Abstract

This study aims to determine the amount of investment and working capital, determine the condition of the aspect of the feasibility study, and determine the feasibility of the business assessed from the investment criteria on development Of Effort Women clothes Risya Fashion in jalan Baru Talang Inuman. In this research, the analytical method used is descriptive qualitative analysis method, which is a method used to measure the feasibility of a business in women clothing business measurement of quantitative data through calculation of investment data to measure business feasibility.As for expense of Invesment and Working capital required for the Development Of Effort Women clothes Risya Fashion in jalan Baru Talang Inuman this equal to Rp. 184.248.500. Source of - source of this fund cover capital alone equal to Rp. 84.248.500 and Bank loan equal to Rp. 100.000.000 with rate of interest 12%. From overall of used aspect development of this Effort, that is Aspect law, Environmental aspect, Aspect Market and marketing, technological and Technical aspect, Management aspect and of resource human being, Monetary aspect which required in development of Effort Development Of Women clothes Risya Fashion in jalan Baru Talang Inuman competent to be developed. While plan development of the effort studied by 5 invesment criterion method that is with method of Net Present Value ( NPV ) equal to Rp. 129,536,531.70is, Internal Rate Of Return ( IRR ) equal to 55.51 %, Net Benefit Cost Ratio ( Net B / c ) equal to 1,5375, Gross of Benefit Cost Ratio ( Gross of B / c ) equal to 1,1057and Break Even Point ( BEP ) showing needed to time close over nvestment equal to Rp. 184.248.500, is during 4 year 6 months 22 day.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the occupational health safety management system at the Office of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) in Batang Hari Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Methods of data collection by library research and field research from interviews and observations. Methods of data analysis by data reduction, data presentation, and data inference. The results showed that from 3 dimensions related to perceptions of safety management within the organization, namely (1) commitment to management leadership where leaders prioritize work safety for members, (2) empowerment of safety management, leaders give confidence to all members (BPBD) because leaders are confident in their abilities. (3) management fairness towards work safety, management treats all members equally, there is no difference between new and old members and 4 dimensions related to perceptions of the work group, among others (1) workers' commitment to the promotion of work safety, indicating commitment to work safety, being active in the promotion of work safety and caring about the safety of others (2) showing that BPBD members prioritize community safety without neglecting their own safety (3) learning, communication and trust, in the workplace in discussing i su-safety issues, learn from work experience, help each other to be able to work safely, accept input related to work safety properly and believe in each other's ability to ensure safety while working is good (4) trust in the effectiveness of work safety systems However, workers' perceptions regarding the belief in the effectiveness of the work safety system run by members of the Batang Hari BPBD have been going well.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1) to find out the Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) in jambi province 2) to determinan the development of the population in Jambi Province 3) to find out in income inequality indexin Jambi Province, the anatycal tool used in this study is the development analysis and Wiliamson Index analysis, the result of the development of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) on average experienced in crease where the biggest increase in 2017 was 174.441.438 or 9,35% and the lowest descrease in 2013 was 130.146.203 or 12,75% then the result of the development of the population number in Jambi Province on average that the index value 0f 0,513 was categorized as moderate, the higgest Wiliamson Index value occurred in 2016 with a value of 0,67 and the lowest Wiliamson Indeks value in years on 2017 with an Indeks value of 0,41 (Medium) from this study is the conclusion of the result of the a study that the development of gross regional domestic product (GRDP) has desrease and the population has increase to analyzed theim balance of the Jambi Province categorized in the category (Medium).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine consumer perceptions of product prices, service levels, product quality, physical environment, market location, the diversity of goods in the Muara Bulian high sacred market. This type of research is descriptive research using a quantitative approach. This study will explain consumer perceptions of the variables to be studied, namely variables of product prices, service levels, product quality, physical environment, location and diversity of products sold. In this study, the population is consumers who shop and are around the Keramat Tinggi market area, namely the people of Pasar Baru Village and the Sridadi Society totaling 100 respondents, The results showed that consumer perceptions of product price variables were classified as competitive. The service level is classified as satisfactory. The product quality is good. The physical environment is quite good. The location is classified as strategic, while the diversity of goods in the Muara Bulian sacred high market is good.

Abstract

The issues raised were: Does the quality of service, low cost, and speed of transactions affect customer satisfaction using technology-based non-cash services at Bank Syariah Mandiri Jambi branch? How is customer satisfaction using technology-based non-cash services at Bank Syariah Mandiri Jambi branch? The objectives of this research are: To find out whether low cost, transaction speed, and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction using technology-based non-cash services at BSM Jambi Branch. To find out how customer satisfaction is using technology-based non-cash services at Bank Syariah Mandiri Jambi Branch. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative approach. It was explained that of the three variables only service quality (x1) and low cost (X2) had a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Bank Mandiri Syariah Jambi Branch. Meanwhile, transaction speed (X3) has no significant effect on customer satisfaction using non-cash services at Bank Mandiri Syariah Jambi Branch.

