Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the cause of the low interest of students in science subjects at SDN 5 Komet Banjarbaru. The method used in this study is a descriptive method which aims to describe or describe a situation in a place where it is now. The object of this research is the factor that causes the students' low interest in learning about science subjects at SDN 5 Komet Banjarbaru. The subjects in this study were the fifth grade students of SDN 5 Komet Banjarbaru who were used as a source of information needed in collecting research data. The population in this study amounted to 60 students and the sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The sample in this study were 20 fifth grade students at SDN 5 Komet Banjarbaru. Some students said that external factors caused the students' low interest in learning science subjects at the Komet 5 Banjarbaru State Elementary School 50% of the external factors caused the students' low interest in learning science subjects at the Banjarbaru 5 Komet State Elementary School, while 21% small external factors caused the low interest of students in learning science subjects at the State Elementary School 5 Komet Banjarbaru.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) to find out how the activities of teachers in implementing the Inquiry based learning learning model at SDN Paku Alam, Banjar Regency, and 2) Knowing how the students' learning outcomes in science follow using the Inquiry based learning learning model at SDN Paku Alam, Banjar Regency. The subjects in this study were all students at SDN Paku Alam, Banjar Regency. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling totaling 12 students of class V. The data mining tool used was a test. Data analysis used indicators of success: 1) Teacher activity reaches a good category if it reaches 71 and 2) Students' science learning outcomes are said to be good if mastery reaches 80% of the number of students. Based on data analysis, it is concluded 1) the use of Inquiry based learning in class V at SDN Paku Alam, Banjar Regency, cycle I was in the good category with a percentage of 84.21% and increased in the second cycle to 89.47% in the very good category, and 2) The results of learning science class V at SDN Paku Alam, Banjar Regency, cycle I. 65% and increased in the second cycle to 84.16%.

Abstract

Talking about theft with violence, whether it concerns the case, its impact, or the relationship between the perpetrator and the victim of the crime must be based on and have a background in social, cultural, economic, and community structures. The type of research used in this research is normative research. Based on the discussion in the previous chapters, several conclusions can be drawn, namely: 1) Evidence of the elements of the criminal act of theft with violence, in this case it has provided the achievements of the applicable law, both in the handling process to the investigation and decision or punishment. imprisonment according to the mandate in Article 365 of the Criminal Code. Regarding theft which is preceded, accompanied or followed by violence or threats of violence, with the threat of imprisonment for fifteen years. 2) The provision of criminal sanctions against perpetrators of theft with violence above, in terms of giving this sanction, is based on the results of evidence from the elements of the criminal act of theft with violence, as has been done by investigators or law enforcement to give a verdict or punishment. to the perpetrator in accordance with Article 365 of the Criminal Code with a prison sentence of 15 years in prison.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of business location on the income of fruit traders in Baolan District, Tolioli Regency. The method used is a quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sample taken amounted to 30 respondents. The analysis tool uses SPSS for windows 26. Which includes validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression and product moment correlation. Based on the results of research and discussion, it is concluded that the correlation value is 0.601. This indicates that there is a unidirectional relationship between business location and income. And it can be stated that the correlation between variable X (Business Location) and Variable Y (Revenue) is strong and positive. the coefficient of determination is: r² = 0.36. This shows that the effect of business location on the income of fruit traders in Baolan District, Tolitoli Regency is 36%. The steps that should be taken by traders are: traders should be able to further increase the selection of more strategic locations with the aim of increasing income.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the values ​​of character education implicit in Batik Tulis at Widya Batik Ubud, Bali. There are two Batik studied, namely the work entitled Bunga Lotus and Mandala Yoga. The method used in this research is qualitative. Data collection methods used are documents, interviews, and observations. While the data collection techniques used are the card and note technique. And the data analysis methods used include data identification, data reduction, data presentation and processing, and concluding. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that there are four values ​​of character education of Batik Tulis at Widya Batik Ubud, Bali, namely religious values, environmental care values, creative values, and peace-loving values.
