Abstract

The data used are primary data and secondary data. In this study the population consists of all teachers SMPN 1 Mattiro Bulu Pinrang District as many as 56 teachers. Sampling as a whole because all members of the population used as a sample of the number of small population, so the number of samples equal to the total population of 56 respondents. Data collection is done through questionnaires, and documentation. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis, and multiple linear regression using SPSS version 21 program.The results showed that: (1) leadership style, work environment and motivation have positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMPN 1 Mattiro Bulu Pinrang Regency and (2) From the three independent variables that have significant influence in determining teacher performance level, it turns out that the motivation variable has a dominant influence in improving teacher performance in teacher SMPN 1 Mattiro Bulu Pinrang Regency.

Abstract

The aims of this research are : (1) to analyse the influence of education variable to make-up of labour capacity of officer at home public pain ofsalewangang of regency Maros. (2) to analyse the influence of training variable to make-up of labour capacity at home common public pain ofsalewangang of regency Maros. (3) to analyse the influence of discipline variable to make-up of labour capacity at home commo public pain ofsalewangang of regency Maros. (4) to analyse the influence of compensation variable to make-up of labour capacity at home common public pain of salewangang of regency Maros. Research conducted with the observation method, kuesioner, interview and survey of through passing 66 responder selected by as sampel. Analyzer used by is descriptive analysis and statistical analysis by mengunakan is doubled regresi liner. Result of this research indicate that pursuant to result of processing of regresi liner of above showing fourth of variable that is education, training of discipline and compensation, having an effect on positive to labour capacity common public hospital officer of Salewangang of Regency Maros. And most dominant have an effect on to labour capacity of officer is discipline.Suggested that by a the variable above is ever paid attention to by simultan and kontinyu of so that be discipline mount which in the end, having an effect on by signifikan to make-up of labour capacity officer.

Abstract

potensi yang berbasis pengembangan pariwisata alam yang bertumpu pada potensi utama sumber daya alam (natural and cultural based tourism). Dengan puasnya wisatawan yang berkunjung akan meningkatkan loyalitas wisatawan seperti akan balik lagi berkunjung dan akan memberikan promosi secara sosial tentang obyek wisata bahari tersebut. Dengan demikian, melalui daya tarik wisata diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan wisatawan pada obyek wisata bahari di Kota Makassar. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa daya tarik wisata memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan pada obyek wisata bahari di Kota Makassar, yang berarti semakin baik daya tarik wisata maka obyek wisata bahari akan semakin baik pula.
