Abstract

Anemia that occurs in some pregnant women is caused by an increase in the need for nutrients and changes in the blood during pregnancy. Anemia will have a bad effect on the health of the mother and the fetus, that is, this condition will increase the morbidity and mortality of mother and child. Maternal mortality rate (MMR) in Ambon city, in 2013 there were 4 maternal deaths or 28.6 per 100,000 live births. In 2014 there were 2 mothers or 59.9 per 100,000 live births and in 2015 there was an increase of 5 or 36.3 per 100,000 live births. The main cause of death is bleeding because anemia is not handled. Efforts to prevent and overcome iron nutritional anemia through the provision of iron supplements are prioritized for pregnant women. Abstract

Education on sexual and reproductive health for adolescents in Indonesia has not been fully accepted by the community. This is influenced by the complex environment of social, cultural and religious life. Many people consider that sexual and reproductive health education is a taboo subject to discuss among adolescents. These conditions make adolescents confused in determining their reproductive health behavior. However, over time, the influence of Western culture has brought freedom and open access to information so as to provide opportunities for adolescents to have negative behaviors in reproductive health. The prevalence of sexually active behavior in male adolescents (56.6%) is higher when compared to adolescent girls (43.7%). The problem of abortion in adolescents needs to be seriously addressed, because this problem occurs mostly in developing countries such as Indonesia due to the lack of access to information about abortion. This is evident from many studies which state that the high number of unsafe abortions that causes death is due to the lack of knowledge of young women about the dangers of abortion. Keywords: danger of abortion

Abstract

World Health Organization (WHO) data shows that 99% of maternal deaths due to childbirth or birth problems occur in developing countries. When compared with the ratio of maternal mortality in nine developed countries and 51 Commonwealth countries, the ratio of maternal mortality in developing countries is the highest with 450 maternal deaths per 100 thousand live births. Post-partum bleeding is diagnosed when the amount of bleeding is considered to be more than normal. Clinical signs and symptoms of blood loss include weakness, sweating, and tachycardia which usually occur after the loss of 15-25% of total blood volume loss. Hemodynamic reduction only occurs in blood loss of 35% and 45%.Keywords: Posyandu Cadres, Puerperal Bleeding

Abstract

The birth waiting home program is listed in the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 82 of 2015 concerning technical instructions for the use of special allocation funds in the health sector and supporting facilities and infrastructure for the health sarpras sub-sector for the 2016 fiscal year in article 5 concerning the operational costs of the birth waiting house. In Indonesia, especially in the archipelago, the mortality rate for pregnant women is still high, thus indicating a low degree of health. This is caused by various factors including geographic, socio-economic factors, limited means of transportation, limited health facilities and health workers. To overcome this, we need a special place close to basic health care facilities or a hospital that can be temporarily occupied by pregnant women before labor arrives called the Home Waiting for Birth (RTK), which has an important function as a temporary residence for pregnant women until they arrive during childbirth. Abstract

The puerperium begins after the placenta is born and ends when the uterus organs return to their pre-pregnancy state. The puerperium lasts about 6 weeks or 40 days but will recover completely within 3 months. The puerperium or postpartum period is also called puerperium which comes from the Latin word "puer" which means baby and "parous "which means giving birth. Based on data obtained according to recording and reporting from districts/cities, the maternal mortality rate (MMR / MMR) in Maluku Province fluctuated from 2006 to 2010. However, it decreased from 369 per 100,000 live births in 2006 to 288 per 100,000 births. live in 2010.Keywords: KIE, Knowledge, puerperal infection
