Abstract

The paper aim to examine how dental policy across the world could confront health regulators worldwide in the face of outbreaks and financial constraints faced by dentists worldwide. Globally, current dental practice is limited to providing only emergency treatments. This move is appreciative, but has resulted in enormous financial losses worldwide sustained by dental care providers (DCPs). This research are using qualitative analysis that are gathering the data using perish and publish, and collecting the data through scopus database as the main sources in this research. In advance of collecting the data, this research is analysis by Nvivo tools and Vosviewer to knowing the clustering values of dental policy and knowing the networking of spreading the virus in term of dental policy. The result show that the guideline and policy in each country, since every country has different values those are faced in their country especially talking with Asian Country. As regards the contagious nature of COVID-19, an appropriate standard procedure policy for patient management and a recommendation for dental treatment in hospitals during the pandemic are imperative for some institutions. Dental treatment requires close proximity, face-to-face practices, and may produce droplets or aerosols containing water, saliva, blood, any other microorganisms and other debris during the procedure.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the Bureaucratic Behavior on the Quality of Population Services in the Luwuk District, Banggai Regency. The method of writing uses descriptive explanatory with quantitative analysis of instrument trials and two data collections in the context of actual research. To obtain data on Bureaucratic Behavior on Population Service Quality to be collected, processed and analyzed, using several data collection methods through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation, instruments used in documentation techniques. Based on the questionnaires' distribution to respondents, Bureaucratic Behavior on the Quality of Population Services in the Luwuk District, Banggai Regency, based on the rating scale, is classified as good with an average score of 75.24%.

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the practice of political administration in Indonesia with various models and democratic systems that are applied. Using descriptive qualitative analysis with literature review. Through comparison of Model Selection, Representative and Voting. Democracy held through election celebrations general periodicity actually becomes the foundation and umbrella for its creation development of culture and improvement of community welfare and interests general. However, the process tends to indicate that it is just a place to find form and very difficult to adjust. Between Representatives, Elections and Voting exist ideal democracy seems to be an anomaly in the realization of the quality of democracy. The implications are diverse, political parties thrive not in direct proportion to the quality of state policies, strengthening the existence of elite power without caring for common sense government administrators as state control. Finally comes the distribution of power who have no public trust.

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze how effective the use of the Waiting House is Birth (RTK) in accommodating the residents of Pulau Sembilan. Using descriptive analysis qualitatively through indicators of the mechanism and effectiveness of its use along with community response on the existence of the RTK. The results show that RTK as one of the 99 The Government's Public Service Innovations have had a positive impact on services in the field of public health, Sinjai Regency in general and Pulau Sembilan in particular. The utilization of the Marine RTK in Sinjai Regency is categorized as a means of services that are very effective in accommodating the community's primary health care rights Pulau Sembilan is especially for pregnant women, and the delivery process and pre-care guarantees and post-delivery, in addition to the responsiveness of managers and medical personnel in providing service to patients and their families is an added value in proving that the concepts of assurance, responsiveness, tangiables, reliability and empathy can be realized maximally.

This paper aims to analyze how regional autonomy policies can provide improving the quality and effectiveness of public services in accordance with the ideals of reform. Use descriptive analysis of the literature review. Effectiveness and benchmarks for the quality of public services largely determined by the substance of the existence of transparency and accountability through capacity good public communication, Management commitment to implementing Standard Operations More fair and democratic procedures, Then ensure the ability of the bureaucracy in provide public services and ensure public control in carrying out complaints on the fulfillment of their rights run optimally. Although on the other hand regional cooperation In the era of regional autonomy, the interests of certain elites and groups are still full of excitement. However does not mean ignoring community control as a control that is able to ensure the existence of democratic culture in the public service system.
