Abstract

BPR Trisurya Bumindo Bandar Lampung has a potential market, namely all customers in Lampung, especially Bandar Lampung, but there are several problems that will be investigated, namely knowing the effect of promotional media (advertising, salespeople and sales promotions) on customer loyalty at PT. BPR Trisurya Bumindo Bandar Lampung. The research method used in this research is library research and field research through interviews and distributing questionnaires to customers of BPR Trisurya Bumindo Bandar Lampung. The results showed that the results of calculations using multiple linear regression analysis showed that overall advertising and sales promotion media had a significant influence on customer loyalty at BPR Trisurya Bumindo Bandar Lampung. Abstract

Bank Lampung is a Bank owned by the Lampung Regional Government in the form of a Regional Company. The problems encountered are the influence of work culture on the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of employees at the Head Office of PT. Lampung Bank. The method used is library research and field research. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of work culture on the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the employees of the Head Office of PT. Lampung Bank. The results showed that there was a positive influence between work culture on employee morale and enthusiasm for work of 0.9082. To test the effect, the t-test was used where the coefficient of tcount was compared with ttable, which turned out to be tcount > ttable. Based on the Coefficient of Determination formula, the magnitude of the influence of work culture on employee morale and enthusiasm is 90.82%. Thus, the hypothesis proposed that there is a positive influence between work culture on the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the employees of the Head Office of PT. Bank Lampung accepted. Abstract

The aims of this study was to determine what kind of leadership style is applied by management in improving employee performance at the Head Office of PT. Bank Lampung and whether it has a good impact in improving employee performance, because still many employees at the Head Office of PT. Bank Lampung have not applied discipline to the rules, both written and unwritten rules. The research method used by the researcher is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The research was conducted at the Head Office of PT. Bank Lampung with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations and documentation. The results of the research showed that the leadership style used by the leaders or managers at the Head Office of PT. Bank Lampung in improving employee discipline is an autocratic leadership style, because the model of this autocratic leadership style further enhances supervision to monitor what activities are carried out by employees. This autocratic leadership style is very effective in increasing the level of employee discipline because the leader can further improve supervision and monitor the activities of subordinates or employees. Employee indiscipline is caused by an incompetent leader so that many employees ignore the rules, both written and unwritten, therefore the leaders or managers at the Head Office of PT. Bank Lampung applies an autocratic leadership style in improving employee discipline, because one of the factors that affect performance is the level of employee discipline. Abstract

The international trade consists of two components, volume and price. The price component is a deflator for international trade. Meanwhile, the volume component can be regarded as the real condition of international trade. In this paper, the author tries to explain the relationship between export and import volumes according to the theoretical basis. The response variable is the quantity (volume) of imports and exports. Meanwhile, the control variables, such as GDP and REER, are in accordance with the "imperfect substitute" model. Based on multiple regression analysis, it is known that the volume of imports is influenced by purchasing power and the negative effect of the relative price of imported goods on domestic prices. Meanwhile, export volume growth was positive by production capacity and negative effect by international relative on domestic costs. Keywords: trade, imperfect substitutes, ECM, volume component

Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility of laying hens at CV. Bisco Farm in Talang Jawa Village, Merbau District, Mataram, South Lampung Regency. This research was conducted in October-December 2021 in Talang Jawa Village, Merbau Mataram District, South Lampung Regency. This type of research is qualitative, namely the type of research that describes the feasibility of laying hens at CV. Bisco Farm in Talang Jawa Village, Merbau District, Mataram, South Lampung Regency. In this study, the method used is purposive sampling, namely the sampling is done intentionally. The population in this study was taken as many as one farmer with a scale of 5000 in Talang Jawa Village, Merbau District, Mataram, South Lampung Regency. The analysis used in this study is the R/C Ratio. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa besarnya pendapatan usaha ternak ayam CV. Bisco Farm di Kelurahan Talang Jawa Kecamatan Merbau Mataram Kabupaten Lampung Selatan pada tahun 2018 sebesar Rp. 461.229.300 , tahun 2019 sebesar Rp. 512.723.362,5, Tahun 2020 sebesar 546.990.075, tahun 2021 sebesar Rp 598.484.137,5. Analisis R/C Ratio tahun 2018 menunjukan angka 1,36, tahun 2019 menunjukan angka 1,38 , tahun 2020 menunjukan angka 1,39 , dan tahun 2021 menunjukan angka 1,41 . Semua hasil R/C Rasio menunjukan hasil R/C Rasio > 1 yang berarti usaha ternak ayam petelur CV. Bisco Farm layak di jalankan, karena jumlah biaya produksi yang dikeluarkan lebih sedikit dari pada jumlah penerimaan yang diperoleh CV. Bisco Farm di Talang Jawa, Merbau Mataram, Lampung Selatan. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality during the Covid-19 pandemic at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Panjang Branch. This company is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) which is engaged in port services that provides port facilities and infrastructure in order to support the smooth flow of ships. This research type is an associative research that aims to analyze the influence of one variable with another variable. This study uses descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were customers of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Panjang Branch in Bandar Lampung in 2021 as many as 380 customers. The sampling method used random sampling with a total sample of 80 respondents. Primary data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The results showed that simultaneously service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The value of the coefficient of determination can be seen from the Adjusted R Square of 0.577 which means that 58.87% of the customer satisfaction variable can be explained by the quality of service. While the other 42.13% difference is influenced by government regulations which are not included in this study. Keywords: service quality, customer satisfaction

Abstract

This research is about Leadership Strategy in Improving Employee Performance at PT. Multi Chandra Group in Bandar Lampung. This study aims to determine how the leadership strategies applied by the leadership in improving employee performance at PT. Multi Chandra Group in Bandar Lampung. The research method used is a qualitative method. The results showed that the overall office employees of PT. Multi Chandra Group in Bandar Lampung has been able to carry out its work duties and responsibilities including service orientation, integrity, commitment, discipline, cooperation and leadership. leadership strategy in improving employee performance in the office of PT. Multi Chandra Group in Bandar Lampung in the form of, making disciplinary rules for all employees, providing clear job descriptions to employees related to their work, generating employee motivation at work, making daily reports as a form of performance appraisal, giving rewards to employees for their performance achievements and giving punishments. to employees who intentionally violate the rules set by PT.
