The first 1000 days of human life involving 730 days after baby was born. Many babies are given a breast milk substitute that is not good for the baby. The best food for the baby is breast milk because that contains the complement needed by the baby. The problem for breatfeeding mothers after gave birth is there is no production of breast milk or obstacle in ejection of breast milk. This happens because of lack of knowledge of mother and family, lack of support from their family, or very busy to take interventions to facilitate bresftfeeding. Areola-Rolling (ARO) massage is a combination massage on the areola and backbone in breastfeeding mother which helps increase production and smooth ejection of breast milk. Knowledge is important for doing areola and rolling (ARO) massage because the massage is not only physiologically, but need appropriate place to do massage for increasing breast milk production and ejection. Besides, family support is also important to do ARO massage due to require the help of others in conducting backbone massage (areola massage) and mother should to be happy. If there is no these conditions can make disease of the mother and baby such as mastitis, fever, dehydration of the baby, hiperbiliruninemia, and the risk of breast cancer. The purpose of this community service is to increase breast milk production and ejection. Also motivating the health workers to help mother and add ARO massage in operating standards in activity daily living in the post partum area. Method; used the demonstration of ARO massage. Results of this community service revealed that from 12 breastfeeding mothers who receving the ARO massage after 2 hours post partum make their breast milk smooth and increase their knowledge. Conclusion the ARO massage can increase production and ejection of the breast milk in post partum mother 2 hours after gave birth. The ARO massage is suggested for mother by normally labor 2 hours after gave birth.

This disease can attack all age groups, even elderly people are very at risk of developing this disease because their organs are not functioning optimally. Based on data from the Public Health Unit Sukawati I, there are 25 people with Diabetes Mellitus in Kemenuh Village. Community service activities carried out in Banjar Tengkulak Mas Kemenuh Village with a target of 40 people. The method in community service activities is lecture and examination of Blood Sugar and Cholesterol.The results obtained for a high level of knowledge before counseling 5 people (10%), after counseling increased to 34 people (75%) For examination of blood sugar levels with normal categories as many as 32 people (69%), above normal are as many as 14 people (31 %). For parameters of cholesterol with normal categories as many as 27 people (67%) and categories above normal as many as 14 people (33%). For the elderly whose blood sugar and cholesterol levels are normal to be maintained by maintaining the lifestyle behavior that has been carried out. As for the elderly whose blood sugar and cholesterol levels are above normal, which is changing diet by reducing the amount of rice, and increasing consumption of vegetables and fruits, regular exercise, and getting enough rest and controlling health regularly to the doctor.

Abstract Autonomic neuropathy in diabetes mellitus impact the feet to losing their natural ability to moisturize the overlying skin, so that the skin of the feet becomes dry, cracked, and prone to infections (ulcers). This activity aims to enable people with diabetes to be able to do foot exercises and cutaneous stimulation with VCO so that the skin moisture in their feet increases. Foot skin moisture was measured by a Skin Moisture Analyzer at ten right foot points before and after four weeks of diabetes people doing foot exercises and cutaneous stimulation with VCO. Average foot moisture before foot exercises and cutaneous stimulation with VCO of 38.93 then increased to 49.55. Paired t test proved that there was a significant increase in foot skin moisture after activity (t = -4.66 and significance value = 0.00). All people with diabetes are advised to continue their activities.Key words: Skin Moisture, Foot Exercises, Cutaneous Stimulation

