2776 / PB PDGI / III-3/2020 which includes human resources (dentists) on duty must be physically and mentally healthy, adequate facilities and infrastructure at hospitals and clinics, PDGI management cab. Makassar issued a policy for all dentists in Makassar not to practice except for emergency treatment. Conclusion : The conclusion of the study shows that the successful implementation of the policy is seen with each patient following all existing protocols in the hospital.
