Abstract

This study aims to describe the management and utilization of Village Funds in physical development in Tanah Tiinggi Village, Malabotom District, Sorong Regency and identify supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the management and utilization of Village Funds in physical development in Tanah Tinggi Village, Malabotom District, Sorong Regency. The focus of this research is the management and utilization of the Village Fund which includes: planning, implementation, and accountability. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, the primary data sources in this study consist of key informants, namely the village head and village officials and community informants. Data collection techniques used three ways, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model consisting of data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results that can be concluded from this study are that the management of the Village Fund in physical development in Tanah Tinggi Village is in accordance with applicable regulations and is running quite well, but there are still some obstacles. The implementation of development is intended for the public interest in the form of construction of facilities and infrastructure. Accountability has been said to be good even though there are inhibiting factors from the Village Government, namely the lack of human resources and understanding of program planning.

Abstract

Designing a Financial Data System and Member Registration at Vanlino Gym Using Visual Basic 2010. This study aims to design and test a financial data system and member registration at Vanlino Gym using Visual Basic 2010. This study uses the type of research and development (Research and Development). . The results of this study indicate an information system at Vanlino Gym in which there is information on prospective member profiles, member data, transaction data, category data and cashier data making transactions. Implement a member data information system at Vanlino Gym by installing this application on the admin computer so that it runs according to the results of the information system design that has been created and displays all transaction data and Vanlino Gym members on the member data menu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of hedonic shopping motives and motivations on impulse purchases at e-commerce shopee during the covid 19 pandemic. The analytical method in this study uses primary and secondary data, the test stages carried out are: validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, partial t test, simultaneous F test. The data used in this study used a questionnaire instrument, and 100 respondents valid data. The sampling method in this study is probability sampling. The testing tool used is SPSS. The results showed that the motive variable did not have a positive effect on impulse buying, the hedonic shopping motivation variable also did not have a positive effect on impulsive buying. Meanwhile, hedonic shopping motives and motivations have a simultaneous effect on impulse buying.

Abstract

Several previous studies have shown a relationship between employee engagement which has a positive effect on performance. This study aims to conduct a study related to the effect of employee engagement on employee performance at Kosipa MSK. The census sampling method was 33 employees. The data obtained is then processed using a causal model with the help of SmartPLS software. The results obtained that support the general theory of employee engagement where employee engagement affects employee performance by 43%, so there are still 57% of factors that affect the performance of other variables. This study provides suggestions for further researchers to expand the object of research and its longitudinal study in addition to that employee engagement can be a moderator variable to determine employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the shift in the value of the Kungkuman Tugu Suharto tradition in a psychological perspective. This research is elaborative with a qualitative approach. The sample used in this study were five subjects. Data collection techniques in this research by means of interviews. The results of this study indicate that the kungkum ritual at Tugu Soeharto currently has a transformation of social change with different meanings and goals. The kungkum ritual which was originally always associated with the means of seeking the "blessings" of Suharto's power and glory finally experienced a shift in meaning into a form of public trust where the kungkum tradition at the Soeharto Monument contains local wisdom that should be maintained in the effort to conserve the natural surroundings.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the potential of groundwater in Alasombo, Weru District, Sukoharjo Regency, Indonesia. The investigation has been carried out using geophysical methods that are integrated with surface geological data to obtain an interpretation of the hydrogeological control of the aquifer. The lithology of the aquifer is dominated by sandstone which controls its role as 2 types of aquifers, namely unconfined aquifers or free aquifers and semi-confined aquifers or semi-free aquifers. The geoelectrical section shows that the groundwater-carrying layer that functions as an aquifer is the sandstone layer in the second layer and sandstone in the base layer. As an artesian aquifer or a confined aquifer, sandstone aquifers have a water volume between 31.5 to 260 m3/day, in a northwest-southeast direction. In terms of the quality of the conductivity value of water in the field, below 1500 µs/cm is freshwater type groundwater that can be recommended as a source of clean water.

Abstract

Biscuits are one of the processed food products made from wheat flour, biscuits are quite popular among the public. Biscuits are a type of pastry made from a hard dough, flat in shape, when broken, the cross section of the piece has a dense texture, can be high or low in fat. Biscuits are made from wheat flour which is added with other additives, such as sugar, eggs, margarine, and flavorings. Complementary foods of sufficient quality and quantity affect the physical growth and intelligence of children. Jackfruit seeds contain good carbohydrates and calories when consumed by humans, especially for children during their growth period such as toddlers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organic fertilizer and EM-4 and the interaction between the two on the growth and yield of maize. The study used a factorial randomized block design. The experimental factors studied were the factor of giving organic fertilizer and the factor of giving EM-4. Observations included plant height, number of leaves, number of cobs per plant, weight of cobs per plant and weight of 100 seeds. The results showed that the manure treatment had a significant effect on plant height at the age of 6 WAP. EM4 treatment had a significant effect on the weight of the cobs per plant. There was a very significant interaction between the treatment of manure and EM4 on plant height at the age of 6 WAP and a significant interaction with the number of leaves at the age of 4 and 6 WAP.
