Abstract

The development of karate in Indonesia has progressed, one of which is in Jepara Regency. Dojo Garuda is one of the clubs that provides guidance for karate achievements from an early age. Dojo Garuda is able to produce talented seeds who win many championships. The purpose of this study was to determine the coaching process carried out by the Garuda Dojo. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis in this study is data reduction, display data, and verification. The result of this research is athlete development starting from early childhood to high school level. The training program consists of training program phases, namely general and special preparation stages, pre-competition and competition stages, and running training according to the training program. The coach has a coaching license. The facilities and infrastructure that are owned are adequate, with the existence of their own training building and equipped with mattresses and other facilities to support the training. Good and active organizational structure. Funding from regular athlete fees and sponsorships. Achievements include regional to international levels. Awards for athletes from their respective athletes' schools as well as from the district government, the dojo have not yet given awards. The conclusion of this research is that the guidance has been good but the appreciation is still lackings.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the process of coaching and training program for badminton athletes at Bina Mutiara Brebes. The research method used descriptive qualitative. the research location was at Bina Mutiara Badminton Brebes Regency with data source in the form 1) person including: administrators, coaches, and athletes, 2) place: badminton court. Data collection technique using observation, interview and documentation. data analysis using reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. the reults showed: 1) financial support was not going well, 2) structured organization but less active in carrying out its duties, 3) performance development at Bina Mutiara Club had not been able to complete at the district level, 4) infrastructure was good, 5) the training technique at Bina Mutiara Club seen with the average value of basic skills test such as standing attitude in the very good category of 65,62% holding the racket by 46,78%, serving category by 40,62%, lob category by 46,87%, smash category by 56,25%, drop shot category by 40,62%, drive category by 34,37%, netting category by 40,62% and the footsteps category by 50%. The conclusion of this research was the process of coaching at Bina Mutiara Club was good enough for instratucture and training technique, but for financial support, organization, and performance development were still lacking and needed to be improve.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the obstacles of table official in the implementation of the Indonesian Basketball League Series I Semarang. The research used qualitative method through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were table official and several steering committees on duty at IBL. The data analysis technique used was data triangulation technique. Data analysis with data collection, reduction, and conclusion. The result of the research conducted showed that 1) the availability of equipment is good and has backup;2) there are obstacle for the shotclock operator to adjust in the match;3) several tools such as timers and buzzer do not have FIBA standard;4) the condition of the equipment is quite good;5) the function of the tool runs well;6) the tool can work in accordance with the procedure for using tools in FIBA regulation expect on the scoreboard;7) the desk clerk has not been given legality or a license to work;8) the condition before, during, and after match are in accordance with FIBA regulations;9) environmental conditions sush as spectators and weather can cause obstacles during the match. The results of the sudy indicate that there are several things that can hinder the application of table official equipment, table official and environmental conditions.

Abstract

Management at DPU Pati club is still not optimal due to the lack of human resourcesof the management, the lack of complete facilities and infrastructure due to the lackof budget funds, and the lack of training hours at the club so that it is still notoptimal in planning training programs. The purpose of this study was to determinethe mass, nursery, and achievements in coaching the achievements of volleyball inthe DPU Pati club in 2020. This type of qualitative research uses descriptivemethods. Data collection techniques using interviews, documentation, andobservation. The resource persons are 9 people consisting of 1 administrator, 2coaches, and 6 athletes. Checking the validity of the data used triangulation of dataand sources. The data analysis technique used includes data reduction, datapresentation, and verification. The results of the research obtained informationthat (1) the implementation of mass activities has been going well, because there isa strategy of practice which is carried out directly through championships once ayear and friendly matches, (2) the nursery has been going well, because there is atiered and open age grouping, (3) the achievement is quite good, because everytime he participates in the championship, DPU Pati Club always brings home thechampion, even though he has not been able to defend the first winner.

Abstract

The Indonesian Rock Climbing Federation (FPTI) Batang Regency is one of the parent rock climbing sports organizations in Batang Regency which was founded in 2004. The achievements of the FPTI Batang Regency Administration have been good so far with many fostered athletes who have won in various competitions starting from the Regional level. , National and International both juniors and seniors. The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the coaching of rock climbing sport achievement in Batang Regency in 2020. This type of research is qualitative with an ethnographic approach. Data collection techniques using interviews and observations. The subjects in this study were administrators, coaches, and athletes of the FPTI Batang Regency Office. Checking the validity of the data used data triangulation techniques. Data analysis activities include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study obtained information that the achievement development at FPTI Batang was already good. Pemassalan is carried out by means of direct and indirect interaction or through social media. The nurseries are carried out through a selection between clubs in Batang Regency. Human resources of Pengkab FPTI Batang are included in good criteria, trainers have National licenses, training programs at Pengkab FPTI Batang are in good criteria where the program is compiled periodically (training period), management has been running according to their respective duties and functions, facilities and infrastructure it's good enough but there are still flaws in the mattress. As well as funding obtained from koni and sponsors.
