Relations between humans and the environment in the public sphere tend to be an environmental determinant. A relationship where environmental factors are more influential in the formation of human behavior than internal factors within him. This kind of relationship also applies in public spaces such as fast food restaurants which are now commonly found in everyday life. This study identified that the spatial aspects that influence visitor preferences in behaving in space are the type and placement of furniture and wall-forming elements. at the same time, another aspect that also affects the mapping of visitor behavior is the density or density of visitors which varies depending on the time of visit. This study describes the behavioral patterns of visitors and the interior elements that influence this behavior at a Begos fast-food restaurant located in a culinary center in Gowa. The method used is a place-centered map method based on a behavioral approach.

One of the slum areas in Makassar City is Sengkabatu Village which needs to be optimized for settlement arrangement. This is expected to improve society's economic and social sectors by the 2015-2034 Makassar City Spatial Plan. This area is included in the strategic space from the point of view of functional importance and environmental carrying capacity for the development, improvement, consolidation, and rehabilitation of the Tallo River strategic area. Residential issues are also inseparable from the life of the people of Sengkabatu Village. Therefore the design of a growing house is one of the ideas for housing problems on limited land where this growing house grows based on the needs of residents. The people of Sengkabatu Village also hope that there will be changes in the arrangement of the village that do not only focus on the construction sector. Abstract_ New shopping center facilities in urban areas are competing to be established by managers and investors to reap the benefits of the increasing demand for today's daily needs. However, the aspects applied to the building have not fully paid attention to sustainable architectural factors, so they negatively impact the surrounding environment. The Nipah Mall building was chosen because it is an example of a shopping center facility in demand by the public with reasonably rapid growth in every city, including Makassar today. As for this research, the qualitative method is collecting data, searching the literature, conducting field observations, and analyzing the principles of sustainable architecture that have been applied to case studies. This research is expected to increase knowledge related to shopping center building standards and the application of the appropriate sustainable architectural concept in it.

The development of the fishing industry in Majene Regency, such as the increasing number of fishermen, the increasing number of Rumah Tangga Perikanan (RTP) catch, and the increase in fishery production are not proportional to the condition of the existing port facilities. The facilities at Majene Port are not utilized due to the damaged condition of the facilities and the poor arrangement of the area. This study aims to plan and design a Pangkalan Pendaratan Ikan (PPI) in Majene Port by applying the concept of Biophilic Design. The research method used is primary data collection by means of field surveys/observations and interviews, secondary data collection is carried out by collecting data on literature studies, journals or scientific works related to titles, books, reading materials related to titles, and other literature. Rxploratory data collection in the form of the results of primary data analysis and secondary data. The planning of the Pangkalan Pendaratan Ikan (PPI) at Majene Port is expected to empower fishermen and fishmonger, from providing more adequate fish landing base facilities and good area arrangement by using the biophilic concept to remove the community's bad perspective about the unpleasant odor at the fish landing base.

Public space is one of the city's quality indices that functions as an interaction space, a container for corridors, and a place for street vendors to sell their wares. This is even though the area around the bridge is a route often passed by the general public. The surrounding community also uses the reservoir for fisheries by utilizing the tidal area around the pool to plant wild plants during the rainy season, and this causes further damage to the banks of the reservoir. This study aims to design the Waiting Bitoa Reservoir Public Space in Makassar City to be an excellent environmental facility with a Green Architecture approach. The importance of green architecture is used to support the natural environment by having several principles, such as utilizing energy, meeting the needs of building users, being environmentally friendly, and adapting to the local climate. A qualitative descriptive method of the existing field data is synthesized into a design form. The results of the application of green architecture are applied to landscapes, open space systems, and natural materials in building units
