Abstract

Based on the research background, the focus of the problem in the study is the Standardization Analysis of the Futsal Field in Kedungwuni District, Pekalongan Regency. The purpose of this research is to know the standard size, futsal field facilities in Kedungwuni Subdistrict, Pekalongan Regency. The method used in this research is a combination method. Combined method is a research method that combines quantitative methods and qualitative methods. The model in this study adopts a combination research method with a concurrent embeded model, in which qualitative research is the primary method and quantitative research methods are the secondary method. The subjects of this study were the owners / guards of the field and fusal players. The research data collection technique uses the method of observation, interviews, documentation, and the preparation of data collection tools. Data analysis techniques include: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification, data credibility testing. The results of the research carried out the percentage of field standards include: Annas Futsal 66.6%, Mercy Bless Futsal 61.1%, and HW Muhammadiyah Pekajangan Sport Center 50%. which is good enough. This explains that the size of the field and facilities in Kedungwuni Subdistrict, Pekalongan Regency are good enough and can be used. The conclusion from the analysis of Futsal field standards in Kedungwuni District, Pekalongan Regency is quite standard. Based on the research results and suggestions that the researcher can convey, namely paying more attention to field standards both size and dot mark, as well as maintenance of facilities for the convenience of visitors.

Advisor Aris Mulyono, S, Pd., M, Pd.Keywords: Management, Outbound,Taman Wisata Matahari Recently, the enthusiasm of the community, organizations and companies has been busy organizing recreational activities together as an effort to improve the performance and performance of their members or employees. One of them is an activity in the form of Outbound training. The development of the sports industry is currently very much in demand by private entrepreneurs, especially outbound. This Matahari Tourism Park is one of the tours with a concept of carrying outbound activities as a concept of recreation and education for the community. The problem of this research is how to implement the management function in the management of Taman Wisata Matahari in the presence of the same business competition in other places. Manager's leadership, outbound trainers and visitors. Data analysis uses focus data selection to answer the problem formulation (data reduction), which is arranged briefly (display data), and develops after being in the field (verification). The results showed that the planning function of the solar tourism park has its own vision and mission of the company which plans are long-term and short-term. Taman Wisata Matahari has an organizing line (leadership, staff, functional). The process of recruiting employees is always prioritized to support good and efficient organizational activities. The existence of good promotions, welfare, warning letters (SP) to dismissal if they do not comply with all existing regulations and retired employees who are always carried out by the Taman Wisata Matahari. Motivation for employees is carried out by HRD leaders to improve employee performance. Evaluating activities and employees is always the main thing to assess the performance of the system. Based on the above results it can be concluded that the management (planning, organizing, employees, motivation and supervision) at Taman Wisata Matahari has good and neat management. Management needs to carry out intensive supervision both in the office and in the field, this is to reduce the occurrence of errors in management implementation

Abstract

In basketball matches there are match devices that have the task of helping the game run smoothly. One of the match devices in basketball matches that has an important role is the official table. The purpose of this research is to find out the obstacles of table officers in the implementation of Basketball Central Java Student league matches and Special Region of yogyakarta conference season 7. The research method uses qualitative narrative design. The instruments used are observations, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were desk officers and steering commite on duty at LIMA. Data analysis techniques using data triangulation techniques. Analyze data by collecting data, reducing data, and presenting data, and drawing data conclusions.the results showed that 1) the availability of good tools and have a backup tool in case of errors in the tool;2) there are obstacles on the timer officer to adjust in the match;3) some tools such as scoreboard and buzzer do not have fiba standards;4) the condition of the tool is still good;5) the function of the tool runs well;6) the tool can work in accordance with the procedure of using the tool in FIBA regulations except scoreboard;7) environmental conditions such as spectators and weather can cause during a match;8) the table clerk has not been granted legality or license to serve;9) the conditions before, during, and after the match are in accordance with the rules written in fiba. From the results of the study showed some obstacles from equipment, desk officers and environmental conditions.

Abstract

Fokus kajian penelitian ini meliputi pengelolaan manajemen, pelaksanaan program pembinaan, atlet, pelatih, sarana, prasarana, dan prestasi. Tujuan peneliti untuk mengatahui manajemen pembinaan pada klub tersebut. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Sumber data penelitian adalah pengurus, pelatih, dan atlet Klub Mitra Kencana Semarang. Subyek dalam penelitian adalah 1 pengurus, 3 pelatih, dan 8 atlet Klub Mitra Kencana Semarang. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pengolahan manajemen dari berbagai aspek sudah sesuai dengan program kerja yang telah dibuat pada klub. Simpulannya klub ini terstruktur dengan baik dan memiliki prestasi yang baik. Saran yang diberikan yaitu: 1) Pengurus dan pelatih perlu adanya penambahan anggota, 2) Lebih diperketat dalam kedisiplinan atlet agar lebih bertanggungjawab dalam mengikuti program latihan yang diberikan oleh pelatih, 3) Pendanaan senantiasa menjalin kerjasama dengan pihak-pihak luar, 4) Program latihan disesuaikan dengan kondisi eksternal atlet, 5) Melengkapi kekurangan sarana dan prasarana seperti gedung olahraga, 6) Perlu peningkatan prestasi agar sampai tingkat nasional.

