Abstract

The teachers who will carry out an kurikulum merdeka in their respective schools certainly prepare the learning process starting from the design of learning tools, implementation to learning evaluation. In the design process, teachers are still hesitant because they have to make considerable changes outside the norm and must adjust to the characteristics of the school and students, besides that there are quite crucial obstacles such as the ability of teachers to master IT where the kurikulum merdeka is full of IT, and there are also obstacles related to the understanding of the kurikulum merdeka, it is found that teachers do not really understand the independent curriculum itself, more precisely in the development of an kurikulum merdeka such as teachers are only equipped with learning outcomes and for the elaboration of the Learning Objectives Flow (ATP), Teaching Module (MA), Pancasila Student Profile, Learning Objectives Achievement Criteria (KKTP), Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL),  Operational Curriculum in the Education Unit (KOSP) teachers are required to be able to develop until learning is carried out. The purpose of this study is to identify and obtain information about teacher readiness in designing learning tools. The method used in this study is a descriptive method, namely by describing the subject about the situation and the data obtained during the observation and interview so that it becomes information to overcome the problems found. The results of this study show that teachers experience obstacles in preparing for the implementation of an kurikulum merdeka. Teachers have tried to prepare learning both intracurricular learning and projects to strengthen the profile of pancasila students. However, teachers feel that the results of the learning design they have developed are not yet mature to be implemented in the classroom.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are strategically important in the Indonesian economic system. Entrepreneurs play an important role in managing business operations to achieve high performance. Performance is influenced by entrepreneurial characteristics and orientation mediated by innovation to achieve business success. This study aims to provide empirical evidence on the influence of entrepreneurial characteristics and orientation towards performance mediated by innovation at coffee shops in Malang City. This research is quantitative research using a questionnaire instrument conducted on a research sample of 145 members of the Malang Coffee Lovers Community. Data analysis was performed using PLS-SEM SmartPLS 3.2.9. The results showed that characteristics and entrepreneurial orientation have a significant positive effect on performance, and the innovation plays a role as mediator between characteristics and entrepreneurial orientation towards performance. The high performance in the coffee field could be achieved if MSME actors as entrepreneurs pay attention to their daily attitude characteristics, especially in terms of experience in quality coffee business management and its production, and also have an entrepreneurial orientation, especially by paying attention to the commitment to innovate so that they can produce coffee product innovations which then also have an impact on improving performance in the form of increasing optimal operating profits

Abstract

Rejuvenation of religion is one of the right steps to address public unrest related to the presence of transnational ideology in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT). The Human Fraternity document signed by Pope Francis and Sheikh of Al-Azhar, Ahmad Al-Tayyeb, very cleverly compiled constructive ideas for the purpose of religious rejuvenation. A very fundamental point in the spirit of Human Fraternity is interpreting religion not as a wall that separates followers of religion, but rather as a bridge that leads followers of religions to meet and make peace with followers of other religions. The straight path to the bridge of peace is dialogue that can be implemented in many forms and ways. With a dialogical spirit nourished by the idea of religious rejuvenation inspired by the document, we can certainly paralyze the radical understanding or transnational ideology that is always counterproductive to NTT's public dreams, to build the future of religious harmony in the foundation of Pancasila (National Ideology) and Multiculturalism in order to create a prosperous NTT community

Abstract

Urban public space, including village public spaces, is formed by social construction in its environment. This sociability of community has its own social value. In the urban kampung, the local community and the children took a deal to adapt to the environment. Therefore, the children create their own play spaces. Kampung Warna-Warni has unique characteristics such as being located in a steep topography around the Brantas River basin, as a thematic tourism village, and as a community housing with hight density levels of the building. The focus of the research is developing the realization of a child-friendly space by taking into account the needs of other public space users. This research used a qualitative method by descriptive approach. This reports the findings of children's play patterns in Kampung Warna-Warni, patterns of public space utilization, and evaluation based on child-friendly space parameters. We examined this study by using descriptive analysis including observing children's playing patterns through behavior maps and evaluating the parameters of child-friendly space. Our findings in this study reveal that Kampung Warna-Warni is a child-friendly play space because children have the freedom to play in terms of accessibility, comfort, safety, and availability of facilities. However, according to the parents of the children, there are concerns about the safety aspect when children play around the river. Nevertheless, the freedom to play for children is the main thing in establishing child-friendly play spaces.

