Abstract

This research aims to analyze the challenges and formulate a financial management strategy in CV. Bidwi Karya uses a SWOT analysis approach. CV. Bidwi Karya still faces obstacles in financial management, especially due to the use of manual recording methods which are at high risk of errors and delays in reports. SWOT analysis is used to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that a company faces. The results of the study show that CV. Bidwi Karya has a fairly systematic recording system and a clear team structure as a strength, but still has weaknesses in terms of technology and recording efficiency. Opportunities that can be leveraged include the adoption of modern accounting software and improving team competencies, while threats that need to be anticipated are industry competition and regulatory changes. Based on these findings, several strategies were formulated such as digitization of the financial system, human resource training, and cooperation with financial consultants. This strategy is expected to be able to increase the efficiency, accuracy, and resilience of CV financial management. Bidwi Karya in facing internal and external challenges. Abstract

The development of the tourism sector is an important strategy in encouraging national and regional economic growth. The Government of Indonesia through various policies, including Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa,, has given broad authority to villages to manage local potential independently, including the development of tourist villages. This study aims to describe the role of the Village Government in the development of Sebilo Tourism Village, Pino District, South Bengkulu Regency. Sebilo Village is one of the pioneer tourism villages that carries the concept of religious, natural, cultural, and culinary history. Through the support of village funds and local government grants, as well as the initiation of the formation of Tourism Awareness Groups, the Sebilo Village Government seeks to optimize the potential of local tourism to improve the welfare of the community. This research shows that collaboration between the village government and the community, especially the youth, is the key in transforming Sebilo Village from an ordinary bathing location to an attractive tourist destination. With a participatory approach and based on local potential, the development of tourism villages is expected to be able to encourage sustainable village economic growth and become a model for the development of tourism villages in other regions. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of village apparatus in the administration of government in Sendawar Village, Seluma Regency. The data collection technique was through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and involved eight key informants consisting of village heads, village secretaries, village officials, and the community. The results of the study show that in general, the performance of village officials in Sendawar Village still faces various serious obstacles, especially in terms of low productivity and service quality due to the lack of human resource competence, limited understanding of main tasks and functions, and low mastery of information technology such as computers. Although there are village officials who already have higher education, the collective performance is still not optimal, reflected in the slow completion of public administration, low attendance discipline, and lack of clarity in service procedures. From the aspect of responsiveness, the community assesses that village officials tend to be slow to respond to administrative needs such as correspondence and other services. In terms of responsibility, the implementation of duties is not fully in accordance with the principles of good administration, and there are still inconsistencies between policy and implementation. In terms of accountability, community involvement in village deliberations is still minimal and uneven, resulting in a lack of transparency and public participation in village decision-making. These findings show that there is a need for intensive coaching, continuous training of apparatus competencies, and strengthening a digital-based village governance system in order to achieve effective, efficient, and participatory village governance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Brand Love, Customer Trust, and Brand Image on MS Glow Customer Loyalty. The case study focuses on users of MS Glow products in Pasar Kepahiang Sub-district, Kepahiang Regency. This research is a descriptive quantitative study, with the population being MS Glow product users in the area. The sampling method used is proportional sampling, with a total of 140 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques included multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. Based on the data processing results using SPSS 25, the regression equation obtained is: Y2.761+0.162 X1 +0.191 X2+0.309 X3 ei with an R Square (R³) value of 0.366, meaning that the independent variables contribute 36.6% in influencing the dependent variable. The hypothesis test results show that Brand Love, Customer Trust, and Brand Image collectively have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of servant leadership, interpersonal communication, and individual characteristics on organizational commitment among employees of PT. Galempa Sejahtera Sejahtera Bersama (GSB) in the BLW Empat Lawang region. The type of research used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used include descriptive analysis, inferential analysis using SPSS, and determination analysis.The results of this study indicate that servant leadership has a positive effect on organizational commitment. This means that the better the servant leadership, the higher the organizational commitment. Interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. This means that the better the interpersonal communication, the higher the organizational commitment. Individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. This means that the better the individual characteristics, the higher the organizational commitment. Servant leadership, interpersonal communication, and individual characteristics simultaneously or collectively have a positive and significant impact on employee organizational commitment at PT. Galempa Sejahtera Bersama (GSB) in the BLW Empat Lawang region. This means that if the levels of servant leadership, interpersonal communication, and individual characteristics are good, they will enhance employee commitment. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence  of product packaging, and product brands on purchase decisions at the Katulistiwa store in Bengkulu City the population used in this study is 90 respondents. The sampling technique used pourpose sampling based on certain criteria that had been set for a total of 90 respondents. Observation data collection techniques, documentation and questionnaires. The conclusion of the research results is as follows: Product Packaging has a positive effect on consumer Purchase Decisions at the Bengkulu City Katulistiwa Store. Product brands have a positive effect on consumer purchase decisions at the Makkulu City Katulistiwa Store.  Product quality has a positive effect on consumer purchase decisions at the Bengkulu City Equatorial Store. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of lifestyle and differentiation on the decision to purchase an iPhone for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, UM Bengkulu, both partially and simultaneously. The object of this study was students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, UM Bengkulu Class of 2021-2022 with a sample of 130 people. This study used data collection methods by means of observation and distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study used instrument testing, respondent response analysis, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, UM Bengkulu. The differentiation variable shows a positive and significant effect on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, UM Bengkulu. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that lifestyle and differentiation have a partial and simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, UM Bengkulu. Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the influence of reputation and electronic word of mouth on consumer trust among Shopee customers among Management Students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu. The population used in this research consists of 120 Management Students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu. The sampling technique used was purposeful sampling based on established criteria, involving 120 respondents. Data collection techniques included observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The processed data were analyzed using SPSS 24 formulas. Based on the research results and analysis of the influence of the variables Reputation and Electronic Word of Mouth  on Customer Trust in Shopee Customers among Management Program Students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu,  the  following  conclusions  can  be  drawn:  Reputation   has  a  positive  and significant effect on Customer Trust  among Shopee customers among Management Program students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work discipline and the work environment on employee performance at the Bengkulu City Fire and Rescue Service. The independent variables in this study are work discipline (X₁) and work environment (X₂), while the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). This study used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 96 respondents who were active employees of the Bengkulu City Fire and Rescue Service. Data analysis was performed using SPSS. The analysis techniques used included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, partial t-tests, simultaneous F-tests, and coefficients of determination (R²). The results of the study indicate that work discipline and the work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The multiple linear regression analysis yielded the equation Y = 9.204 + 0.421(X₁) + 0.583(X₂), with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.593, meaning that 59.3% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by these two variables. The F-test showed that the calculated F-value (67.690) was greater than the F-table (3.09) and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that simultaneously, work discipline and the work environment significantly influence employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and career development on employee retention at PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur. The main issue addressed is the high turnover rate, which negatively affects operational stability and increases company costs. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 160 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to examine the partial and simultaneous influence of each variable. The results show that work motivation (X₁) and career development (X₂) have a significant influence on employee retention (Y). The obtained regression equation is: Y = 10.474 + 1.780 X₁ + 0.210X₂. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.353 indicates that 35.3% of the variability in employee retention can be explained by work motivation and career development. The t-test results indicate that work motivation (t = 5.102; sig. = 0.000) and career development (t = 4.801; sig. = 0.000) significantly affect retention partially. The F-test shows an F value of 42.731 with a significance of 0.000, meaning that both variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee retention. All hypotheses (H₁, H₂, and H₃) are accepted. This study confirms that effectively designed strategies to enhance motivation and career development have a direct impact on increasing employee retention within the organization.
