Abstract

Entrepreneurial management process can be used as a medium of propaganda because it has some lofty goals in accordance with the values​/precious religion norms. This value is to improve the welfare of society, to make progress, to cultivate the spirit of attitudes, behaviors, reliable, superior, amanah, tabligh, and fatonah. Process toward the goal of entrepreneurial management can be carried out by Muslim entrepreneurs as a medium of propaganda, particularly through the planning of activities to include the fulfillment of religious obligations, recruitment, promotion and office, organizing, implementation to monitoring. Keywords: entrepreneurship, da’wa Proses manajemen kewirausahaan dapat dijadikan media dakwah karena memiliki beberapa tujuan mulia sesuai dengan nilai/norma-norma agama yang luhur. Nilai tersebut adalah meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, menghasilkan kemajuan, membudayakan semangat sikap, perilaku, handal, unggul, amanah, tabligh, dan fatonah. Proses menuju tujuan manajemen kewirausahaan tersebut dapat dilakukan oleh para pengusaha Muslim sebagai media dakwah, diantaranya melalui perencanaan kegiatan kegiatan dengan memasukkan pemenuhan kewajiaban agama, perekrutan anggota, kenaikan pangkat dan jabatan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan sampai dengan pengawasan.
