Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of product quality, service quality, emotional conditions, price perceptions and costs on JKN-KIS participant registration satisfaction of workers receiving wages private businesses entity in Healthcare Social Security Agency, Sampit Branch, Central Borneo. This study uses questionnaire to 100 workers receiving wages private businesses entity. The results showed that variables of product quality, service quality and price perception has significant effect on satisfaction of JKN-KIS participants workers receiving wages private businesses entity. Meanwhile, emotional condition and cost variables hasn’t significant effect on satisfaction of JKN-KIS participants workers receiving wages from private businesses entity. Then, variables of product quality, service quality, emotional condition, perceived price and cost simultaneously has significant effect satisfaction of JKN-KIS participants workers receiving wages private businesses entity with calculated F value (4.082) > F table (2.310). Based on the results of study it’s also known that service quality is the most variable has significant effect on satisfaction of JKN-KIS participants workers receiving wages private businesses entity with value of Beta Coefficients 0.196. Abstract

This study aims to study both partially and simultaneously greater Competence and Motivation on the Performance of Tabalong Integrated Development Post Employees (POSBINDU) and the dominant variables on the Performance of Integrated Development Post (POSBINDU) Tabalong Regency, The method used in this study is the method quantitative and with a total of 80 (eighty), taken with a census of 80 (eighty) people, validity and reliability test research instruments, data were collected using multiple linear regression.The results of this study indicate that (1) Competence and Motivation show partial significance on the Performance of Inpatient Employees at Integrated Development Post (POSBINDU) (2) Competency and Motivation are related significantly simultaneously to the Performance of Inpatient Employees in Integrated Development Post (POSBINDU) and (3) Motivation is a variable that has a dominant influence on the Performance of Inpatient Employees at Integrated Development Post (POSBINDU). R Square of 0.561 which means that the total variation of the independent variables on the accepted variable is 56.1% while the remaining 43.9% is requested by other causes outside of this study.Keywords: Competence, Motivation and Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to; (1) knowing and analyzing the influence of individual characteristics, culture, and communication simultaneously on community participation in village development in Batulicin Subdistrict, Tanah Bumbu District, (2) knowing and analyzing the influence of individual characteristics, culture, and communication partially on community participation in development Villages in Batulicin Subdistrict, Tanah Bumbu Regency, and (3) find out and analyze the dominant influence of individual, cultural, and communication characteristics variables on community participation in village development in Batulicin Subdistrict, Tanah Bumbu District. This research is an explanatory research with this type of research is causal associative. The population in this study is the Village apparatus in Batulicin District, Tanah Bumbu Regency. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. The technique of determining the sample using proportional random sampling. The type of research data used is quantitative and qualitative, while the data sources used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression models. Based on the results of the analysis show that individual characteristics, culture and communication simultaneously affect community participation in the development of the Village in Batulicin District, Tanah Bumbu Regency. Partially, individual characteristics, culture and communication influence community participation in village development in Batulicin District, Tanah Bumbu Regency. Individual characteristics are the dominant variables that affect individual characteristics, culture and communication affect community participation in village development in Batulicin District, Tanah Bumbu Regency. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of mindset, job evaluation and leadership patterns partially on ASN performance, to know and analyze the influence of mindset, work assessment and leadership patterns simultaneously on performance ASN and to find out among the mindset variables, work assessment and leadership patterns that have a dominant influence on ASN performance at the Batu Mandi District Office in Balangan Regency. The population and sample in this study were 31 sub-district employees. The data processing technique used is a quantitative method with the application of SPSS multiple regression analysis. The first hypothesis testing is known that the mindset, work appraisal and leadership pattern partially on the ASN performance. The second hypothesis testing is also known that the mindset variable, work assessment and leadership pattern simultaneously on the ASN performance in Batu Mandi District Office Balangan District and in the third hypothesis testing the mindset variable that has a dominant influence on ASN performance at the Office Batu Mandi District of Balangan Regency. Abstract

Erwin Rizafana Npm.1711.32202.3664, Analysis Of Factors Affecting Performance City Cleanliness Task Force In The Balangan District Environmental Departement, Under The Guidance Of Lanny Purnama Kosasi Dan Yudi Rahman, 2020. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of individual factors, psychological factors and organizational factors partially on the performance of the Cleanliness Task Force employees, to know and analyze the influence of individual factors, psychological factors and organizational factors simultaneously on employee performance and to find out and analyze among individual factors, psychological factors and organizational factors that have a dominant influence on the performance of the Cleaning Task Force employees at the Balangan District Environmental Office. The population in this study was the cleanliness task force of the Environmental Agency of Balangan Regency with a total of 145 people and the research sample of 31 respondents or 22% of the total population and the method used in the sampling of this study used the census method. This type of data, is an associative research with quantitative paradigms with the application of SPSS and multiple regression analysis. The results of the first hypothesis are known to individual factors, psychological factors and organizational factors partially significant effect on the performance of Cleanliness Task Force employees, the second hypothesis testing is known to individual factors, psychological factors and organizational factors have a significant effect simultaneously on the performance of Cleaning Task Force employees and third hypothesis testing is known that the results of the research that partially tested were stated and proved in this study that psychological factors had a dominant influence on the performance of the Cleaning Task Force employees at the Environmental Service Office of Balangan Regency.Keywords: Individual Factors, Psychological Factors, Organizational Factors And Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine : (1) The influence of organizational culture on SKPD performance, (2) Effect of employee competence on the performance of SKPD,(3) The effect of performance accountability on SKPD performance, (4) The influence of organizational culture, employee competence and performance accountability simultaneously influences the performance of the SKPD , (5) The influence of organizational culture, employee competence and performance accountability simultaneously influences the performance of the SKPD. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. Quantitative data collection was carried out using a survey method by using questionnaire instruments. The research locations were in Tabalong Regency on 9 SKPDs that had been evaluated by SAKIP. Results of the study show that : (1) An organizational culture, employee competence and accountability for performance has a positive and significant impact on the performance of SKPD scope of sectors in the Government of Tabalong, (2) Competence of employees having the most dominant influence on the performance of SKPD compared with the influence of organizational culture and performance accountability in the District Government of Tabalong. Abstract

Arif Musrifin, Npm.1811.32202.4710, Pengaruh Diklat, Integritas Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Balangan, Dibawah Bimbingan, Lanny Purnama Kosasi Dan Yudi Rahman, 2020. Tujuan yang ingin di capai penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh diklat kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh integritas terhadap kinerja pegawai, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh diklat, integritas dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis diantara variabel diklat, integritas dan disiplin kerja mana yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Balangan. Populasi dan sampel dari penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Balangan yang berjumlah 47 orang sedangkan untuk teknik pengolahan data menggunakan kuantitatif dengan aplikasi SPSS dengan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian pada pengujian hipotesis pertama diketahui variabel diklat kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, hasil pengujian hipotesis kedua variabel integritas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, hasil pengujian hipotesis ketiga variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, hasil pengujian hipotesis keempat variabel diklat integritas dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan hasil pengujian hipotesis kelima diketahui variabel integritas berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Balangan.Kata Kunci : Diklat, Integritas, Disiplin dan Kinerja
