Abstract

This article raised school implementation grand program for the development of education in SMPN 1 in the district of Sintang. Approach used is qualitative approach. Results of research conducted to explain the coordination between the school has a process of communication that is not good, causing inter BOS fund trustees do not run smoothly. The socialization provided by the school education department is only in outline that school  resulted in the lack of understanding about the use of BOS funds that the rules are so complex, this causes the school to make its own policy into practice resulted in the allocation of funds that are not well targeted. Monitoring conducted by the BOS management team either from central or provincial governments have done several times, and evaluate programs that have been implemented, but there are still problems that occur in practice. It is also human resources that have not been so skilled in managing BOS. This is evident by the still existing supporting facilities inadequate educational facilities and that have been damaged but not repaired. Though the mild improvement schools for education facilities are listed in RKAS (School Work Plan and Budget). The attitude of the implementers do not have the same view in an effort to succeed in the implementation of programs that lead the implementers did not cooperate with the optimal policy and cause problems when implementing policies.Keywords: BOS program implementation, allocation of funds, collaboration in decision-making, and stakeholder attitudes.

Abstract

Research topic was chosen because it is the center of the field of archival information that is contained in an organization. The implementation of a good filing system is the organizational support for accomplishing the goal. Therefore, the filing must be managed properly. Archival storage system in a way that is neat and tidy at the right place will affect the effectiveness of service and increase employee productivity. Results of research in the Department of Population and Civil Registration Natuna regency shows that the system accuracy primarily archival arrangement and placement of store archive, it is good enough and neatly arranged, performed in a centralized archive storage, making it easier for officers to find the archive file the required return. Keywords: Structuring archives, accuracy, placement and archival storage.

Abstract

This Article is written for the purpose of knowing and identifying external and internal factors which influenced the development process of  Tanjung Bajau Beach Singkawang City as a tourism object. This research is done by direct observation and interviewing the person in charge of Tanjung Bajau Beach development. With this research report, the manager of Tanjung Bajau Beach is expected to know which strategy is useful for developing the tourism object further in the future. With knowing and identifying internal and external factors of the tourism object itself, the best strategy that suitable for development the tourism object could be formulated. This research is using SWOT analysis in analyzing the data. With SWOT analysis, the best suitable strategy for  Tanjung Bajau Beach development will be obtained. After the research, the manager of tourism object Pantai Tanjung Bajau could implement the strategy obtained by SWOT analysis that have been done as the result of this research. Key Words : Development Strategy, Tourism Object, Internal Factor, External Factor, SWOT Analysis

Abstract

This article was triggered by desire to know the enforcement of regulations done by Satpol pp Pontianak City to regulation No. 15/2005 about gaming kite. Formulation problem of this research is "How Implementation Enforcement Regulation No. 15/2005 about gaming kite by municipal police in the district of  Pontianak City". As for the purpose of this research is to identify and explain the process of enforcement of regulations done by Satpol pp Pontianak City the regulation No. 15/2005 about gaming kite. A method of research here the use writers descriptive the kind of research and engineering data used in this research is observation, techniques interview documentation, the engineering data qualitative analysis writer descriptive used technique which has been collected data qualitative tillable and analyzed.From the results of analysis showed that the implementation of the enforcement regulation No. 15/2005 which done by Satpol pp to the communities in the district of Pontianak city has been qualified by principal and functions of municipal police are already stipulated in the regulations No. 10 / 2010. Enforcement of regulations done by Satpl pp Pontianak city razia  the form field and provide outreach to the community that netted rajia about the regulation No. 15/2005. There are still many people who do not care about these regulations and the absence of regular razia conducted Pontianak city municipal police in enforcing these regulations constitute barriers to the implementation of the enforcement of regulation No 15 / 2005. Keywords: enforcement of regulations and monitoring implementation of regulation number 15/2005 by the municipal police Pontianak city.

