Abstract

The purpose of this research is to reveal the extent to which Attitude, Skill, and Knowledge control have a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. Astha Kencana Mulia.. This research method is a quantitative, descriptive approach. The sample taken had 57 respondents. In collecting data using online questionnaires and direct observation. Data analysis techniques using PLS-SEM The research was conducted for approximately three months and explored the phenomenon of employee performance in terms of the implications of improving employee performance that is less than optimal. The findings from the study show that employee performance has increased significantly thanks to the positive impact of attitudes and skills, while knowledge does not contribute significantly and can even have a negative impact on employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of organizational culture on employee performance. Knowing & analyzing whether organizational culture has an effect on employee performance. The research method used is a qualitative research method. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Gas Sembilan Semangat employs a total of 20 employees. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 4 employees using intentional capture techniques, namely capture techniques using certain criteria. The data used in this study is the main data, namely by conducting interviews using informants. The data analysis technique used in this research is a qualitative data analysis technique using the discourse analysis method. The results show that employees have several reasons. For example, employees who are not contract employees have reasons because of inadequate working hours, while employees who are contract employees think that it is a form of their rights to become contract employees. Therefore, employees must have a greater commitment to carrying out their work responsibilities.

Abstract

The food and beverage sector has been around for a while and has produced goods. A business classification encompassing the food and beverage industry is any enterprise that centers its operations around food or beverages, including F&B services. Maintaining a high standard of continuity and excellence in business communication is essential since customer or colleague satisfaction is critical to corporate success. Thus, this study aims to examine the role that business communication plays in increasing sales in the food and beverage industry and the challenges associated with business communication. Using a descriptive-analytical approach methodology, the research technique applies qualitative research focusing on business communication. In particular, Gozadera Bar De Tapas, one of the F&B Industry companies, is the target of this investigation. Primary data was the source of the information, and focus group discussions, observations, and interviews with relevant parties served as information collection techniques. Additionally, this study's information strategy involves analyzing qualitative data that field analysts have gathered. The findings indicate that effective corporate communication—including that with coworkers, leaders, and employees—and with customers and business partners- all significantly impact boosting sales. Through social media, business communications are conducted both directly and indirectly. Communication barriers can include misinterpretations of what is being said, loud music that interferes with normal hearing, and disagreements.

Abstract

Customer behavior is closely related to purchasing decisions, and individuals, groups, and groups make purchasing decisions to meet their needs and aspirations for products and services. Therefore, companies need to understand how consumers make purchasing decisions to influence their purchasing decisions. This article reviews the factors that affect consumer purchases, namely consumer decisions, prices, and products, and is a literature study of consumer behavior. This article aims to build a hypothesis of influence between variables to be used in future research. The results of this literature review article are as follows: 1) Promotion affects Consumer Purchases; 2) Price affects Consumer Purchases; and 3) Products that affect Consumer Purchases.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has the potential for the development of high economic value, one of which is in the business sector or the business sector. Business is an activity carried out by organizations or individuals covering production, buying and selling activities, which can also be in the form of exchanging goods or services, with the aim of gaining profit or profit. Components of business implementation required administration. Administration is part of the most important system in business which includes efficiency, effectiveness, rationality. Sharia financing is an activity in the form of providing funds and goods from the bank to customers according to an agreement that requires the party being financed to return the funds after a certain period of time according to the agreement agreed at the beginning of the agreement with rewards or profit sharing based on sharia principles, namely by using the principle mudharabah, musyarakah, murabahah and ijarah. One of the institutions implementing sharia financing is the Baitul Maal Wat-Tamwil Tasyrikah Agung Economy (BMT PETA). BMT PETA is an Islamic-based non-bank financial institution founded by the Pesulukan Agung Tulungagung Islamic boarding school with the aim of strengthening the congregation's economy from the Peta Islamic boarding school itself or the wider community. The financing carried out by BMT PETA is financing that can be used for trading business capital, capital for farmers, capital for purchasing motorized vehicles, educational capital, and capital to meet personal needs.

Abstract

Corporate strategy is essential in dealing with global changes. PT XYZ is an international-scale company that requires the right strategy especially in marketing its products. Using the matrix analysis method IFE, EFE, IE, and SPACE by obtaining data based on interviews with one person who is influential in making decisions in the company, the company's internal factors and external factors that influence company performance are obtained. The results of this study are based on the IFE matrix the company has eight strength variables and two weakness variables, based on the EFE matrix the company has six opportunity variables and four threat variables, based on the IE matrix the company can take advantage of existing opportunities, and based on the SPACE matrix the company is in stable condition and has a role in the market.
