Abstract

Learning activities during the Covid -19 pandemic were dominated by online learning, so digital learning materials are needed to help increase student learning motivation. The purpose of this development research is to develop digital learning material based infographic by instagram on environmental education that can increase student learning motivation in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This development research uses a method that integrates the Borg and Gall models. The data obtained were through documentation, interviews, expert validation and provision of ARCS questionnaires. The results of the validity test based on the analysis of the expert's assessment data stated that this learning material fell into the "very valid" category with an average score of 3.66. During the learning process using infographic learning materials assisted by Instagram, there was an increase in student motivation with an initial percentage value of 54.25% to 83.75% after using the learning materials developed, the magnitude of the increase was obtained from the n gain test with a score of 0.67 in the moderate category. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of classroom management on motivation to study economics at SMA Negeri 20 Palembang for the 2019/2020 academic year. The research method used quantitative descriptive method. The sample in the research of class X amounted to 54 students. In collecting data the researchers used techniques of documentation and questionnaires. The results showed that the class management had a significant effect on the economic learning motivation received with a large effect from the class management of 31.97%, while the remaining 68.03% was influenced by other factors. Therefore, classroom management is needed in the learning process. Keywords: Classroom Management, Learning Motivation, Management Education

Abstract

Currently, zakat management was also affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The reason was that the muzaki have decreased their income, thus affecting Zakat collection they do. This study aims to determine Strategy of Zakat collection during the Covid-19 pandemic at LAZ Risalah Charity. The researcher used qualitative, while the type of research was descriptive. The results showed that there were six strategies carried out by LAZ Risalah Charity in Padang City in order to increase the zakat collection target during the pandemic period, namely the socialization of the zakat collection program, the socialization of the zakat distribution program, cooperation with zakat management units (UPZ), zakat pick-up services, online, zakat services via transfer and increasing the capacity of Human Resources (HR). Apart from this program, LAZ Risalah Charity also plans to provide digital financial service facilities for muzaki who will pay zakat. Abstract

The study was conducted on 40 manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange (Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand) for the 2015-2019 period. The research objective was to determine the effect of good corporate governance, accounting conservatism and firm size on earnings management with managerial ownership as a moderating variable.The results of this study indicate that good corporate governance has no significant effect on earnings management, accounting conservatism has a significant effect on earnings management, firm size has a significant effect on earnings management, managerial ownership cannot moderate between good corporate governance and earnings management, managerial ownership cannot moderate conservatism. Accounting for Earnings Management, Managerial Ownership can moderate the size of the company to earnings management in Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand. Earnings management is a manager's effort in their financial statements where actions are taken by company management with the aim of increasing or decreasing the company's profits in the financial statements.

Abstract

During the third trimester of pregnancy, pregnant women are expected to have a good enough hb level to prevent anemia and prepare for birth which aims to prevent postpartum hemorrhage, fetal death, maternal death and low birth weight. Based on the results of data in West Tambusai Village in 2022, there were 36 third trimester pregnant women. The purpose of this study was to find out how the understanding of third trimester pregnant women about anemia prevention with honey consumption in Tambusai Barat Village. The methodology of this research uses descriptive analytic. The population in this study amounted to 36 pregnant women in the third trimester and the sample in the study was 30 pregnant women in the third trimester. Sample selection technique using purposive sampling. The results of research on education in third trimester pregnant women in Tambusai Barat Village, in the elementary school group as many as 0 people (0%), junior high school as many as 9 people (30.0%), high school as many as 16 people (53.4%), PT as many as 5 people (16.6%). BMI of pregnant women in the third trimester In Tambusai Barat Village, there is no thin group (0%), ideal body weight is 12 people (40.0%), overweight is 10 people (33.3%), overweight is about 8 people (26.7%). From the research data shows that the knowledge of third trimester pregnant women before being given health education about the benefits of honey has an average of 10.12 and after being given health education has knowledge about the benefits of honey in increasing Hb which is 13.80. It is known that the results of the statistical test of health education have a significant effect on mother's knowledge with p value < 0.05. The conclusions and suggestions that can be given are that the administration of honey is effective in increasing the hemoglobin levels of pregnant women in the third trimester, so after this research it is hoped that the third trimester pregnant women can suggest and implement it to increase hemoglobin levels while preventing anemia in third trimester pregnant women.