Deteksi tumbuh kembang anak sangat penting dilakukan untuk dapat mengetahui sedini mungkin adanya penyimpangan pada tumbuh kembang anak. Namun dengan menggunakan pedoman SDIDTK dirasakan kurang user friendly bahkan oleh petugas kesehatan apalagi oleh kader. Saat ini di era digital setiap orang sudah terbiasa menggunakan smartphone tak terkecuali para kader. Hal ini menjadi peluang untuk mengenalkan pada kader tentang aplikasi SDIDTK berbasis android PRIMAKU yang dikenalkan oleh IDAI.Bimbingan pada kader tentang deteksi dini tumbuh kembang anak berbasis android dilaksanakan di UPT Kesmas Sukawati II dengan peserta sebanyak 50 orang kader. Kegiatan diawali dengan pretest pengetahuan kader tentang deteksi dini tumbuh kembang anak, lalu dilanjutkan dengan bimbingan melalui ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, simulasi dan praktikum. Lalu diakhiri dengan evaluasi melalui post test untuk mengetahui pengetahuan peserta setelah diberikan bimbingan serta untuk mengetahui ketrampilan peserta dalam menggunakan aplikasi.Hasil bimbingan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan kader tentang deteksi dini tumbuh kembang anak sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan bimbingan serta hampir semua peserta terampil dalam menggunakan aplikasi untuk mendeteksi tumbuh kembang anak.

Abstract Background, Pulmonary Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Pulmonary TB disease is transmitted through airborne droplet infection with the source of infection is a person with a cough pulmonary TB disease. The duration of treatment for tuberculosis patients requires a long time, which is 6-8 months treatment time, patients do not understand the importance of TB disease treatment rules, the emergence of OAT resistance, lack of government supervision of treatment programs and community culture that considers TB as a hereditary disease or curse, these problems can be a reason for a person with tuberculosis not compliant in carrying out treatment and even stop treatment. Purpose, Community service aims to increase the knowledge and compliance of taking medication for Tuberculosis patients in the Sukawati Sub-District, Gianyar Regency. The method is carried out by providing counseling with booklet media and sending SMS regularly every day for one month. Results Characteristics of tuberculosis patients in the Sukawati sub-district of Gianyar were mostly aged 21-40 years (48.1%), female (63%), primary school education level (51.9%) and work as craftsmen (37%). Knowledge about tuberculosis with tuberculosis before counseling was largely lacking (85.2%), after being given counseling most knowledge about tuberculosis was good (77.8%). Abstract The results of the identification of problems with 112 State elementary school students 1 Celuk average knowledge of maintenance of dental and mouth health criteria failed, oral hygiene criteria were moderate, brushing skills were incorrect criteria. So that the problem "Is the promotion and prevention of oral and dental health can improve oral and dental hygiene in students of SD N 1 Celuk Sukawati Gianyar in 2019. The aim is to improve dental and oral hygiene in elementary school students N Celuk Sukawati Gianyar in 2019. Community service activities were carried out at SD N 1 Celuk Sukawati Gianyar. Timing of the Pre-test, dental and oral hygiene check, joint toothbrushes were carried out on September 20, 2019. Dental and oral health services were carried out on September 23, 2019. The post-test was carried out on October 4, 2019. The target was 112 students, parties involved in the service team, laboratory staff, principals and teachers, and students. The most knowledge pre-test results failed criteria 91 people (80.36%), none of the students had very good knowledge, the average value of 33.13. The majority of post-test (35.71%) people have very good knowledge of the criteria. Dental and oral hygiene had the most criteria being 98 (87.50%), and the least good criteria were six people (5.36%). The average OHI-S is 2.14. The post-test results were at most 104 good criteria (92.86%) and none had bad criteria. Average value of 0.14. Tooth brushing skills All students have the wrong brushing teeth criteria. The results of post-test brushing skills especially brushing teeth lingual. Conclusion, promotive and preventive efforts can improve dental and mouth hygiene of students at SD N 1 Celuk, Sukawati Subdistrict, Gianyar Regency in 2019. It is recommended that community health centers officials in SD N 1 Celuk area provide regular and continuous promotive and preventive services. STH (soil transmited helmint) such as Ascaris lumbricoides, Trichuris trichura and Hookworm are intestinal nematodes which are transmitted through the soil. Worm disease is one of the causes of anemia, a result of malnutrition and the presence of bleeding that is not visible in people with helminthiasis. This community service aims to provide services to tile craftsmen in Kediri District, Tabanan in order to reduce the incidence of helminthiasis and its effect on hemoglobin levels.This community service is carried out in the form of health counseling, examination of worm eggs, and hemoglobin (Hb) and its handling if found to be positive for worm eggs and Hb levels below normal. Examination results show the presence of worm eggs in 32% of tile craftsmen and hemoglobin levels below normal by 34%. Craftsmen infected with helminthiasis as well as those who have Hb levels below normal have received good treatment from servants and cooperation with the Health Center I Kediri.Tile craftsmen are advised to use personal protective equipment to prevent contact with soil containing infective eggs. Health centers to continue to run health promotion and monitor people with worms.Keywords: worm eggs, hemoglobin, tile craftsman.

