Abstract

Strategy is an integrated part of a plan (plan), while the plan is the product of a plan (planning), which in the end planning is one of the basic functions of the management process. Strategy is often used in determining a goal to be achieved. Likewise with marketing and advertising activities. The planning strategy in the field of public relations includes the following activities: 1) making decisions regarding program goals and objectives, 2) identifying the determining audience, 3) establishing policies or rules to determine the strategy to be chosen, deciding which strategy to use. The strategy is useful as a plan in dealing with a condition, in this case the research conducted is to see how the Puncak Lawang Public Relations strategy increases visitors after being hit by the Covid19 pandemic.This study uses qualitative methods to describe PR strategies in increasing visitor returns, while the data collection techniques used by researchers are observation and in-depth interviews. Interviews were conducted with the owner of the Puncak Lawang Soul, the Tourism Office, and the Public Relations of the Puncak Lawang Soul itself. The results of the study indicate that there are various strategies and approaches taken by the Public Relations of Soul Puncak Lawang, including: The persuasive educative approach and the cooperative approach, while the strategies used are: 1. Internal strategy: a. Following the CHSE Rules set by the Government (cleanliness, safety, environment sustainability). B. Complete Health Protocol Facilities (hand washing area, temperature check, hansanitaizer). C. Improving HR performance in the field of Public Relations (holding training, motivational seminars). 2. External strategy: a. Promotion through various media (online and offline media). 2. Cooperating (with various parties both for events and activities and other purposes) Public Relations Soul strives to improve the condition of the company both internally and externally, the role of Public Relations is very visible with the strategies that have been carried out and planned by PR Soul Peak Lawang itself.

Abstract

A college student is a learner listed and runs his/her education in college either academy, polytechnic, college, institute, or university. A student needs to have high intellectuality and mature thinking intelligence, and determining their on personality so that they can protect themselves from the entrance of irrelevant teaching or understanding with religion values. Therefore the researcher discusses the implementation of the right da’wah method with its mad’u classification who is college student. The purpose of this research was to find out and to understand how the da’wah methods used towards the students in Da’wah Study Forum of IAI AL-AZIS and What are the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in conveying da’wah method in Da’wah Study Forum at IAI AL-AZIS. This research used qualitative research in the form of observation. The techniques of data collection were open interview and documentation. This result shows that the right da’wah method used on students is question and answer and discussion. The supporting factors are such as the fulfillment of da’wah component in this study activity, for the inhibition factor is limited time either from the speakers as da’i or the students as the mad’u. This causes the study on Thursday is not efficient yet because of the limited time. However it is still temporary because the structures of Da’wah Study Forum will keep trying to maximize the time so that the study activity can run according to the schedule which had been made.

Abstract

The administrators of Al-Furqon Mosque in majority are married and have a family. They are parents in their family. Parents are the firs figure that will influence the personality and thinking pattern of a child. Every parent has their own da’wah way to invite their children into good deeds. The purpose of this research was to find out about (1) the da’wah done by Al-Furqon Mosque Administrators to their children also to find out what factors might support and obstacle factors in its implementation. This research employed qualitative method as the basic of research preparation. The Administrators of Al-Furqon Mosque were as subject, they were the main source of information in the field. Because the problem in the field. Because the problem in the field is usually dynamic/could change (2) then qualitative method became the basic of this research guideline. The researcher was as the instrument in its impelementation, supported by the data collection through recording, previous documents, and interview to the respondents to get additional information needed. Thus the research result obtained from the da’wah of Al-Furqon Mosque Administrators to their children was first they give them exampler, advice, and persuading them persuasively. Then the da’wah supporting factors found by the researcher were the availability of Al-Qur’an, Hadits, Islamic Books, Mass Media, and Islamic School. While the obstacles found were such as smartphone and then less time to be together with their children and difference in opinion.