Abstract

The problem in this study were 1) the quality of water flowing to the customer is still not entirely good or contained residues (waste) water treatment flow to customers, 2) during the dry season, water services are often substandard, so that customers receive water service of PDAM Tirta Equator .. The results showed that (1) water services by the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Equatorial Pontianak still felt less than optimal, (2) the availability of water does not last all year, because it depends on the supply of the season, (3) the quality of treated water , residue processing, raw material availability and utilization of services less Informatics going well. Fenomayan addressing any author gives fekomendasi that communication can take place in both directions, the PDAM Tirta Equatorial Pontianak should improve the transmission of each policy, the potential use of the media (internet) and carried out in a programmed, in addition should also take advantage of PDAM Tirta Equatorial cheap communication media such as internet to deliver the policy.Keywords: Implementation, Services, Drinking Water

Abstract

The focus of this research is the analysis of the capability of PT Pelindo II of Pontianak Branch as a provider of services of loading and unloading goods accurately include the assurance of the accuracy of the service or the provision of services. In carrying out the activities of loading and unloading of goods in accordance with the standards of the time and the procedures that apply throughout the PT Pelindo II in Indonesia is a 2-day working period. The ability of officers in mengoperasionalisasikan modern technology to provide the service of unloading stuff online is good. Generally the responsibility of the attendant services of loading and unloading of goods on the work of the already quite good, despite the constraints caused by the system/network crashes/error. The officer's attitude in the face of customer complaints against the service system of loading and unloading of goods through the online booking system stack error or crashes yet satisfying user service loading and unloading of goods. In order to improve services to users of the service (cruise), PT Pelindo II of Pontianak Branch should make efforts include: perform network maintenance, renew products and services always provide briefing-briefing or instructions to the loading and unloading of goods services. Keywords: Reliability, tangibles, empathy,  responsiveness.

Abstract

The title of this article is the implementation of Rural Agribusiness Development Program in District Ledo Bengkayang. The purpose of writing this article is to describe the process Implemenetasi Rural Agribusiness Development Program in the District of Ledo and factors that influence it. The method used in this paper is a qualitative method. The results obtained from this study is, that the process of implementation of Rural Agribusiness Development Program in District Ledo Bengkayang are in accordance with the applicable provisions. But the substance of the program have not been able to achieve the desired goals and objectives are to improve the lives of farmers who are members of the Association of Farmers Group. Joint Farmers have not been able to take advantage of venture capital assistance to improve the downstream sub-sector of agribusiness and agri-support sub-system, so efforts to reduce poverty in Sub Ledo will not materialize. It is influenced by several factors, namely, inter-organizational communication factors, resources, and the disposition of the implementor. Abstract

The problem in this abstract is a lack of public knowledge about traffic rules and road transport, the indifference of the majority community to call police for orderly traffic. Like riding motorcycles do not use helmets, luggage rack of the motorcycle and three others, as well as the patterns of behavior of some people lack discipline in traffic. The results showed that the implementation of internal monitoring visits of inspection, testing to the investigation, had not yet effective, this is due to the inaccuracy of the time in monitoring, data is not accurate for the deviations found in the regulatory apparatus Unity Pontianak City Traffic Police. The results showed that the obstacles faced Pontianak City Police Traffic Unit in conducting preventive supervision in creating traffic safety and order is the lack of knowledge about the rules, markings and traffic signs. Supervision in creating repressive security, public order and the smooth traffic is done by Socializing About The rules of traffic, improving people's motivation for orderly traffic, and increase ticket and program effectiveness. The results showed that the order applies when the traffic policeman guarded the streets, but if there are no violations still occur, so it needs to enhanced surveillance and traffic control. Addressing the phenomenon that is the traffic police should understand very well about the reason why a lot going on traffic violations, both in terms of knowledge, awareness and knowledge and background conditions of local communities, to reconsider efforts to curb traffic within their fission and conditions psychic society and so it will be easier for authorities to provide guidance and bring awareness to the community. Police and the agency itself is expected to fully support the national police officers or the public in efforts to establish security and order to meet the needs of traffic, facilities in the form of facilities and infrastructure to facilitate the national police in carrying out the duties to the fullest.Keywords: Monitoring, Internal, Preventive, External

Abstract

Writing this article is intended to determine how the process of policy formulation by the village Village Consultative Body (BPD), because it is still found fonomena which identifies the lack Village Consultative Body (BPD) is formulating a policy. This research is a descriptive research using qualitative methods. The research was conducted at the office of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) Sededap District Three District Natuna Island. The policy formulation process is theoretically through several stages, the identification and understanding of issues, agenda setting, formulation of public policy issues, and policy design. Dar result of this study is on the identification and understanding of the issue is still not done, at this stage of the preparation of the agenda has been done but has not indicated a maximum in terms of quality and quantity, in the formulation of public policy issues is not done, as well as at the policy design stage is not done. Education, experience possessed Consultative Agency (BPD) is still low.
