Abstract

Islam sees economic development as the growth of human maturity, where the material progress that is currently inevitable and that must be supported by the strength of spiritual maturity so that prosperity is achieved. Benefit can be achieved when what emerges from a process is benefit and blessing. However, not everything that is beneficial can provide a blessing. The impact of the allocation of BDI KOTAKU funds on the economic development of Pasar Lama Kelurahan, Banjarmasin Tengah in 2017 was well utilized by the allocation of its use and could improve the economy and welfare of the citizens. However, when viewed from the perspective of Islamic economics, this is not enough even optimal in terms of funding because it is still not optimal use of existing and owned resources, it still depends on external sources / foreign debt which incidentally is interest-based so that there is an impact on funding dependency and make the nation's next generation dependent to the West, bearing the burden of debt and interest on its loans. This is what is called in the Islamic Economy with a useful concept but not a blessing / does not give blessing because of the interest / ribawi system. Thus the economic approach to the development of Sharia is needed to focus on development instruments that are compatible with religion / sharia and culture / local wisdom (local wisdom) so that existing resources can be utilized properly and benefits can be realized.

Abstract

This study aims to deeply see the representation of women in politics in the 2019 general election in Indonesia because women's participation in politics was still very limited. Based on this phenomenon, the Indonesian government has made Affirmative Action as a foundation for women in politics. The results showed that Affirmative Action could not yet be realized and the involvement of women in representative institutions at least 30% have not been fulfilled under affirmative action. From all the political contestants, only the Partai Nasional Demokrat has fulfilled the quota. The findings of this study indicated that patriarchal culture was still an obstacle to women's representation in Indonesian Representative institutions in addition to the Shari'a and other cultures.

The type of the research was descriptive. It can be concluded that the binding of fiduciary guarantee object according to Law Number 42 of 1999 on fiduciary guarantee is certificate of fiduciary guarantee as an evidence which is an authentic deed. It can be seen from the characteristics of certificate fiduciary guarantee, issued by an authorized official or public official who has authority for issuing certificate fiduciary guarantee in Fiduciary Registration Office under the supervision of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. The consequences (the binding of fiduciary guarantee object is unfulfilled) are the default causes several legal consequences for debtors and creditors, especially for creditors who must loss. While for debtors, the legal consequence is the existence of a new status for which the debtor must responsible of. Fiduciary guarantee, mostly in form of movable objects, allows for a transfer of fiduciary guarantee; one example of the reason for the transfer is the debtor wants to transfer his credit to another creditor to seek for lower interest. Then, if a debtor has paid off the debt, it can cause the fiduciary guarantee to be canceled.
