Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of fertilization on the production of three varieties of cassava that is Darul Hidayah, Gajah and Varietas Local. The field experiment was conducted for 9 months starting from April to December 2016. Locations trial in Sangata Selatan, DistrictKutai Timur.The design is split plot design arranged in a factorial treatment was repeated 3 times (R) Treatment Varieties (V) as the main plots and fertilizer treatments (P) as subplot. The results showed that the inorganik  fertilizer (NPK), organik  (Bokashi) and combinations thereof capable of producing tubers each, 124 tons per hectares, 130.44 tons per hectares, and 134.67 tons per hectares and 99.11 ton per hectares as a kontrol s. Fertilization treatment of three varieties cassava tubers can increase production 20%. 23.8% and 26% respectively as a compared with kontrol s. While the tuber production between varieties Darul Hidayah and Gajah 148.50 tons perhectares and 132, 33 ton per hectares while the local variety 85.33 tons per hectares. Abstract

Improvement of agricultural development requires improvement of supporting factors of agricultural cultivation, especially the improvement of soil conditions using organic fertilizers. Organic fertilizers should go through the composting process to provide nutrients faster for plants. The composting process requires bioactivators to accelerate the decomposition of organic matter. Selection of bioactivators used in the composting process should be more careful considering each organic material has a different C / N ratio. Composting of organic materials with low C / N ratios generally does not have many obstacles, but the composting of organic materials with high C / N as in oil palm empty bunches requires a bioactivator capable of decomposing high levels of lignin in oil palm empty bunches. Development of bioactivators is a step that must be done in order to find a bioactivator that can accelerate the decomposition process, especially for organic materials with high C / N as in oil palm empty bunches. The research stages include: Identification, isolation and selection of potential microbials from maschy mole mol, gamal leaf mole, and fish waste mole, Analysis of mole chemistry, Mole application test to waste of empty palm oil bunches. The experimental method used in the fermentation stage of waste bunch of empty palm oil with 2 factors. The first factor is the MOL type, the second factor is the MOL concentration. The first factor consists of 3 treatments, the second factor consists of 4 treatments so that there are 12 treatments. The experiment was performed with 4 replications. First Factor; p1 = mol snail mas (km), p2 = mol gamal leaf (dg), p3 = mol of fish waste (li). The second factor was k1 = 100 ml of bioactivator / liter water solution, k2 = 150 ml of bioactivator / liter water solution, k3 = 200 ml of bioactivator / liter water solution, k4 = 250 ml of bioactivator / liter water solution.The results showed 1) the microorganisms identified in Koong Mas mole were Black Niger Aspergillus, Penicillium, and Trichoderma. In MOL Leaves of Gamal are Bacillus Biru, Bacillus Merah, Pythium, and Trichoderma. In MOL Fish Waste is Thricoderma. 2) Compost of empty palm oil bunches has not been decomposed perfectly because it has C / N> 25, but has provided nutrient elements of pH, total N, and K total according to SNI 19-7030-2004 standard. The high C / N ratio is probably due to environmental factors ie high temperatures at the composting site and the lack of moisture in the compost thus inhibiting the decomposition process. Key words: Local microorganisms, organic farming, and bioactivators

Abstract

The Influence of Atonic Growth Substance and Planting Media Against Aruh Genjah Plant Breeding (Arenga pinnata, Merr). This study aims to determine the effect of proper growth regulator concentration and the best planting medium for the growth of palm seedlings, as well as the effect of interaction between ZPT Atonik and planting media. This research was conducted in Sangatta Lama area of Sangatta Utara Sub-district, East Kutai Regency, with time for 5 (five) months from February to June 2016. The research design used Factorial Randomized Block Design (RAK) 4 x 4 with 3 repetition . The first factor was the administration of Atonic ZPT consisting of 4 levels: z0: without treatment, z1: Atonic ZPT 0.5 ml / 1 liter water, z2: ZPT Atonik 1 ml / 1 liter water, z3: ZPT Atonic 1.5 ml / 1 liter of water. The second factor is the comparison of planting medium consisting of 4 levels: m0: top soil, m1: top soil + sand + manure (1: 1: 1), m2: top soil + husk husk + manure (1: 1: 1 ), m3: top soil + charcoal husk + sand + manure (1: 1: 1: 1). Fingerprint analysis showed that the best effect of ZPT Atonik (Z) on the parameters of plant height was on the first month that is in the treatment of z2 (Atonic ZPT 1 ml / 1 liter water). The best comparison of planting medium (M) to plant height parameters was at month 2 and month 3 was achieved by treatment of m2 (top soil + husk husk + manure = 1: 1: 1) and m3 treatment (Top soil + + Sand + manure = 1: 1: 1: 1). Furthermore, the best treatment of leaflet parameter of month 1 was achieved by treatment of m1 (top soil + sand + manure = 1: 1: 1). Abstract

