Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan kegiatan usaha yang dapat dilakukan oleh semua orang. UMKM Nuriza Snack merupakan salah satu bisnis yang bergerak di bidang makanan ringan “keripik” dengan berbagai macam pilihan rasa dan jenisnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana UMKM Nuriza Snack dapat meningkatkan brand awareness di sosial media dan loyalitas pelanggan. Metode ini dilakukan dengan cara membuat sosial media Facebook Page dan Instagram. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner yang telah disebarkan kepada pelanggan dan calon pelanggan Nuriza Snack di seluruh Kota Batam. Dari penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat keberhasilan dalam memasarkan produk Nuriza Snack melalui media sosial.

Washing hands has proven to be one of the most crucial ways of preventing diseases from entering our body, as it is an effort to kill the pathogenic microorganisms that come in contact with the body surface. However, due to its simplicity in doing, the behavior of proper hand washing has been ignored by many, leading to increased susceptibility of diseases, particularly of the gastrointestinal system, including diarrhea. This study is done to measure the knowledge of elementary and high school students of SD and SMP Advent Setiabudi on proper hand washing, including 13 participants, extracted from 195 students as population. It is done systematically utilizing the qualitative method. It is found that the knowledge of handwashing and its procedure have been introduced to most of the students yet some participants have been found to not apply the behavior of washing hands with soap which have been proven to kill more microorganisms than just flowing water without soap. It is concluded that the application of proper handwashing must be promoted more among the general population as knowing is not enough. The researchers then recommend for the healthcare and school personnel to hold community health educations as a contribution in raising the awareness which can raise the implementation of proper hand washing with soap in order to prevent diseases from happening.

A company is founded with the aim of increasing its value, as indicated by the share price. Complete and accurate information is needed for rational decision making to produce the desired results. Businesses can leak information that will increase their value to attract investors. As a result, businesses often release information they perceive as increasing their value, which can drive up their share price. This study aims to find out the effect of Intellectual Capital, Good Corporate Governance, and Corporate Social Responsibility on company value mediated by Profitability in real estate and property sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017 - 2022. The results show that Intellectual Capital (IC) has a negative effect on Company Value, and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) has no effect on Company Value. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has no effect on company value. Profitability has a positive effect on firm value. Intellectual Capital (IC) does not affect Profitability. Good Corporate Governance (GCG) harms profitability. Corporate Social Responsibility (ICSR) does not affect profitability. Profitability does not mediate the relationship between Intellectual Capital (IC) and Firm Value. Profitability does not mediate the relationship between Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Corporate Values. Profitability does not mediate the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Company Value.

This thesis is motivated by the number of competition among entrepreneurs, especially traders to attract consumers so that it can increase sales. And one way is to implement a marketing strategy. Marketing strategy must be done effectively so that sales can increase. Marketing activities geneally focus on products ,pricing ,distributed policies, and promotional ways in which this is known as the marketing mix . Marketing mix activity plays an important role for the survival of a company. Marketing strategy is choosing market, product, distribution and promotion; the most effective marketingstrategy is promotion, promotion through social media and radio; Vanhelenshop marketing strategy is seen from the perspective of Islamic already according to this matter seen from the products sold already halal, buyers can choose the product according to taste and in promotion is not exaggerate and does not cover product defect.

Technological progress is developing rapidly. Update the concept to Society 5.0, where people live side by side with technology. In addition to the internet that is present in life, transportation is one of the most important needs in everyday life. Public transportation is an alternative that is used by the community when the road conditions are overcrowded. Following technological advances, transportation has developed rapidly, so a new idea has emerged, known as online motorcycle taxis. The purpose of this paper is to determine the development of the online motorcycle taxi transportation industry in Indonesia. The development of the online motorcycle taxi transportation industry was investigated using the literature review method by conducting library research by reading various journals and other publications related to the research topic. The results of the discussion of this study indicate that online motorcycle taxi transportation in Indonesia is quite controversial in conventional transportation circles. However, apart from that, online motorcycle taxi transportation is in great demand by the public as an alternative transportation that is practical and efficient, and has a positive influence on the economy and social conditions in Indonesia.

Legal Aspects of Sharia Banking Legislation, Law Number 21 of 2008, in terms of judicial philosophy and Sociological basically a sense of Justice has addressed the needs of the Islamic Ummah as a consequence of legal pluralism live and grow in the dynamics of Indonesian society. While from the juridical formalistic approach through the legal umbrella Act No.3 of 2006 and Act No. 4 of 2004 its implementation requires a judge in creating and upholding justice, should know and understand the aspirations and values of living in society and orientation, which should put forward justice together with the orientation of legal certainty and expediency.

The purpose of this study was to find out the demand for Indonesian Islamic banks among UHAMKA students and to analyze customers' decisions in saving in Indonesian Sharia BANK. By using data Quantitative approach method. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study is 41 people. Determination of the sample is done by filling out the Google form link that has been distributed. The data analysis method uses the help of SPSS 22 software. Based on the results of our research that there is a connection with the customer's decision to open a BSI bank account that there is significant and the data that has been made valid.

Lansia umumnya mengalami banyak masalah biologis maupun psikologis. Terdapat sindrom pada lansia lemah. Sindrom lansia lemah dapat berpengaruh terhadap kualitas hidup lansia. Kualitas hidup merupakan suatu konsep yang sangat luas yang dipengaruhi oleh kondisi fisik individu, psikologis, tingkat kemandirian, serta hubungan individu dengan lingkungan. Metode: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi hubungan sindrom lansia lemah dengan kualitas hidup lansia. Desain penelitian ini deskriptif korelatif cross-sectional, dengan jumlah sampel 201 lansia yang dipilih menggunakan teknik proportionate random sampling.Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik spearman. Hasil: Ada hubungan sindrom lansia lemah dengan kualitas hidup lansia (p value 0,004). Diskusi: Salah satu cara meminimalisir munculnya penyakit-penyakit degeneratif pada lansia adalah dengan memotivasi agar lansia menjaga kesehatan fisik maupun psikologis supaya mempunyai kualitas hidup yang baik.

This research was conducted by students, this study aims to determine the effect of social media on consumer buying interest. This research was conducted using quantitative data, data collection in this study used a questionnaire containing 10 questions and was distributed to 41 respondents who had made a purchase at any online shop at least once. The results of the study show that there is a very strong and significant correlation between social media and consumer buying interest in college students. 97.6%. Respondents agree that online applications are very helpful in purchasing products. The reason is because it makes it easier for them to find goods without having to leave the house, just by using their cellphone and the online application, they can search for goods and buy them.