Abstract

The Batang Hari DPRD Secretariat Office has an internal control system for ASN payrolls which is shown from the procedures and the existence of an authorization system carried out by the Secretariat. This analysis also aims to determine whether the implementation of control is effective, efficient, and accountable. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative in the form of depicting the object under study which only explains in accordance with reality so that the research objectives can be answered, and the deductive method is an approach that uses logic to draw one or more conclusions based on a set of premises given. Internal Control System At the Secretariat Office of the Batang Hari DPRD, the Secretariat of the Batang Hari DPRD makes efforts - Documents are included in the State assets. - Realizing the importance of the principles of the Internal Control System for an agency, the Batang Hari DPRD Secretariat Office carries out a process of performance review, human resource development, physical control of assets, determination and review of performance indicators and measures, separation of functions, authorization of transactions and events important, accurate and timely records, restriction of access to resources and their records, accountability to resources and their records and good documentation, which according to the Author is in accordance with Principles of the Internal Control System itself. -Verifying the reliability of financial reporting data for each activity directly and complying with the legal basis governing it, analyzing based on risk management in special meetings of the finance department, and ensuring the confidentiality of each data through segregation of duties of each staff in the organizational structure are efforts made by the Office Batang Hari DPRD Secretariat. Procedure for Remuneration of State Civil Servants at the Secretariat Office of the Batang Hari DPRD. The civil servant payroll system implemented at the Batang Hari DPRD Secretariat Office - Salary Disbursement Flow prepared by Salary Master Form (FMG), Salary List, Payment Request Letter (SPP), Payment Order (SPM), Fund Disbursement Order (SP2D) and Disbursement of Salaries.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: (1) To determine the development of Regional Original Revenue in Batang Hari Regency in 2014-2019. (2) To determine the effectiveness ratio of the Regional Original Revenue of Batang Hari Regency in 2014-2019. (3) To determine the ratio of Independence of Regional Original Revenue in Batang Hari Regency in 2014-2019, the research method used is descriptive quantitative. The type of data used is secondary data from the Batang Hari APBD which has been published during the 2014-2019 period obtained from www.djpk.kemenkeu.go.id. The results showed that the development of local revenue in Batang Hari Regency during the 2014-2019 period fluctuated. The fluctuation that is shown is not only an increase but also a decrease. The results of the calculation of the effectiveness ratio of Batang Hari Regency PAD for the 2014-2019 period show that it is effective for 2014. Meanwhile, for 2018 and 2019, the effectiveness ratio is ineffective, because it is still below 100 percent, which means that the target of Regional Original Income has not been achieved. The Independence Ratio of Batang Hari Regency for the period 2014-2019 shows that the criteria for the independence of Batang Hari Regency are very lacking.

Abstract

Marketing is a combination of activities that are interconnected to determine the needs of consumers and develop promotion, distribution, services and price. So that consumers can be properly satisfied at a certain level of needs. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect to product quality, price and service quality on consumer satisfaction in the Material Store Building Umran Jaya Abadi Muara Bulian. The analytical methode used is qualitative, the data used are primary and secondery data, the analitycal tool used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression tools. Testing the significance of the influence of product quality variabels (X1), price (X2), and service quality (X3) as independent variabels, and customer satisfaction Y as the dependent variabels by t test, f test and determination. Based on the result of the research, the component that influences dominant factor is services quality , which has the highest vvalue of 4,663 compared to the product quality factor 4,440 the price factor is 1,759. While the adjust R Square obtained a value of 0,45 or 45% meand that product quality, price and services consunmer satisfaction by 45%.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1). To find out the development of sales volume at PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk, 2). To analyze the implementation of marketing strategies in increasing sales volume at PT. Unilever Indonesia. The research method used is qualitative research. Data obtained by conducting library research. Data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation and data verification (drawing conclusions).The results of this study are the marketing strategies implemented by PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk in increasing sales volume consists of product strategies, pricing strategies, distribution strategies and promotion strategies. The development of unilever home and personal care product sales experienced the highest increase in 2016 which increased by 9.05 percent, then the lowest increase occurred in 2018 which only increased by 0.7 percent and the average sales of home and personal care products for 5 ( five) years, an increase of 3.95 percent. Unilever foods and refreshment products experienced the highest increase in 2015 which increased by 11.8 percent, then the lowest increase occurred in 2017 which increased by 2.8 percent and the average sales of food and refreshment products for 5 (five) years namely increased by 7.28 percent. The results of the analysis of this study are PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk applies 4 (four) marketing strategies, which include: 1). The product strategy consists of a strategy of product diversification and product differentiation, 2). The pricing strategy consists of a strategy of low price leadership and price discrimination, 3). Distribution strategy where the flow starts from manufacturers, agents, wholesalers, retailers, and consumers, 4). The promotion strategy consists of advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, direct marketing and public relations with the website.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out more about the development of economic growth and poverty development in Batang Hari Regency, the development of economic growth and poverty development in Muaro Jambi Regency, the economic growth rank and the poverty ranking of Batang Hari Regency with Muaro Jambi Regency, and the comparison of economic growth rankings and poverty ranking of Batang Hari Regency with Muaro Jambi Regency. The data collection method uses library research and online data search. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative analysis method. The data analysis tools used are the theory of growth / development, the formula for growth / development and the theory of ranking The results showed that the development of economic growth in Batang Hari Regency tends to decline and the development of poverty in Batang Hari Regency tends to increase every year. The development of economic growth in Muaro Jambi Regency has fluctuated and the development of poverty in Muaro Jambi Regency has increased. The economic growth ranking and poverty ranking of Batang Hari Regency with Muaro Jambi Regency, for the economic growth ranking of Batang Hari Regency is in the 5th place (five) and the economic growth rank of Muaro Jambi Regency is at 6th (sixth), while the poverty ranking for Batang Regency is Hari is in the 6th (sixth) rank and the poverty rank of Muaro Jambi Regency is in the 3rd (third) rank calculated from the average. Comparison of the economic growth ranking and poverty ranking of Batang Hari Regency and Muaro Jambi Regency, for the economic growth ranking it tends to be equally declining, but the economic growth ranking of Batang Hari Regency is higher on average than the economic growth rank of Muaro Jambi Regency and the poverty rank of Batang Regency Days are lower than the poverty rank of Muaro Jambi Regency which fluctuates every year.