Application of Compost With Effective Microorganisms Activator 4 (EM 4) And NASA Fluid Organic Fertilizer At Growth Of Rubber Trunk Bottom Plant (Hevea brasiliensis). This study aims to determine the effect of application of compost fertilizer with activator Effective Microorganisms 4 (EM 4) and the effect of Nasa liquid organic fertilizer application on the growth of rootstock seedling of rubber plant. The study was conducted for 3 months starting from May 5 to August 5, 2015 Loa Janan Ulu Village Kutai Kertanegara Regency. The study used Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 4 x 4 factorial experiment with 3 replications. The first factor is the application of compost treatment consisting of 4 levels, namely: k0 Tanah (topsoil), k1 = Soil: Compost = 1: 1, k2 = Soil: Compost = 1: 2, k3 = Soil: Compost = 1: 3. While the second factor is the application of liquid organic fertilizer NASA consisting of 4 levels, namely: p0 = Control, p1 = 2 ml / L water, p2 = 4 ml / L water, p3 = 6 ml / L water. The result of variance indicated that application of compost fertilizer had a very significant effect on the height of 3 month crop, the increase of stem diameter month 2, month 3, the increase of monthly leaf number 2, month 3. Furthermore significant effect on the increase of plant height month 1, month 2, Stem diameter month 1, and month leaf number increase 1. Application of NASA (P) liquid organic fertilizer had a very significant effect on the parameters of plant height increase in month 2, month, 3, month stem diameter 2, month 3, Month 3. Then the real effect on parameters of plant height month month 1, and the increase of number of leaves month 1. For interaction application of Compost Fertilizer and organic fertilizer Nasa (KxP) no significant effect on parameters of plant height increase month 1, month 2, month 3, the increase of number of leaves month 1, month 2, month 3, the increase of stem diameter month 1, month 2 and month 3. Keywords: Effective Microorganisms 4, Liquid Fertilizer Nasa and Rubber Plants

Abstract

The Influence of Fertilizer NPK Phonska and Biourine Cow Fertilizer on the Growth of Banana Seeds of Rutai (Moses sp). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of NPK Phonska and Biourine Cow Fertilizer on the Growth of Banana Seeds of Rutai. This study was conducted for 3 months, ie from September to December 2014. Research Campus Widya Gama Mahakam Samarinda. This research was arranged in Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 3 x 3 Experiment with 3 replications. The first factor is the provision of NPK Phonska (P) Fertilizer consisting of 3 levels, namely: po (control), p1 (50 grams of Phonska NPK fertilizer / plant), p2 (Provision of 100 grams of Phonska NPK fertilizer / plant). While the second factor is the provision of Biourine Cow Fertilizer (U) consisting of 3 levels, namely: u0 (Control), u1 (Giving 10 ml of Biourine Fertilizer / Plant), and u2 (Giving 15 ml of Biourine Fertilizer / Cow). The result showed that fertilizer NPK Phonska with dose of 100 g / plant / polybag (p2) can increase the growth of rutai banana seedlings where the highest growth parameters were 16 and 20 weeks after planting 15.89 cm and 21.25 cm, Then the parameter of increase of diameter is at 16 weeks after planting is 5,50 cm, and for parameter increase of leaf amount is at 16,20 and 24 weeks after planting that is 1,89 strands, 2,11 strands and 2,22 strands. Giving of Biourine Fertilizer Cow with dosage of 15 ml / liter of water / polybag (u2) can increase the growth of rutai banana seedlings where the highest highest plant growth parameters are at 16, and 20 weeks after planting ie 16.67 cm and 22.28 cm, then The parameter of diameter increase is 16 weeks after planting is 63,50cm, and for parameter increase of leaf number is at 16, and 24 weeks after planting that is 1,89 strands and 2,22 strands. The interaction treatment between NPK Phonska and Biourine Sapi fertilizer between 100 grams of NPK Phonska and Biourine Sapi 15 ml / liter of water / plant (p2u2) can increase the growth of rutai banana plants, where the parameters of plant height increase is 16, 20 weeks after planting 19,67 cm and 30,20 cm, then at parameter of diameter increase is at 16 weeks after planting that is 4,59cm, and on parameter of increase of leaf number is at 16, 20 and 24 weeks after planting that is 5,14 strands, 2, 67 strands and 3,00 strands. Keywords: NPK Phonska, Biourine Cow Fertilizer and Banana Rutai

Abstract

The research aimed to identify the growing of seedling Elaeis jaquinensis on Phospor fertilizer and Dolomit Application, as well as its interaction, and to find the proper concentration of Phospor fertilizer for seedling Elaeis jaquinensis. This research lasted for four months, from Oktober2010to Januari 2011, at the Village of Sempaja Sub District of Samarinda. The research was designed in Completely Randomized Block Design with Factorial 3 x 4 and three replications. The first factor comporised of 3 levels of Phospor dosage (1,5, 2,0 and 2,5 g SP-36/polybag and the second factor was dolomit dosage (0,10, 15 and 20 g dolomit/polybag. The results showed that: (1) significant responses the phosphor fertilizer on the parameters of number of leaf at the stage of 90 old days and diameter of stemat the stage of 60 old days; (2) significant responses on the Dolomiton the parameters of diameter of stemat the stage of 30 and 60 old days; (3) significant responses the interaction between phospor fertilizer and Dolomit application on the parameter of number of leaf at the stage of 60 old days. Abstract

