Abstract

Abstract. This studi aims to determine the effect of Youtube Learning Media on student achievment in economics Education at the State University f Medan. The type of research is quantitative research using IBM SPSS version 22. Data collection techniques are through questionnaries, observation and documentation. The result of the study show that there is a positive and significant effect of Youtube Learning Media on learning achievment where t acount was 7.638 which was greater than the t table of 1,990.

Abstract

Abstract. Motor vehicle testing is an important thing to test the roadworthiness of a goods vehicle or person with certain provisions. This study discusses the quality of service and customer value on customer satisfaction by using motor vehicle testing services at the District Transportation Office. Blitar. The population of this study was taken from the test applicants and the samples used in this study were 73 respondents. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with the type of sampling that is Simple Random Sampling. The analytical method used in this study is using multiple linear regression with the help of the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of the Hypothesis Test indicate that service quality and customer value have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction

Abstract

Traveloka has effectively implemented a competitive strategy that has led it to become a successful company, especially in the field of travel and lifestyle. To understand the competitive strategy implemented, it is important to analyze Traveloka's internal and external environment. Internal analysis emphasizes the strengths of the company, while external analysis emphasizes the opportunities and threats faced by the company. The writing of this article uses the literature review method with Traveloka as the research subject. The results show that Traveloka's internal and external environments have successfully created a competitive strategy that differentiates it from competitors and appeals to the millennial market. Traveloka expands its reach to various tourist destinations, especially Indonesia, utilizes technology to offer better services and speed up the reservation process, unites various services such as flights, accommodation, and local transportation into one platform that can be easily accessed by customers, offers safe and healthy travel packages, and provides accurate and up-to-date information on health and safety measures at tourist destinations.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze 1) the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee job satisfaction; 2) the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance; 3) the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, and 4) the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at SMKN 1 Panggul Trenggalek district. The research conducted at SMKN 1 Panggul Trenggalek district used a quantitative approach which collected data using a questionnaire with a total population and sample of 50 respondents. The data analysis technique used is path analysis, namely by knowing the direct and indirect effects of the independent variables on the dependent variable. Based on this, can it can be concluded that 1) leadership and work motivation have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction; 2) Leadership and Work Motivation have a significant influence on employee performance; 3) Job satisfaction directly has a significant effect on employee performance and 4) Leadership and work motivation directly and indirectly have a significant effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at SMKN 1 Panggul Trenggalek district.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality and image on patient satisfaction and trust. In addition, this study also analyzes the indirect effect of service quality and image on patient trust which is mediated by patient satisfaction. The population of this study was 855 patients at Pindad General Hospital, while the sample used was 130 inpatients at Pindad General Hospital Malang Malang. The data source used in this research is primary data and the method to be used in data collection is the questionnaire data collection method. Analysis of the data used in research using Path Analysis (Path Analysis). The results showed that service quality and image had a direct effect on patient satisfaction, service quality, and image had a direct effect on patient trust, patient satisfaction had a direct effect on patient trust, and patient satisfaction was able to mediate the effect between service quality and patient trust image. Suggestions from this study are that Pindad Malang General Hospital needs to have medical staff and employees who have the skills and proficiency in carrying out their duties, always give a good impression by providing services to patients according to medical service standards, always giving a good impression by providing services to patients according to with medical service standards, accepting underprivileged patients by providing health insurance and free social service programs for underprivileged people and conducting social programs through health education to the community.

Abstract

Abstract. This study intends to investigate how Malang City batik artisans perceive accounting by keeping track of business activity. This study used a qualitative methodology, a natural setting as a data gathering tool, inductive analysis, and a meaning-centered approach. Researchers employed an interpretive paradigm in this investigation. "Simple accounting" is a phenomenon that characterizes the accounting methods used by batik artisans. The definition of accounting reveals that it is a form of bookkeeping that documents company transactions. Even though the accounting employed was not in conformity with generally accepted accounting rules for small firms, the batik craftsmen included in this study understood and used accounting to manage their finances. Some of the batik artisans acknowledge that they still don't have much accounting understanding. Both batik artisans are aware that accounting is the recording of information for both internal and external parties for the purpose of using it later for business decision-making.
