Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the quality of service to increase customer satisfaction at the automotive repair shop "Yamaha Workshop 71 Pamulang". The method of this study uses a quantitative descriptive method, which is a form of research based on data collected during systematic research regarding the facts and properties of the object studied by combining those involved in it, then interpreted based on theories and literature related to quality. service. The results showed that so far, namely in terms of reliability, from the TCR results it was found that: the speed of service provided by employees showed 102 people were satisfied, Assurance, from the TCR results it was found that: the ability of employees to carry out their duties, politeness, hospitality or employee behavior when serving customers, creating a sense of customer security when paying transactions with the highest amount being 102 in the satisfied category, physical evidence (Tangibles) from the TCR results obtained. as many as 11 people were dissatisfied with the physical evidence provided by the Yamaha 71 Pamulang Workshop.

Abstract

The need for developing countries for investment to move the wheels of their national economy is undeniable. The motive of foreign investors in investing is to seek profit. The provision of this facility is intended so that domestic investors and foreign investors want to invest in Indonesia. which is the problem with Law No. 25 of 2007 as a new investment law, is considered to provide benefits to foreign investors, especially in land rights facilities as stipulated in Article 22 of Law no. 25 of 2007, has resulted in losses for most Indonesian people. This study uses a normative juridical method. The results of the study show that as a legal consequence the acquisition of land rights (HGU, HGB and HP) as stipulated in Article 22 of Law no. 25 of 2007 must follow the applicable procedures based on the provisions for the acquisition and registration of land rights based on the provisions of Law no. 5 of 1960 concerning Basic Agrarian Regulations and their implementing regulations.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze how big the role of brand image is in purchasing decisions for Vivo smartphone products. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, carried out online via the Google form using a structured questionnaire. A total of 100 samples were recruited using a purposive sampling method. The sample used as a respondent was Pamulang University students in the Faculty of Economics and Business Management Study Program who had purchased a Vivo brand smartphone in the last 5 years. This study used the statistical tool SPSS version 25 (Statistical Product and Service Solution) to process the data. The results showed that brand image and product quality had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain the economic creativity model for Single Parent. The research approach uses the Basic qualitative research approach. The sampling technique used snowball sampling and observation by interviewing 26 key informants who live in the villages of Muara Kumpeh, Pudak, Kasang Pudak, Lopak Alai and Sumber Jaya, namely member villages of PUDAK Sandang Pangan Terpadu (PUDAK SAPADU). The data analysis tool uses ATLAS.ti software (CAQDAS / Computer-Aided Qualitative Data Analysis Software program). The results of the study determine that the integrative hybrid model is a single parent creative economic empowerment pattern. The results of the analysis found that the creative pattern of the single parent economy has three models, namely new businesses, single parent businesses and millennial businesses. The research implications of limited capital, ability, and level of education are taken into consideration by single parents in determining business patterns.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of institutional ownership, free cash flow, and asset structure on the debt policy of property & real estate companies listed on the IDX during the period 2019 to 2021, moderated by profitability. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and 45 samples were obtained. The analytical method used is a multiple linear regression test with Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the analysis show that asset structure has no impact on debt policy, while institutional ownership and free cash flow have a negative effect. The impact of institutional ownership on debt policy can be moderated by profitability. However, profitability cannot moderate the impact of free cash flow and asset structure on debt policy.

Abstract

This study aims to examine risk disclosure by considering the influence of board tenure, gender composition of female board of directors, and institutional ownership. This study used a purposive sampling method at commercial banks registered with OJK in a total of 205 samples with 41 banking companies during the 2017-2021 period. To test the research hypothesis used panel data regression model analysis. The analysis techniques used in this study were descriptive statistical tests, preliminary tests (Breusch-Pagan, likelihood tests, hausman tests), diagnostic tests (heteroscedasticity tests and autocorrelation tests), and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the three preliminary tests in determining the panel data regression model, this study will use the fixed effect model to examine the relationship between variables in the regression model 1. The results of the analysis prove that board tenure and institutional ownership have a positive effect on risk disclosure, while the gender composition of female directors has no effect on risk disclosure.

Abstract

Disruptive technology in Industry 4.0 (I4.0) continues to occur, now the world is entering a new chapter in the digital economy era, and it is even underway. Every individual, community, company or region with a different identity, is in his arms. Limited access to resources in the world's economy reveals the importance of financial literacy (FL) and its behavior in managing finances, as well as the adequacy of digital literacy (DL) to achieve success and get out of the trap of paradigm and necessity in this era. This study presents relevant literature on the concept and determinants and determinants of FL and DL. It also presents literature showing the relevance of FL and DL to financial behavior (FB) and financial decisions in the digital economy era. To fulfill this aim, systematic literature reviews were conducted. The findings, that from various perspectives, intersections and different views regarding the concepts of FL and DL, the determinants and determinants of the three, but the core concepts are basically the same according to context, interpretation and practice.
