This study examines the determinants of debt policy and their impact on development sustainability. Purpose of the article: The result reveals that some independent variables have a considerable effect on dependent variables, namely tax ratio to debt ratio, deficit and tax ratio to economic growth, deficit to per capita income, tax ratio to inequality, tax ratio to HDI, and deficit and tax ratio to asset growth. Meanwhile, the others have no statistical effects on each dependent variable, like the deficit to debt ratio, debt ratio to economic growth, tax ratio and debt ratio to per capita income, deficit and debt ratio to inequality, deficit and debt ratio to HDI, and debt ratio to asset growth. Methods: A multivariate regression model was constructed by using panel data regressions to evaluate the relationship between these factors and development sustainability for the period 2005–2022. Findings & value added: The research results can be used to identify why some factors determine elements of sustainable development while others do not. The implication, the government prefers certain discretion in order to enhance debt policy and maintain sustainable economic development, for which the most prudent mitigation and solution at every step that can elevate and solve the problem of the barriers. Abstract

Research background: The current consumption model tends to be irresponsible. Consumers do not have sufficient knowledge regarding environmental impacts, including waste management. Purpose of the article: The objective of this research is to identify the effects of green perceived value, customer green satisfaction, and green trust on customer green loyalty. As a replication, this research uses a quantitative approach. Methods: The population is consumers of Unilever products in Malang City. According to Hair et al. (2010), the number of samples multiples the research item by 5. Using purposive sampling, 145 people were selected as the respondents. The data were tested for validity and reliability and analyzed using multiple regression in SPSS 26. Findings & value added: This study finds that green perceived value, customer green satisfaction, and green trust partially have significant and positive effects on customer green loyalty. Furthermore, this research proves that, although Unilever committed to greenwashing in the past, it does not reduce customer green loyalty. This is probably because green perceived value, customer green satisfaction, and green trust have been established for a long time through the company's green campaigns. Therefore, the company could minimize the negative effect of greenwashing and maintain customer green loyalty. JEL Classification: J28, P36, Q56

Abstract

Research background: Going concern is a condition that assumes whether the company can continue to operate in the future.  The issuance of this going concern audit opinion is a warning to companies and investors regarding business sustainability. Purpose of the article: This research aims to examine the factors of providing going concern audit opinions based on the theory of Audit Standards (SA) 570. The moderating variable in this research aims to test whether company size causes inconsistencies in previous research. Methods: The population includes Indonesian public companies in 2020-2022, from which 277 samples are selected though random sampling utilizing the Slovin formula. Findings & value added: The research results exhibit that liquidity and solvency ratios have a negative effect on going concern audit opinions as the greater the ability to pay debts, the smaller the possibility of receiving a going concern audit opinion. Profitability has no effect on going concern audit opinion because profitability does not always project a company's future financial potential. Company size weakens the effect of liquidity on going concern audit opinions for the larger the company size, the more difficult it is to prevent from receiving going concern audit opinions. Company size does not moderate the effect of profitability and solvency on going concern audit opinions because auditors do not consider company size as the main factor in assessing business continuity.