Abstract

Kartika 1-2 Padang Vocational School is one of the private schools engaged in education which is under the auspices of the Kartika Jaya Foundation. In an effort to achieve this vision, good performance is needed from teachers and staff involved in managing teaching and learning activities at SMK Kartika 1-2 Padang. Weaknesses in teacher performance included the finding that a number of class teachers did not make a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) correctly and had not been corrected and signed by the school principal but had been used as a guide in learning. The principal has many important tasks and one of them is communicating with the teacher teaching in the classroom. In the communication process, several factors are involved, namely the communicator, message, media, and communicant. The purpose of this study is the dominant indicator of the principal's leadership communication on the performance of teachers and employees of SMK-Kartika 1-2 Padang and to determine the influence of the principal's leadership on the performance of teachers of SMK-Kartika 1-2 Padang. This study uses a type of quantitative research. The sampling technique is the Total Sampling technique. The sample of this research is all teachers who teach at SMK-Kartika 1-2 Padang. Simple linear regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis with the SPSS 24 program. The results of this study indicate that the most influential indicator of the Principal Leadership Communication variable, namely vertical communication, is in the good category. Principal Leadership Communication influences Teacher Performance. Principals should improve leadership communication effectively with good communication directions, so that teachers can actualize the various competencies they have. Thus, the teacher's performance is getting better/increased. For teachers of SMK-Kartika 1-2 Padang, so that they can also communicate effectively both between teachers, and with superiors, or even with students so that communication is better and improving teacher performance in the future

Abstract

ABSTRACT Love language communication is the language of love that everyone has for satisfaction in establishing a relationship within the family, which is expressed through actions or speech to their partner which includes words of affirmation (words of support), quality time (quality time), acts of service (service), receiving gifts (receiving gifts) and physical touch (physical touch) this theory was developed and proposed by Gary Chapman in 1992. The method used in this study is a qualitative method in which the author conducts interviews, documents and field observations. The purpose of this study is to find out what love language each partner has and how they express and communicate this love language to their partner through activities that are usually carried out to satisfy their partner in a relationship. The research results obtained in this study are regarding the communication carried out by husband and wife who are the object of communicating their love, which can vary both verbally and through signs, starting from helping the wife with work at home, encouraging her husband when going to work, spending time together. at home or outside, giving gifts, holding hands, hugging or communicating it by having sex between husband and wife. And the way husband and wife solve household problems can also be done by using the language of love that is owned by the couple and also discussed together to find problem points and solutions so that the problems that occur do not drag on. Abstract

Communication media is seen as the right medium to influence the public in the process of delivering the taxpayer's message, so that the message conveyed can be well received by the public. The purpose of this study is to determine the use of the media in spreading the message of the taxpayer to the people in Kendari City. The results of the study show that the use of media in disseminating taxpayer messages uses 3 types of media, namely, Electronic Media consisting of television and radio, Print Media consisting of newspapers, billboards and banners, and Personal Media, outreach and exhibitions. From this study it resulted that in delivering promotional messages for taxpayers at KPP Pratama Kendari by using electronic media, namely television and radio and print media consisting of newspapers, billboards and banners, it was very effective in attracting the sympathy of taxpayers in Kendari City as well as the use of personal media, namely through exhibitions or expos and counseling is also very effective.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled "Analysis of the Meaning of Photography (Food Photography) in Instagram @jajan_linggau". With the formulation of the problem, namely, How to analyze the meaning of food photos (food phtography) in Instagram @jajan_linggau. In this study the researchers chose photography with food photos as objects or what is known as Food Photography. Because, seeing from the photo of the food is able to arouse the appetite and has its own charm. By choosing beautiful colors, it can make food photos look more luxurious and attractive to anyone who sees them, even though basically they have never tried the taste of this food. The qualitative descriptive research method was adopted in this study. This research was conducted using a descriptive approach in accordance with the problems and objectives. A strategy based on a qualitative model was used in this investigation. The meaning referred to in this paper is based on testing using the triangle of meaning from Charles Sanders Pierce's semiotic theory, namely: Representamen/Sign, Interpretant, and Object. In this study, for every food photo (food photography), there is a meaning from the signs displayed in the photo. Its meaning can be found in food images, packaging, the number or name of the product label, as well as other additional elements.

