<![CDATA[The quality of human resources could be reflected by how big the Islamic work ethic level. In this context the training and human resources development is one of tools to improving the human resources quality which owned by the shariah banking industry.This research aims to knowing the influence of training and human resources development to increase the Islamic work ethic of shariah bukopin bank employees branch darmo Surabaya. This research is associative with quantitative approach. The technique of data analysis is using path analysis that used to know how much this contribution of training and human resources development to Islamic work ethic. The result of this research indicate that the training has a significant effect to Islamic work ethic, the development has no significant effect to Islamic work ethic, and the training and human resources development have a significant effect to Islamic work ethic.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research to determins the effect of service quality on satis facation of KJKS KUM3 Rahmat Surabaya members. To measure service quality sharia the advantage Compliances with Islamic Low which was known as CARTER (Compliance, Assurance, Reliability, Tangible, Emphaty, dan Responsiveness). This type of research is a casual associative by quantitative approach. The population in the research one members of KJKS KUM3 Rahmat Surabaya. the samplein this study is 89 members of KJKS KUM3 Rahmat Surabaya, who selected using non probability sampling method by using purposive sampling technique. The date were analyzed by hypothers testing. Result of this research shows that there is significany influence of service quality variabel on satisfaction of KJKS KUM3 Rahmat Surabaya members. The service quality variabel has a value 0f 8.710 and supported with sig value of 0,00 which if the sig value is smaller than 0,05 can be said have a significant influence.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to know how the influence of marketing mix variables of the bank on customer loyalty at BTN Syariah Kc Surabaya. This research is quantitative research. Methods of data collection used questionnaires distributed to respondents. The number of samples (respondents) in this research that is 100 customers selected by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used a simple regression statistic model. The data were processed using the test of reliability, validity test, classical assumption test and statistical test. From result of data processing show that Marketing Mix of Bank have positive and significant influence to customer loyalty with influence value 13,6% and proven t count (3,395) bigger than (>) t table (1,987), so it can be concluded that the higher Marketing Mix of the Bank, the higher the loyalty of customers at BTN Syariah Kc Surabaya]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effects of religiousity towards the performance of muslim employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XI Head Office. This study is using quantitive approach. The number of samples in this study are 72 respondents which taken from employees who are Muslims by using simple random sampling technique. This study use questionnaires measured using Likert Scale and analyzed using SPSS 21 program. The results of this study indicate that the religiousity variable has a linear relation with performance variable. Based on the T test, the result shows that the variable religiousity has a significant influence towards the performance variable. Based on the R square test, the result shows that religiousity variable have influence equal to 39,3% to performance variable.]]>

<![CDATA[Islam has always urged adherents working and improving the work ethic. It encourages its adherents to Islam to plunge into entrepreneurs (entrepreneurs). One of the types of businesses that are thriving in Indonesia is small and medium scale business (UMKM). One of the Small Medium Enterprises that started developing right now is "Muiz Collection" engaged in the field of convection (hijab). This study used a qualitative approach. Type of research is the research field. In this study using primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques are obtained by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. Financial management in "Muiz Collection" consists of 3 mechanism: collection of funds obtained from personal funds and loans,use of funds to finance all expenditure. Business principles relating to sharia provision are always firmly and used as a reference for action by Muiz Collection so that Muiz Collection can be categorized as a home industry that applies the principles of islamiceconomics.]]>

This study aims to determine the impact of the service perception of pick up zakat to muzakki satisfaction in Amil Zakat Institution Yatim Mandiri Jombang Branch. <![CDATA[BUS (Bank Umum Syariah) competition is increasingly competitive which requires the company to improving the employees performance. To improving the employees performance by creating a pleasant working environment and also creation of good cooperation between members of the organization. The type of this research is an associative that used a quantitative approach. The sample was taken amount of 50 active employees at Bank Jatim Syariah, Surabaya branch office. The analysis data in this research used classical assumption test, hypothesis test, and path analysis. The result of this research indicate that there is a significant influence between organizational culture to employee performance and Islamic leadership style to employee performance. And then, on the variables of organizational culture and style of Islamic leadership has simultaneous influence on employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine how the influence of variables between education and training on improvement of the quality of human resources of sharia banks in lamongan. This research is a quantitative approach. Methods of data collection using questionnaires distributed to respondents. The number of respondents in this study were 17 employees. Data analysis using path analysis model, classical assumption test and hypothesis test. These results indicate that education and training simultaneously have a significant effect on the quality of human resources, partially only training variables that have a significant impact on improving the quality of human resources. The amount of influence of education and training on improving the quality of human resources is 87.6% and the remaining 12.4% is influenced by other variables that are not included in the research variables]]>
