Abstract

The performance of educators at a university is a real behavior that is displayed by each educator as the work performance produced by the educators according to their role. To be able to determine the quality of the performance of educators, it is necessary to have clear criteria, therefore it is needed a decision support system (DSS) to overcome these problems. DSS is a Multi Objective Optimization Method on The Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method that has a high degree of flexibility and easy to understand in separating the subjective part of an evaluation process into weighted criteria decisions with several attributes of decision making. This method has a degree of goal selectivity from conflicting criteria. Where the criteria can be assessed as beneficial and unfavorable (cost). So this method has a good level of selectivity in determining the highest A1 with an optimization value of 3.059

Abstract

The search engine is a device for searching information from available documents. But the search engine will give you a lot of search results, so to find a document we have to open a meeting. Text summarization allows us to get key information from a document quickly without requiring us to read the contents of the document manually.One of the methods used is Maximum Marginal Relevance (MMR). MMR belongs to the extractive summary category (choosing the sentence in the document as the main sentence of the document content). MMR is done by weighting each sentence in the document.It is hoped that with the application of the Maximum Marginal Relevance Method this automatic summary of text can reduce the level of data redundancy and can help readers understand the meaning of the summary results and provide good information

Abstract

The growth of media and online news has allowed writers to automate research in the field of text summarization. News that offers a quick and concise concept, but in reality digital news is not organized and it takes so long to find the essence of the news. Document summarization is an effective way to get information from a document without reading the entire document. However, document summaries for Indonesian are still relatively small compared to other languages. This study develops document summarization automatically using a graph-based method, namely the Lexrank Algorithm which can be proven by research that has been tested using Indonesian news data obtained from liputan6.com. The number of sentences extracted is 25%-50% of the total sentences in the document. The results of the Lexrank summary in order of the highest weight order are = D2 = 1,433, D10 = 1,289, D3 = 1,253, ….. D8 = 0.673. The largest value from the summary will be arranged according to the order of words so as to get the summary of the news.

Abstract

Demand is a number of goods purchased or requested at a certain price and time. Demand is related to consumer desires for goods and services to be fulfilled. And trends Consumer demand for goods and services is unlimited. In everyday terms, demand is defined in absolute terms, namely the amount of goods needed. This way of thinking is based on the idea that humans have needs. For this need, the individual has a demand for goods, the more residents of a country, the greater the public's demand for goods. Rapid Miner is open source software. Rapid Miner is a solution for analyzing data mining, text mining and clustering analysis. Rapid Miner uses a variety of descriptive and predictive techniques to provide users with insights so they can make the best decisions.

Abstract

The implementation of village development is one of the agendas that the village government continues to carry out. These development programs are structured to meet the needs of the community and village government institutions. The implementation of development begins with planning and planning through a deliberation forum involving the village government and community institutions. The development program must of course be adapted to the aspirations of the community, needs, and applicable regulations. The purpose of this study is the application of data mining in the village facilities and infrastructure development program with the ID3 algorithm method carried out by the author including field studies, literature studies and interviews. From the analysis and observations made, it can be seen that the application of data mining in village facilities and infrastructure development programs with the ID3 algorithm method is an effective alternative to improve services to work units, so that it is expected to be able to produce information quickly, precisely and accurately with does not detract from the value of the information itself.
