Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan 1) obyek wisata berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berkunjung wisatawan mancanegara; 2) promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berkunjung wisatawan mancanegara; 3) sarana dan prasarana berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berkunjung wisatawan mancanegara; 4) faktor eksternal berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berkunjung wisatawan mancanegara; 5) segmen-segmen pasar wisata diidentifkasi berdasarkan persepsi wisatawan terhadap manfaat yang dicari; 6) terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara sejumlah variabel deskriptor (segmen descriptor) dengan segmentasi pasar wisata Sulawesi Selatan; 7) implikasi dari masing-masing segmen pasar wisata terhadap strategi penentuan pasar sasaran (targeting) dan strategi memposisikan (positioning) daerah tujuan wisata di Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini mengkaji hubungan antar variabel sehingga termasuk dalam explanatory research. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah daerah tujuan wisata Sulawesi Selatan dengan target populasi wisatwan mancanegara. Ada tiga Kabupaten/kota yang dipilih sebagai daerah tujuan wisata. Populasi penelitian adalah wisatawan mancanegara yang datang berkunjung pada daerah tujuan wisata di kabupaten/kota yaitu sebanyak 165 orang. Analisis Statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi, analisis factor, dan analisis cluster. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) atraksi wisata, promosi, sarana dan prasarana serta factor eksternal mempunyai pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan berkunjung; 2) dari 34 manfaat yang dicari terbentuk 10 faktor daya tarik wisata; 3) dari 165 kasus yang diungkap terbentuk 4 segmen pasar yang potensial bagi daerah tujuan wisata Sulawesi Selatan; 4) persepsi wisatawan mengenai posisi daerah tujuan wisata Sulawesi Selatan terhadap para pesaing utamanya dan harapan para wisatawannya sebelum datang ke Sulawesi Selatan, secara umum di benak pasarnya Sulawesi Selatan ternyata paling ideal diposisikan (positioning) sebagai daerah tujuan wisata etnis dan pantai (beach destination). Akan tetapi mengingat besarnya potensi pasar dari kedua segmen pasar yang lainnya, kedua segmen pasar wisata tersebut perlu dipertimbangkan untuk diraih sebagai sasaran pemasaran (target markets) dengan upaya-upaya mereposisikannya (repositioning).

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that all the variables , namely : Education , Training , And Movements , have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the performance of Civil Servants On the Regional Secretariat of Sinjai . Being partially found that training factors that have a significant influence most dominant performance of Civil Servants On Regional Secretariat Sinjai.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the test effect of competence to employee performance at BPJS Employment Office of Sulawesi, Maluku, to analyze the effect of human resource development to employee performance at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Office of Sulawesi, Maluku, to analyze the influence of organizational culture influence on employee performance BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Regional Office Sulawesi, Maluku, to analyze the more dominant variables affect the performance of employees at the Regional Office of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Sulawesi, Maluku. This study uses data questionnaire, literature study and interviews with quality test data analysis techniques, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The study found that the results of the regression equation obtained results for the regression coefficient for the competence of 0.343 and has a value ρvalue of 0.002, so it can be concluded that the competency has a positive influence and significant impact on employee performance BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Office of Sulawesi, Maluku, the results of the regression equation to variable human resource development at .290, and has a value ρvalue amounted to 0,018, so that it can be concluded that the development of human resources has a positive influence and significant impact on employee performance BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Office of Sulawesi, Maluku, based on the results of data processed regression coefficient of the obtained regression coefficients for the variables Organizational culture of 0.724 and has value ρvalue = 0,000 so it can be concluded that organizational culture has a positive and significant influence terahdap employee performance on BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Office of Sulawesi Maluku, from h Regression test regression then it can be concluded that the organizational culture variable is the dominant variable affecting the improvement of employee performance on BPJS.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to know the influence of each variable of electronic media mix consisting of Television media, Radio and internet media significantly to increase participation of BPJS Employment of Makassar Branch, and to know the effect simultaneously or simultaneously variable of electronic media of television media, media radio and internet media to increase participation BPJS Employment Makassar Branch. This study uses questionnaires, literature study and interviews with quality assay data analysis techniques, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the study found that electronic media consisting of: television media, radio media and internet media have a significant influence on the increase of membership BPJS Employment Branch of Makassar. So the first hypothesis can be accepted. Based on the result of simultaneous test, it is obtained the value of Fcount = 398.637 with the significance of 0.000 with the negligence level of 0.05, so it can be said that the television media, radio media and internet media together influence the increase of membership BPJS Employment Makassar Branch. So the second hypothesis proposed can be accepted and proven true

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) the effect of leadership style on employee performance; (2) To determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance; (3) To determine the effect of compensation to employee performance; (4) To determine jointly the influence of leadership style, job satisfaction and compensation to employee performance. Type of this research is quantitative data. The object of this research is PT. PLN (Persero) Region Sulselrabar. The sampling technique using census method that all employees of PT. PLN PLN (Persero) Region Sulselrabar. Methods of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that (1) style of leadership and significant positive effect on employee performance; (2) job satisfaction and significant positive effect on employee performance; (3) compensation positive and significant effect on employee performance; (4) leadership style, job satisfaction and compensation together positive and significant impact on employee performance.