As well as the growing influence of media mixing different grain size of the seed to growth frangipani Japan (Adenium crimsonstar). This study aims to determine the effect of mixing different media as well as the planting of seed size on seed growth frangipani Japan (Adenium crimsonstar). The study was conducted in April through July 2010, in the district of Ulu Loa Janan, Kutai regency. This study uses a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 x 3 factorial analysis consisted of four replications. The first factor is the growing media 4 levels: m0: sand medium (control), m1: sand + fine brick (3: 1), m2: sand, ground roasted (3: 1), m3: finely + sand + bricks ground fuel (2 : 1: 1). The second factor is the size of the seed 3 levels: b1: weight 0,02gram / 0.9 to 1.0 cm long seed / seed, b2: 0,01gram / 0.5-0.7 cm long beans / seeds, b3: weight of 0,008 gram / seed length from 0.3 to 0.4 cm / seed. The results showed that treatment Growing Media significant effect on all parameters of the study. Treatment m2 (sand + soil fuel) showed the highest plant height is 5.44 cm, while the treatments m1 (fine brick sand +) showed the smallest plant height is 3.07 cm, the results showed that the different treatment of seed size did not significantly affect all parameter studies. Media interaction and different planting seed size showed no significant difference in all parameters of the study.

Abstract

The Effect of Empty Bunch of Palm and Chalk of Dolomit Giving as Mixture of Plant Media to Growth of Palm Seedling (Elaeis quenensis Jacq) in Main Nursery. Target of research to know the effect of empty bunch of palm and chalk of dolomit giving as mixture of plant media to growth of palm seedling ( elaeis quenensis jacq ) in main nursery. The research was conducted on three months, since March until May 2010 in Palm plantation PT. Rea Kaltim Plantations, Perdana Village, Kembang Janggut District, Kutai Kertanegara Regent. The research was arranged in factorial completely randomized design (Factorial CRD) with factorial experimental design 3 x 3, and 3 replications. The first factor was the empty bunch of palm (T), that consisted 3 levels, they were: (t0) = without the empty bunch of palm/polybag, (t1) = 2kg of the empty bunch of palm/polybag, (t2) = 4kg of the empty bunch of palm/polybag and the second factor was the chalk of dolomit (K), that consisted 3 levels, they were: (k0) = without the chalk of dolomit /polybag, (k1) = 0,2kg of the chalk of dolomit /polybag, (k2) = 0,4kg of the chalk of dolomit /polybag. The result showed that the best result reached by 2kg of the empty bunch of palm/polybag as mixture of plant media to growth of palm seedling ( Elaeis quenensis Jacq ) in main nursery. The chalk of dolomit gave different result, treatment was not significantly influence because not be assisted with activator to quicken the empty bunch of palm dekomposition so that its result can be exploited for the growth of palm seedling. Each factor that was the empty bunch of palm and was the chalk of dolomit given separate factor to growth of palm seedling in main nursery.

Abstract

Growth and yield response Gladiolus flowers (Gladiolus Hibridus) against the use of growing media and fertilizers Saputra Nutrient. This study aims to determine Saputra Nutrient fertilizer use and the use of growing media on growth and yield of flowers gladiolus (Gladiolus hibridus). The research was conducted from April to July 2010. The study was conducted in North Samarinda. This study uses a randomized block design (RAK) with a 4 x 3 factorial experiment consisted of three replications. The first factor is the use of a planting medium that consists of three levels ie: m1 (top soil), m2 (top soil + manure + husk), m3 (top soil + manure + sand), the second factor is the use of fertilizers Saputra Nutrient consisting of 4 levels ie: p0 levels (without fertilizer), p1 (1 tablespoon powder + 3 tablespoons liquid + 7.5 liters of water), p2 (1 tablespoon powder + 3 tablespoons liquid + 5.0 liters of water), and p3 (1 spoon 3 tablespoons of powder + liquid + 2.5 liters of water). The results showed that the use of the planting medium significantly affected all parameters of the study except the number of leaves at 15 days after planting. Treatment m1 (top soil) showed the largest number of flowers cropping 13.96 florets. The results showed that the use of fertilizers Saputra Nutrient significantly affected all parameters except the current study appear shoots number of leaves at 15 days after planting. Treatment p2 (1 tablespoon powder + 3 tablespoons liquid + 5.0 liters of water), showed the largest amount of 14.00 florets florets. Interaction of growing media and fertilizer use Saputra Nutrient no real effect on all parameters of observation.