Abstract

The film "Kartini" by director Hanung Bramantyo is a film based on the true story of the life of an Indonesian female emancipation hero named Raden Ajeng Kartini. The purpose of this research is to tell about the condition of Javanese women at that time, Kartini struggled to achieve her ideals, namely equalizing the rights of women and men. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method that is descriptive and uses semiotic analysis. The analytical method used in analyzing the film "Kartini" is Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis method, namely in the form of two-stage signification (two orders of signification) with a system of signifiers and signifieds which is also called denotational meaning in the film "Kartini". first level. and significance. The second stage is a second level connotation analysis of scenes that show a depiction of femininity in the Kartini film. The results of this research were the discovery of 3 stereotypes formed in the film "Kartini". First, the stereotype of women as supporting the household. Second, the stereotype of women as dandies or people who like to dress up and attract men's attention. Third, the stereotype of women is in second place after men or second class. The conclusion obtained from this research is that the denotative meaning in the feminist analysis of this film scene illustrates that women had social inequality in the eyes of Javanese society in the Kartini era. in describing the feminist analysis of the character Kartini in the film Kartini is clearly depicted in every scene

Abstract

Indonesia has ambitious goals to become a global maritime axis by harnessing its potential maritime resources. Maritime infrastructure and defense logistics management are crucial factors in achieving this objective. Strong maritime infrastructure supports defense logistics, troop mobility, and readiness in facing threats. As the largest archipelagic nation, Indonesia must overcome funding challenges and the complexity of maritime infrastructure development. Defense logistics management requires modern ports and efficient supply chains. Security challenges must also be addressed to safeguard strategic facilities and respond to threats. Maritime infrastructure also impacts economic growth. This study analyzes the role of maritime infrastructure in defense logistics management, identifies challenges, and considers the use of floating concrete as a solution. A Systematic Literature Review method is employed to gather literature. Challenges encompass geographical, financial, technical, regulatory, and environmental aspects. Strategies involving increased investment, long-term planning, coordination, security, and human resource development are needed. Floating concrete technology is proposed to strengthen maritime infrastructure and support the vision of a Global Maritime Axis. The success of defense logistics management and the maritime axis requires strategic collaboration and the implementation of appropriate solutions.

Abstract

This research investigates the prospects of using Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the Indonesian Navy's ship information system as a crucial step in developing a robust and innovative maritime defense industry. The primary focus is on the application of AI technology in the ship information system, analyzing various aspects, including the potential implementation of AI in monitoring and analyzing maritime waters, technical and security challenges that may arise, expected benefits, and the strategic impact of AI implementation in Indonesia's maritime defense industry. The research method employs the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, providing a systematic and comprehensive approach to collecting, evaluating, and analyzing relevant literature in a specific field. This study involves literature searches using keywords such as artificial intelligence, information systems, maritime defense industry, Indonesian defense, and Indonesian Navy ships from 2011 to 2023 in various sources such as scholarly journals, conferences, and online databases. The research findings indicate that the use of artificial intelligence in the Indonesian Navy's ship information system has significant potential to improve maritime monitoring, threat detection, operational efficiency, and international collaboration. The integration of AI with advanced sensors such as radar, sonar, and thermal cameras enables more accurate real-time monitoring of activities in maritime waters. Higher accuracy in monitoring and threat detection also contributes to increased situational awareness and smarter decision-making by operational leaders in the Indonesian Navy. Despite the substantial benefits, AI implementation faces several challenges, including initial investment costs, infrastructure availability, personnel training, data security, ethical regulations, dependence on foreign technology, integration and compatibility issues, AI technology reliability, cultural and organizational changes, and long-term benefits. To address these challenges, it is recommended that the government allocates budgets wisely, develops adequate technological infrastructure, provides personnel training, and formulates ethical regulations. Strengthening independence in the development of domestic AI technology is also crucial.
