Abstract

AbstractThe purposed of this article is intended to determine the implementation of licensing services ofthe Board of Investment and Integrated Services (BPMPT) Kubu Raya Regency. The focusedproblem of this article is many owners who did not have business license trade (Business License)in terms of license are also a prerequisite for the operation of a business. The benefits of this articleis to ensure that the officers’ services could be achieved by following the process set out inRegents regulation Number. 22 Year 2011. A reviewed of the services’ process on simplicity,clarity and timeliness is very good. Based on the above it is suggested that the simplicity, clarityand timeliness can be improved. .Keywords: Integrated Services, Simplicity Processes, Procedures Clarity and certainty of time.

Abstract

AbstractThe title of research is Health Service at Soedarso Hospital, Pontianak West Borneo. The purposeof this research is to give understanding about healthy service of the citizen through the guaranteeof healthy service. In case that there are still many citizen complain about the quality of healthyservice that given by the hospital in order to increase the quality of the service to reach themaximum servive. The method of this research is descriptive and the technique is qualitative dataanalysis. In this research, the service of citizen healthy includes three thing, those aretranspalation, partisipasion, and the equivalence of the rights. The result of data analysis show thelack of information and the clear guidance from the employer about the enviropment, the lack ofthe enviropment’s cleaness and the security, and also the lack of the attention from health centreemployer in giving the service for the patiens.Keywords : healthy service, jamkesmas program, transparation and partisipation.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims is identify and describe the simplification of planning and savingconsumables, conducted by the employees of Pontianak mayor Office. Research method forconducting this research was qualitative and the presentation done by descriptive. because theproblem available only break through with qualitative. To enhance the research result, Ichoose secretary of subdistrict and other informan whose work on sub district Pontianak Kota.The results showed that, before goods were be used it must initial with planning. Second, goodthat be used by officer dedicated for third base on the efficiency and effectiveness standard,office equipment that being used is still not efficienct yet. This can be seen from the use of itemsthat have not been classified according to the type and condition as warehouse storage doesnot exist.Therefore, management activities of office supplies need to be managed properly inorder to provide services based on the legality of the administration. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research are indutified and analyze the behavior of leader attitude in creatingthe condition of work environment. Through this research, I try to describe the behavior of leadersin carry out for the basic needs of his follower, and to describe the behavior of the leaders inproviding guidance his follower in done the work. The method of this reseach is qualitatives andthe result with descriptive. The results showed that, first, the behavior of the leaders success indevelop work condition and that make the follower become comford doing their job. Second,leader also have more attention on the need of follower. Third, the attitude of leade in providingwork quidance more effective and wise. Fouth, leader also applied straight quality and theirfollower in doing their job.Keywords: leadership behavior, public bureaucracy

Abstract

AbstractAdvertising is one of the means used by the government publicly or privately to communicate and provideinformation to the public. However, many of the issues concerning the implementation of the billboard interms of hooking up demolition permit is not done properly will give the impression kesemerautan andlaying haphazardly in the billboard. It is caused by a lack of coordination and control among theinstitutions involved in granting permits, set the location of the billboard installation, and low intensity ofsocialization in terms of how the procedure for the organization is good publicity. Advertising-mountedbillboard that had matured during the installation of billboards are usually removed and acted too slowly.This is very important because it will interfere with the beauty of the city, making it harder to put upanother billboard operators and can harm the advertisement revenue. Local authorities should coordinateto regulate billboards, providing data advertisement and problematic due to be addressed by the lawenforcement officers pay more attention to advertising and principal functions and duties of each. Givegood extension to the community aims to facilitate the public to better understand, understanding, open upthe smooth communication and assist in maintaining the attributes of an existing billboard. In addition, thegovernment should also do additional section or sections that specifically deal with the installationprocedure of advertisement. AbstractThe title of research is Implementation Standar National Education Policy at elementaryschool number 68, in West Pontianak, Pontianak. The purpose of this research to know whatthe problems implementation standar national Education policy that to do in the schoolincrease several graduate not yet reached standar school grades to made government and thefuture this implementation can get result graduate good academic value then reached purposestandar national education policy. The method of this research is descriptive and thetechnique is qualitative data analysis. Abstract

AbstractThe title of this research is “Policy Implementation Land and Building Tax Withholding di Desa Sungai PaduanKecamatan Teluk Batang Kabupaten Kayong Utara”. The purposes of this research is to know and analyze howthe communication occurs between the texes collector and the tax payer in doing the socialitation about the ruleof PBB collecting in Desa Sungai Paduan and to analyze factor one of the problem in held collecting PBB taxe’srule in Desa Sungai Paduan. Methot that being used to conduct this research is qualitative and the Edward IIItheory, that is about communication, resourees, disposotiuon, and the birocracy structure, but the theory used isonly about the communication and the resources. The result of this research shows that the communication thatoccuyrs between the taxes collector and the taxes payer is still not intensives so it causes the problem insocialization and it does not run effective. Moreover, the resources also becomes the problem in collecting thePBB taxes, including the finance that also influence the tools.Keywords: Policy Implementation, the PBB Collecting, and the Problem Factors.

Abstract

AbstractThis study is conducted to investigate what factors that causes ineffectiveness inimplementation of highest paid retail policy of subsidized fertilizer in KecamatanSungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya. In this research, the researcher used qualitativeresearch. The data was collected through observations in order to get a picture of theobject under study, while the primary data was obtained through an interview whichwas supported by archival investigation, files and documents collection, and otherresources related to the study, and to know the validity of the data the researcher usedtriangulation method. The results showed that the factors that led to the lack ofeffectiveness in implementation of the policy include: Keywords : Effectiveness of Implementation, Highest Paid Retail Policy, SubsidizedFertilizer, Purchasing Power of Farmer.
