Abstract

The aims of this article is intended to provide an understanding of the functional coordination in implementation of the control of street vendors (PKL) in the River Market District of New Trench Kingdom. The phenomenon that occurs on the implementation of coordination in regulating street vendors conducted Civil Service Police Unit in the District of Sungai Raya in fact a lack of support from relevant agencies, so there is still a lot of the street vendors who sell in places that violate the city's zoning requirements, such as disturbing the beauty of the city, road traffic is getting narrower. That is because the lack of understanding of the rules of order and hold a street vendor environment. The results showed that the implementation of functional coordination in the control of street vendors in New Market River District Ditch the Kingdom had not been effective. This can be seen from several indicators, among others: implementation of coordination through coordination meetings, request data or information regarding the vendors, the consultation exercise and a relationship of cooperation between States through the Civil Service Police Unit with relevant agencies and groups of street vendors have not run up, because not formal and informal relations, such as, rarely do meetings or deliberations of work, always feel the most important duties and the absence of regulation of business groups on a regular basis. With such circumstances misunderstandings always happen, and sometimes act often throwing the responsibility ultimately any decision made less precise, especially in penetaan street vendors.Keywords: Coordination, curbing, street vendors

Abstract

Implementation of the Law No. 16 Year 2006 on Extension System for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry in District Meliau, indicated less than optimal. This indication is characterized by the lack of intensity counseling is done and the low quality of food crop farmers about modern farming. The purpose of this study was to describe the communication and resources in the implementation of this policy. In this study researchers used a qualitative approach with descriptive research, which describes the facts and phenomena that the researcher have found during the research. the results of this study lead to the communication and resource factors. Communications made between the implementor has gone quite well, but the communication of the implementor to the target policy is still not implemented optimally. Then the resource is divided into three parts, namely financial resources, human and facilities still found some problems, especially for human resources and facilities were minimal in terms of quantity. Conclusions from the research is that the implementation of the law No. 16 of 2006 concerning the extension system of agriculture, fisheries and forestry in the district Meliau there are several obstacles in the communication and resource factors. Finally, for the communication factor, the researcher recommended that the communication to the target policy needs to be optimized, while the recommendation for resource factors that need to be coupled with a good number of extension workers using self-extension and extension of civil servants and cooperating with various parties in the procurement of facilities for tools display extension. Keywords: Communication, Resources, Implementation

Abstract

The entitled of this article “ the less Capacity and Capabilytas Status of Government Regulation Task And Function Principal Civil Service Police Unit West Kalimantan. Writing this article is intended to describe and analyze resource Municipal Police Units in the province of West Kalimantan Optimizing Community Auth Such protective yet effective. Aspects of the indicator to explain these phenomena is pernsonil, and facilities work.The conclusion of this research is less effective Cinergy Capacity and Capabilytas Status of Government Regulation Task And Function Principal Civil Service Police Unit West Kalimantan. It was influenced by resources factors. the resource availability of personnel resources seen is still lacking. Abstract

This research is meant to analyze the influence of individual job stressor on the performance of employees in the Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Pontianak. The problems identified in the title of this research is work overload received  by each employee in Water Resources and Control in Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Pontianak that can cause stress on job and degrade performance. Insufficient number of employees has also led Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Pontianak delegated a lot of work to one person.The results showed that individual job stressors with employee performance has a strong relationship with the calculation of correlation of 0,671. Individual job stressors also also a negative effect on employee performance as evidenced by F test of 14,777 and 3,844 by T test with significance 5%. This means that the higher the stress experienced by employees, the lower employee performance. Simple linear regression calculation results show that the individual job stressors have a significant effect on the performance of employees in the Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Pontianak especially on the Water Resources and Control at 45,1% and 54,9% determined by other factors. The writer suggestion are the employee should overcome the stress on job to all individual by positive ways like doing outbond, recreation, getting close to the mighty Lord, and other, because the good performance is supported by the controlled level of job stress. Keyword: Individual Job Stressor and Performance of Employees

Abstract

This title is a Leadership Style Influence Job Performance Against Employees In The General Election Commission ( KPU ) Pontianak . The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the influence of leadership styles on work performance of employees in the Commission 's Office of Pontianak . Through simple linear regression statistical tests using saturated samples where the number of samples is less than 30 persons , ie 13 people . The results showed that there is a correlation coefficient ( R) of 0664 and the R Square of 0.441 , which means there is very strong and significant effect of variable X to variable Y. For t test obtained tcount 2,994 with a probability value ( sig ) = 0.013 . Sig . smaller than the value of the probability 0:05 or 0.013 > 0.05 , then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted . ttable 2201 with denominator df = 11 and df numerator = 1 , then t count ( 2,994 ) > t table ( 2.201 ) , meaning a significant effect of leadership style on work performance of employees. The conclusion of this study is the leadership style leadership styles assessed by indicators of democracy , authoritarian leadership style , and leadership style affect free employee performance as measured by indicators of quality of work , creativity, work , and timeliness of completing the work . However , not only these factors , but there are many things that can be a factor to measure employee performance . Keywords: leadership style and employee job performance.

Abstract

This thesis in the title “ Strategi Dinas Pendidikan Kota Pontianak Dalam Distribusi Guru di Kota Pontianak ” has the aim to know how the strategy of education departement of Pontianak to distribute teachers in Pontianak. The background of the thesis is about problems of the amount interest to teaching in the city, many teachers in the village who want to teaching in the city while the number of teachers in the city is excess for the junior high school. Result of the research indicate that distribution of the junior high school teacher is conducted by the education departement is not optimal. Junior high school teacher system and subject teacher, so there was a buildup of some teacher for the same subject. Communication both of the education departement of Pontianak and education departement of province is not still going well, it is seen from the overlap both of the decision taken by the education departement of province and education departement Pontianak. This research is conducted with descriptive research method to know the description how the alternative strategy education departemen of Pontianak for distribution teacher was conducted in December 2012 to June 2013 in the education departemen of Pontianak with the target is junior high school teachers.To realize the equal of quality education is the vision of education departemen of Pontianak. So, to secure the quality of education is needed the policy and the strategy of teacher distribution to get over the issue of inequalityKeywords: strategy, education departement, teacher distribution.
