Abstract

This research is to determine the effect of the variables fiscal decentralization, gross regional domestic product, education, unemployment rate on poverty levels with zakat funds (zakat, infaq, and shodaqoh) as moderating variables in Kebumen district in 2013-2023. This research is quantitative research with secondary data in the form of time series data. The data obtained was further processed with eviews12. In this analysis, descriptive tests, stationary tests, classical assumption tests, statistical tests and MRA tests are used. The results of this research conclude that the variables fiscal decentralization, gross regional domestic product, education, unemployment rate do not show any influence on the poverty level. ZIS funds are unable to moderate fiscal decentralization, gross regional domestic product, education, unemployment rates. As well as the variables fiscal decentralization, gross regional domestic product, education, unemployment rate were removed from the regression model to cure multicollinearity.

Abstract

Good management of foreign exchange reserves during a crisis has the effect of improving the performance of the domestic economy and adding to the welfare gains from optimal management of foreign exchange reserves is reducing the welfare costs of liquidity shocks. Research on exchange reserves should be developed, because it shows the economic power of a country to do more international transactions and face an economic crisis. Foreign exchange reserves were developed using macroeconomic variables such as foreign interest rates, bi rate, exports, and foreign loans with an ordinary least square (OLS) approach. The results of the analysis show that foreign interest rates, exports and foreign loans have a positive influence on foreign exchange reserves, while the domestic interest rate variable has a negative influence on foreign exchange reserves. The government needs to implement policies that are appropriate and appropriate to the situation in order to minimize the reduction in foreign exchange reserves.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to reveal the extent to which leadership style, motivation, and salary influence employee performance at the dr.X primary clinic. The research method is a descriptive quantitative approach. The sample taken was 18 respondents. In data collection using online questionnaires and direct observation. Data analysis techniques using SPSS. The findings of the study indicate that employee performance increased significantly due to the positive impact of leadership style, motivation, and salary.

Abstract

Mandatory BPHTB contributions are local original revenues that must be paid by the payer to the local government that is useful for development. In this writing, we will discuss various information related to BPHTB mandatory contributions with the literature study method. In this literature study, there is information on previous research that provides answers on the legal basis of the mandatory contribution of the Mandatory Acquisition Duty on Land and Building Rights, the subject and object of the mandatory contribution of the BPHTB and the amount of the tariff and how to calculate the mandatory contribution of the BPHTB. Based on the results of this literature, it can be concluded that the mandatory BPHTB contribution has a strong and clear legal basis, the subject and object of the mandatory contribution include individuals and legal entities of BPHTB and the amount of the tariff and how to calculate the mandatory contribution of the BPHTB Mandatory Contribution, while the tariff in the payment of the Land and Building Rights Acquisition Duty (BPHTB) and the amount of the tariff and the method of calculating the mandatory contribution of the Mandatory Land and Building Rights Acquisition Fee (BPHTB) is 5%.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are businesses that play an important role in the national economy. At this time, MSMEs are intensively running in various regions in Indonesia. There are many MSME resources that have not been established The formulation of this research problem is How the strategy of youth interest in MSME businesses in this study has the purpose of finding out strategies to attract the interest of local youth in developing their businesses. It is hoped that this research will have theoretical and practical benefits that will help in implementing strategies in developing businesses. In this study, a type of qualitative research is used, where the technique of determining the place uses the method of reviewing journal articles that discuss the strategy of youth interest in MSME businesses, MSMEs are a business that plays an important role in the national economy. At this time, MSMEs are intensively running in various regions in Indonesia.
