Abstract

The performance of the Village Government employees stated that, previously, the organizational culture that was built in the Ngadirejo Village Government environment had minimal innovation, because employees tended to work monotonously and there was no improvement. The research objective is to analyze Organizational Culture, Leadership Style, and Work Environment on Employee Performance through Motivation as a Mediation Variable. The research sample was 58 employees of the Ngadirejo Village Government, Malang Regency. The results of the study explain that leadership style and environment directly affect motivation. Leadership style and motivation directly affect employee performance

Abstract

The objective of the study is to analyze and explain the influence of leadership style on organizational commitment, the influence of leadership style on employee performance and the influence of leadership style on employee performance. Leadership on employee performance is influenced by organizational commitment style. The study population included 5 employees of the Batu City Office of Education. The results of the study explain that leadership style directly affects employee performance and organizational commitment and organizational commitment can influence leadership style on employee performance.

Abstract

The drop we will see from internal factors comes from employee performance, by looking at terms of job satisfaction, earned work motivation and employee commitment to Organization in the workplace will have an impact on employee performance, whether performance increases or decreases, Good or bad. The initial investigation of the study revealed that there were problems faced by East Java Forest Security Bureau employees, the problem being a decrease in employee performance. The population of this study was 5 persons and the sample used for the study was 5 persons/employee. This study uses path analysis method. The results of this study show that job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on employees' job performance, work motivation has a positive and significant impact on employees' work results. employees, organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on employee job performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, motivation work has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with organizational commitment being the intermediate and variable motivation at work has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with organizational participation as an intermediate variable

Abstract

The importance of the role of organizational commitment, empowerment and organizational citizenship behavior in an effort to improve employee performance is an interesting research study. Some outstanding research results can be used as a foundation or reference for further research. Several contradictory research results between the influence of the role of organizational commitment and employee performance, empowerment and performance have been carried out in various countries and organizations which are very interesting for further study. Scoping method is very interesting to classify the influence between organizational commitment, empowerment and organizational citizenship behavior in an effort to improve employee performance.

Abstract

Trainner position of teachers as a vocational school in particular, have a role to organize, organize, direct and train to utilize all its resources both from private teachers themselves and from school in order to achieve the goals set. The performance of teachers in an educational institution is an interesting factor to be investigated.Based on data analysis found that transformational leadership style and work motivation influence on job satisfaction and teacher performance. Job satisfaction affect the performance of teachers. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of business scale, company age and owner education on the use of accounting information. This research uses a quantitative approach with respondents of MSME owner research "souvenirs" of typical foods in Malang. Data collection techniques using questionnaire instruments. The analytical tool used is the linear regression method using SPSS. The results showed that: 1) The scale of the business did not significantly influence the use of accounting information, this is because some of the businesses that were established were still very small with low income and the number of employees employed was also slightly in accordance with business activities, as indicated by the sig amounted to 0.972; 2) The age of a business company does not significantly influence the use of accounting information, the results of this study indicate that the longer the life of an MSME business, is not followed by the higher level of use of accounting information, which is indicated by a sig value of 0.231; 3) Owner education has a significant positive effect on the use of accounting information. The results of this study indicate that the level of education of an owner / manager influences the use of accounting information, which is indicated by a sig value of 0.001.
