Abstract

This articlewas writtenbased on, the absencedecisive actionby theexecutivein implementingSpatial LayoutPolicyofResettlementAreain the districtin WestPontianak, whichcausesirregularonthe region, considering the position of thePlan SettlementRegionhas beenset aslocal regulationson thePontianakcitynumber04/2002. Aims of this article, to analyse the resources and standard an existing policy the implementation Spatial LayoutPolicyofResettlementAreain the districtof WestPontianak. Method of processing dataused in the writingthisarticleisa qualitativedescriptiveanalysis. The locationof thisresearchis in the Districtof WestPontianak. Research subjects are Head Office of Cipta Karya and Housing, Head Office of BAPPEDA Pontianak City, subdistrict head of West Pontianak. The resultsofthe writing ofthisarticleis, there are inadequate implementation of policiesin human resourcesin thedivision ofmonitoringandfinancial resources. As well,unclearthe contentsof thestandardpolicy make difficult fortheexecutivein implementingthe policy. Abstract

Writing a journal is intended to reveal about the Implementation of Credit Policy Bank Mega Syariah Branch Flamboyan Market In Pontianak . Problems customers / credit pemimjam qualify or deserve credit , but the credit goes after these customers bermasalahan in installments or monthly installments , experienced penunggakkan it is quite interesting to study . Through research journal is intended to find out about credit bottlenecks in the implementation process of Bank Mega Syariah Branch Flamboyan Market in the city of Pontianak order in the customer 's credit is not a problem . Arrears . There are 3 things that affect the implementation process Credit Policy is : 1 . Communication , 2. Bureaucratic structure 3. resources. In the credit policy implementation in Bank Mega Syariah Mandiri application of communication , bureaucratic structure , disposition already optimally However , in practice this , the Bank Mega Syariah in Pontianak City also experienced a number of barriers in implementing lending at Bank Mega Syariah Mandiri . Abstract

Issues regarding the recording of births that occurred in the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Landak District is existing resources to support the implementation process of birth registration has not been adequately. The inadequacy of the resources in the distribution of citation impact birth certificate to the public. Needs of the community in making a birth certificate is often the time that sudden. Time they use if you want to find a job and continuing education, so employees overwhelmed in handling it. Writing this article aims to determine the adequacy resources on the Departmen of Population and Civil Registration of Landak District in implementation process of birth registration policy. The approach used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that the implementation of birth registration policy implemented by the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Landak District is quite good, but in terms of implementation there are still shortcomings, such as lack of human resources, budget resources and equipment resources, resulting in delays in distributing quote a birth certificate to the public. Through this writing, that the process of birth registration policy implementation continues, so that people who does nt have a birth certificate in the society can immediately create a birth certificate or in other words to have a birth certificate. Key Words : Birth Registration, Inadequate Resources, Implementation Process Of Birth Registration.

Abstract

The success of an organization in achieving its goals can not be separated from the behavior of employees who interact in it. Behavior of employees is determined by many factors, among others, influenced by the capabilities, needs, or by the hope and the environment. The focus of this study refers to the main factors forming the individual or employee behavior such as attitudes, skills, and motivation of employees in the work. In discussing the focus of the study, used qualitative research methods with a case study conducted at the Biro Organisasi Sekretariat Daerah Kalimantan Barat. Based on the results of the study found that the ability of some employees still inadequate. This is because some employees have not gotten a chance to take part in education and training aimed at improving the ability of employees. Therefore, researchers suggest in order to improve work attitude, commitment, and job satisfaction of employees should be given an award for employees who have shown good performance. Leaders are expected to provide education and training to all employees to improve their ability to work. In addition, it is expected that leaders can give attention and appreciation to its employees to be motivated to work properly.Keywords: Apparatus Behavior, Employee Attitudes, Employee Ability, Motivation Employee.

Abstract

The writing of this article aims to determine the preformance community participation in village activities musrembang village hall appoint sub Belitang Hulu. This study included in the descriptive study with a qualitative analysis focusing on variable; Factor Age, Factor Gender, Factor Education, income and income, duration of stay. Results of research in the field shows that community participation in village activities musrenbang still very low because there are many rural communities that lack appoint Hall to attend every activity musrembang village. This is due to several factors that inhibit community participation asnamely, age, gender, education, occupation and income, and length of stay. Number of people who do not follow musrenbangdes relatively young because they do not have to participate but only the old folks who have to go and still a lot of women do not attend musrenbangdes. Education is still low makes no understandedmusrenbang the benefits of society and the economy is still low because most of them farm jobs, lack of any sense of belonging to the local community especially people who were the original inhabitants of the area. It is expected that the future further increase participation in every activity musrenbang villages, and each village hall appoint officials more often socialize the village to the community planning forums. Keywords: FactorAge, Factor Gender, Factor Education, workandIncome, length ofstay
