Abstract

Opened as a boarding house for the purpose of business is the right of every citizen, all the rights set out in the Act. But as we all know that any rights then there is liability. And this also applies to citizens who want to build a building for the purpose as a place of business should be to meet obligations that have been established to complete its de. But in fact the level of  awareness of the tax payer to pay the tax in the boarding house boarding house are low so the target cannot be met. Then the level of adherence to licensing boarding community is still low. The focus of there search is trying to discuss using qualitative methods with case studies in the Village District Sei Bangkong, Pontianak City. This study is a illustrate show the implementation of the Regional Regulation No. 6 of 2010 on local taxes in particular boarding house. the results of this study is that the implementation of the Regional Regulation No.6of 2010 on local taxes are particularly constrained and boarding house tax has not gone up due to communication factors, resource factors, factors and factor structure of bureaucratic disposition. To there commendation of the authors that empha size the penalties for not paying taxes in accordance with the regulation No. 6 of 2010 on local taxes in particular tax boarding house.Keywords: Boarding House Tax, Tax Pay Awareness, Dissemination Policy

Abstract

This article titled Service Standard Health Center, which aims to determine the applicable standard of care in the health center if it is in accordance with the regulations governing the public service, especially on the standard service, as the discovery of a phenomenon that is still less than the maximum indicates the service provided to the community. This type of research is a type of descriptive research using qualitative methods approach. The research was conducted at the district health center Tayan Lower Wire Village. The Service Standards are intended service procedures, service time, cost of services, product services, facilities and infrastructure, as well as the competence of personnel service providers. The results of this study are service procedures are still cumbersome, time is still a long service to visitors, the service charge is not clear because it is not informed, products services provided is not maximal, there is still infrastructure is not suitable to be used, and the average officer in the health center is still high school or equivalent education. The author recommends doctors and health care implementers can improve services, especially in terms of discipline for indiscipline doctors and health care services delivered resulting in a long time, and the health center should pay attention to the existing service standards. Keywords: health center service standards, service procedures, service time, cost of services, product services, facilities and infrastructure, personnel competence providers

Abstract

The title of this research is “Coordination of Management in Improving Public Tourism Awareness in Pancur Aji Resort Site”. This research is aimed to know the coordination of management which is apply by culture and tourism department of Sanggau Regency in improving public tourism awareness in Pancur aji Resort Site. There are two kinds of coordination will be used. Interdisciplinary coordination. First, unity of action in reality the coordination become blocked due to some people are more concerned with their own job. Second, create the discipline, it is because of there is no awareness to be responsible on their job that were given. Abstract

The title of this article is the Sales Supervision Food and Beverage Packaging In the city of Pontianak regency Mempawah. Supervision of food and beverage sales in the city Mempawah done is one of the government efforts in surveillance and consumer protection. The high intensity often found selling illegal products, the packaging is damaged and Out of date. Writing this article is intended to provide an overview of how the oversight of market participants selling food and beverage packaging products directly and indirectly, and that influence has not been optimal control in the city of Pontianak regency Mempawah. The results of this study indicate that the surveillance conducted was minimal and has not been able to reach a whole In the City Mempawah.Keywords: Food and Beverage Packaging, Monitoring Direct and Indirect Supervision.

Abstract

For years, Indonesia has attempted to resolve the issues of health and well-being of the community, especially among the poor. Department of Health and Local Government has developed a range of innovative strategies to improve health services more effective, efficient, and integrated. Health Insurance Program were launched by the government as a replacement Askeskin which still have not been able to be applied on target. Keep the formulation or identification that the costs incurred by society not to overburden them. Health insurance system aims to encourage the use of all the facilities and infrastructure that have been provided by the appropriate government which of course affects the financing terms of the lower and the optimal service delivery itself. Structuring the standardization of services, standardization and regulation of health care costs drug formularies should be supported by a qualified health care resources so that the calculation and analysis of the cost of any medical care that is so complex to do correctly. Of course socialization factors also take part in every step of the policy taken by the government, but at the moment this is the socialization factor that is not optimal do all health care stakeholders. Basically the health insurance system in Indonesia has always been unable to produce output where the public is increasingly aware of the rights of health care they should get.Keywords: Process Policies, Standards of Health, Human Services, Community Welfare

Abstract

The quality of hospital staff in providing services to the community is one of the factors that affect the quality of the hospital itself. One form of the services provided by the hospital care is medical treatment. This study focused on employee punctuality, quality of work, time spent in providing services Jamkesmas employees, the natural ability to work, and work processes. Foci are discussed with qualitative methods and case studies in hospitals Dr. Soedarso Pontianak. From the results of the study found that the quality of the quality of work, time spent, as well as the work done in providing service officer Jamkesmas pretty good. As for the aspect of timeliness and level of employees in providing services is still less than optimal. Therefore, from a focus on time researchers suggested that disciplinary officer Jamkesmas services be improved to provide optimum services to participants Jamkesmas. As for the suggestion to focus on employee skill levels is the division of labor should be adjusted to the expertise of each officer. Key word: Performance Measurement Officer, Hospital, Care Jamkesmas

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the effect on the standard of education resources. The data was collected through questionnaires and conducted in 45 teachers at SMAN 3 Pontianak. Analysis of the data in this study using Pearson product moment test.To test the hypothesis of the study conducted by Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis. The analysis shows that the resource does not have a positive effect on educational standards. From the results of hypothesis testing showed that r count for 0.095 is smaller than the table r 0294. with N amounted to 45 respondents. Based on the count r 0.095 compared with a table of guidelines influence the interpretation of the strength is very low. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination obtained resource contribution to the standard of education 0.9%. Thus, there is no positive effect 95% quota Policy Toward Education Standards in Pontianak.Creatinga policyshould take into accountexisting resourcesbe itfinancial, authority, human resources, andthe potential that existsinthe currentoverallpolicythathas benefitsandpositiveimpactof educational standards. Keywords: educationalresources, standardizedprocesses, andEducationalStandards
