Abstract

The problem in this research is the creation of service Driving License (SIM) which is conducted by the police officers are not in accordance with the wishes of the people. Besides, the attitude of staff in providing services can not maintain a working relationship and to create satisfaction to the people it serves, such as time in service efficiency, ease of service, and the justice ministry. Furthermore, the difference in the services provided by police officers, it's based on the size of the consideration provided by the community. The results showed that the public is often complained of the length of time obtaining a driving license because there are several steps that must be taken by the applicant, particularly in the manufacture of the new SIM. Where in the process and procedures the applicant must pass the theory test, and then have to pass the driving test through simulation. Furthermore the attitude of the police in providing services Driving License (SIM) in Pontianak Police alacrity shown by service personnel in providing services and a sense of responsibility towards tenggung the job done. From the results of the study found that police officers have a sense of responsibility. It can be seen from the evidence that the officer had been trying to come to work in accordance with the working hours specified by the Indonesian National Police Repoblik in performing their duties. Further transparency in service cost driving license (SIM) in Pontianak Police are principles that guarantee freedom of access or for any person to obtain information about the cost of driver's license, information on rates, the process of making and issuing drivers' licenses, as well as the results achieved . Responding Polrestas phenomena are expected to: 1) Provide good service although not supervised parties / Provost, 2) Adding an employee at the registration primarily to provide services to the community that the applicant has a low HR, 3) Adding facilities and streamline operations computer programs on line until the final stage of registration pelayananpembuatan SIM, not only limited to the production process alone, 4) Provide health tests and practice tests in an environment where institutions, and 5) Supervise and implement the sanctions, if any local officials who violate the rules, such as taking bribesKeywords: Effectiveness,Service, Driving License (SIM)

Abstract

This article is intended to provide an understanding of how the implementation of the Managed Allocation Fund Oversight village where there is a lack of government oversight of the management of the Village Engkersik Village Allocation Fund. This study aims to determine the extent of the Government's role in overseeing the Village Village Allocation Fund and the role of community participation in the management of the Village in the Village Allocation Fund Engkersik. This research includes descriptive study with qualitative analysis, ie by giving an overview of the state or a painting of the subject and the object. Data collection techniques used observation, interview and documentation of the research subjects were adapted to the purpose of research. Instrument in this study is the researchers themselves who helped guide the interview and document recording devices. Based on existing data, the authors attempt to describe or depict in a systematic, factual and accurate information on the facts, properties and relationships between phenomena. These results indicate that the management of the Village Fund Allocation in the construction carried out in the Village District Sekadau Hilir Regency Engkersik Sekadau going pretty good, does not conflict with the planning documents and implementation procedures. Socialization and planning stages have been carried out by well without significant barriers, until completion of the Village Fund Allocation planning. However, if it is linked to the achievement of objectives, the implementation of Village Allocation Fund in the village Engekrsik not optimal. Due to the lack of adherence level, supervision and participation of the community. Advice from researchers to village government, Village Consultative Body, and Society Rural Engkersik improve oversight of the management of the Village Fund Allocation. Furthermore Village Government gives confidence to the public to participate in the management of the Village Fund Allocation. Because society that knows what became of their desires and feel the results of such development.Keywords: Implementation Oversight, Budget Management, Policy Compliance  , Community Participation

Abstract

Implementation of the School Committee give greater autonomy to schools. Schools have the authority and greater responsibility in managing the school, making it more independent. This study focused on the division of labor, unity of direction and actions, and cooperative relations. Foci are discussed with qualitative methods and case studies in SMAN 7 Pontianak. From the research it was found that the division of labor, unity of direction and action, cooperation has not terlaksan as expected. Therefore, the focus of the division of tasks researchers suggest that more attention to the quality and quantity of the board but how to carry out its duties and functions. Suggestions for the direction and focus of unity of action is expected to implement the unity of action by way of joint meetings. As for the suggestion to focus cooperation should have mutual understanding, co-exist, help each other, and complement each other so that the School Committee program objectives in order to achieve educational services as predefined. Keywords: Coordination Committees School, Division of Labor, Unity of Direction and Action, Equal Employment