Based on data from the public health center Sukawati II in the Gianyar District Health Office, there were 13 cases of DHF in Batubulan Village in 2017. Batubulan Village 13 cases with PR 0.10% ABJ of 92.9% with a population of 8,812 people. Community service aims to reduce the incidence of DHF in Batubulan Village after Selective Abatation, PSN and health education activities.The results of evaluation of community service activities obtained 494 containers from 130 houses examined, tested positive for Ae larvae. Aegypti as many as 20 containers with House Index (5.4%), Container Index (4.2%) and Bruteau Index (15.4%). The larvae free rate was 94.6%, it was categorized as having a high risk of transmission of DHF.It is expected that the community will continue to actively carry out activities to eradicate mosquito nests by draining, burying, closing and larvicidal activities as well as to health workers / cadres to carry out counseling about controlling DHF.Keywords: Selective Abatization and Eradication of Mosquito Hives

Adolescence is a turbulent period in which mood changes very quickly. Teenagers tend to rebel, and measure everything with their own size, so teens often do things that are outside the norm to get recognition. Besides that the influence of peers is very dominant in adolescent behavior, so it often happens adolescents are involved in negative things, including engaging in drugs, free sex and may fall into the condition of HIV / AIDS.The aim of community service is an increase in adolescent resilience to free sex, drugs and HIV / AIDS. The method of community service carried out in the form of lectures, questions and answers and equipped with leaflet media. The activity was carried out on 19 and 26 June 2019 to collect pretest and posttest data. The activity targets amounted to 68 students consisting of 26 male students and 42 female students. The results of community service activities show there are differences in resilience before and after treatment for both male and female students. Suggestions are given so that the school routinely holds similar activities so that students are always exposed to health information that will be beneficial for healthy behavior. Kelas Ibu Balita adalah kelas para ibu yang mempunyai anak berusia antar 0-5 tahun secara bersama sama berdiskusi, tukar pendapat, tukar pengalaman akan pemenuhan pelayanan kesehatan, gizi dan stimulasi pertumbuhan dan perkembangannya dibimbing oleh fasilitator dengan menggunakan buku KIA. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan ibu memberikan stimulasi tumbuh kembang anak melalui pelaksanaan program Kelas Ibu Balita. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Posyandu wilayah Desa Sukawati. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan metoda ceramah, wawancara dan observasi. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat dari karakteristik sasaran menunjukan rata- rata berusia 29,77 tahun, dengan tingkat pendidikan ibu sebagian besar pada jenjang pendidikan menengah. Sebelum pelaksanaan Kelas Ibu Balita pengetahuan, sikap, keterampilan maupun kemampuan yang didiidentifikasi dari ketiga asfek tersebut hanya sebagian kecil dalam katagori baik. Ada perbedaan kemampuan ibu dalam memberikan stimulasi tumbuh kembangan sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti Kelas Ibu Balita. Disarankan agar Kelas Ibu Balita dilaksanakan secara rutin mengikuti jadwal Posyandu. Kata Kunci ; Kelas Ibu Balita- Kemampuan Ibu- Stimulasi tumbuh kembang