Abstract

The problem in this study is what is the meaning of the Cankano Pogau procession in the Muna marriage custom. The purpose of this research is to find out the meaning of the Cankano Pogau procession in the Muna wedding custom. The benefits of this research are theoretically: this research is expected to add and broaden insights about the meaning of semiotics, practically: this research is expected to provide input to the community who will later become traditional leaders, methodologically: this research can be used as additional information material for researchers furthermore in order to enrich the results of research, especially regarding traditional marriages of the Muna people.The subjects in this study were traditional leaders and religious leaders as well as the local community who clearly knew about the Cankano Pogau procession. The technique of recruiting informants in this study was carried out by means of a purposive sampling technique, namely choosing deliberately by considering that the informant concerned knew and fully understood the essence of the problem, with a total of 8 informants. The data collected was analyzed using semiotic analysis.The results of this study indicate that the Muna people of Benua Nirae Village use the Cankankano Pogau Procession as a reference in a traditional marriage process. Based on the research that has been done, the meaning contained in the Cankankano Pogau procession is the Cankankano Pogau procession is a form of appreciation or respect for the male family to the female family in a Muna community marriage process.

Abstract

This research is entitled Marketing Communication Strategy of the tourism office in increasing tourist visits at Lake Teloko Kayuagung. Tourism has many benefits for the community seen from several aspects, namely, economic, social, and cultural. In developing countries tourism is a mainstay of state income, such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. Tourism development is closely related to the preservation of the nation's culture, by utilizing all the potential of natural beauty and natural wealth. Utilization here does not mean changing in total, but rather means managing, utilizing and preserving any existing potential, the potential can be a tourist attraction. The management and utilization of tourism potential owned by the region is also managed by each region. Likewise in Kayuagung which has a lot of potential and natural resources that can be developed as a tourist attraction and community recreation center. The purpose of this research is to find out the marketing communication strategy of the Tourism Office in Increasing Visits at Lake Teloko Kayuagung, and to find out what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the Tourism Office in Increasing Tourist Visits at Lake Teloko. this research uses descriptive methods with a qualitative approach. This research uses the theory of the City as an Entertainment Machine proposed by Clark. The results of the study are Advertising, Public Relations, Publicity Sales Promotion, Personal Selling (Face-to-Face Sales) and the supporting factors of the OKI Regency Government Tourism Office in marketing, namely, Tourism Objects, Facilities and Infrastructure. As well as the inhibiting factors of the OKI Regency Government Tourism Office in marketing, namely, Regional Language, Human Resources.

Abstract

Komunikasi bisa terjadi jika antara pengirim pesan dan penerima pesan memiliki frame dan reference yang cenderung memiliki persamaan. Perbedaan budaya yang menyolok akan mempengaruhi perilaku komunikasi dalam suatu situasi dan konteks. pesan yang akan disampaikan belum jelas bagi dirinya atau pengirim pesan, hal ini dipengaruhi oleh perasaan atau situasi emosional sehingga mempengaruhi motivasi, yaitu mendorong seseorang untuk bertindak sesuai dengan keinginan, kebutuham atau kepentingan. Hal ini dapat terjadi karena bahasa yang dipergunakan tidak jelas sehingga mempunyai arti lebih dari satu, simbol yang dipergunakan antara si pengirim dan penerima tidak sama atau bahasa yang dipergunakan terlalu sulit. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pulau Kabaena Kabupaten Bombana dengan metode analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa model komunikasi interaksional tenaga kerja asing dengan tenaga kerja local pada PT. Surya Saga Utama dilakukan dengan mengikuti model komunikasi interaksional yang terdiri dari proses pengiriman pesan, proses penerimaan pesan, umpan balik terhadap pesan yang diterima, gangguan-gangguan serta hambatan komunikasi yang dihadapi dalam proses komunikasi antar pekerja. Pesan yang dikirim dan diterima dalam komunikasi antar tenaga kerja asing dan local yaitu pesan yang terkait dengan informasi, pemberitahuan, dan laporan baik itu dari pimpinan maupun antar sesame karyawan.