Abstract

The right to obtain the same education is owned by all individuals, therefore education is not only intended for normal children but also for children with special needs. In relation to physical education, children with special needs are also entitled to physical education learning like normal children in general, in a way that has been adapted to the conditions of each child with special needs. This study was structured with the aim of knowing the physical education learning process for children with special needs for mentally retarded children at SLB Negeri Cendono, Kudus Regency which includes the learning planning process, the learning implementation process, and the learning assessment process. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of this study are the learning planning process begins with making the syllabus and lesson plans, the learning implementation process is carried out in the classroom and in the field adjusted to the situation and conditions at the time of the learning implementation, the learning assessment process is carried out by looking at the affective, cognitive, and psychomotor aspects. The conclusion from the research on the adaptive physical education learning process for children with special needs at SLB Negeri Cendono, Kudus Regency is good.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of success of the product that has been developed in the form of learning media for self-defense activities through audio-visual for grade VII junior high school students. This research is a development research (R&D). This research procedure is carried out through the potential and problem stages, data collection, making initial product designs, validation of media experts and material experts. Furthermore, the product was tested on students and physical education teachers through small group trials, revisions, large group trials, and product revisions. The subject of the product trial was class VII SMP N 4 Wadaslintang. The test subjects were large groups of seventh grade students at MTS Kaligowong, and Islamic Middle School Wadaslintang. The results of material expert validation from the aspect of learning quality got a score of 21 "very good" categories, the content aspect got a score of 26 "very good" categories. Media expert validation data from the display aspect got a score of 33 categories of "very good" then the programming aspect got a score of 27 categories of "very good". Product trials by physical education experts from the aspect of material presentation got an average score of 25.5 in the "very good" category, and the media quality aspect got an average score of 15 in the "very good" category. The results of the trial use by students in the learning aspect mean a score of 10.6 in the "very good" category, the material aspect with an average score of 20.26 in the "very good" category, and the media aspect with an average score of 13.38 in the "very good" category. Based on the results of the research obtained, it can be concluded that the product of learning media for self-defense activities developed is suitable for use in the physical education learning process for class VII SMP.

Abstract

Abstrak Pembelajaran PJOK merupakan pembelajaran yang melibatkan aktivitas fisik, diharapkan dapat mempelajari tentang pengendalian fisik, mental, dan sosial. Pembelajaran PJOK di masa pandemi COVID-19 membuahkan kelebihan dan kekurangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran PJOK secara online/daring pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di SMP Negeri 1 Batang tahun 2020/2021. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan keadaan sebenarnya tentang proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran online/daring PJOK di masa pandemi COVID-19 di SMP Negeri 1 Batang. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Objek yang diteliti adalah bagaimana pelaksanaan pembelajaran PJOK pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di SMP Negeri 1 Batang tahun 2020/2021. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian ini berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini berupa reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran online/daring di SMP Negeri 1 Batang dilaksanakan sesuai dengan prosedur pembelajaran daring/online, dan tentu menimbulkan pengaruh positif dan negatif. Pengaruh yang bersifat negatif lebih banyak terlihat, khususnya dari sisi para peserta didik. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah pembelajaran PJOK secara daring di SMP Negeri 1 Batang yang tidak berjalan dengan efektif, dikarenakan lebih banyak pengaruh negatif yang muncul daripada pengaruh positif. Abstract Physical Education is learning that involves physical activity, to learn about physical, mental, and social. Physical Education learning during the COVID-19 pandemic has advantages and disadvantages. This study was conducted to determine the implementation of online Physical Education learning during the COVID-19 pandemic at SMP Negeri 1 Batang in 2020/2021. The purpose is to explain the actual situation regarding the process of implementing Physical Education learning during the COVID-19 pandemic at SMP Negeri 1 Batang. This research typeis descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The object is how the implementation of Physical Education learning during the COVID-19 pandemic at SMP Negeri 1 Batang in 2020/2021. The data sources are primary and secondary. The methods are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques are data reduction, presentation, and verification. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of online learning at SMP Negeri 1 Batang is carried out in accordance with online learning procedures, and of course it has positive and negative effects. Negative effects are more visible from the side of the students. The conclusion is online learning of Physical Education at SMP Negeri 1 Batang does not run effectively, because of more negative effects than positive one.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the availability and standardization of playgrounds/sports in public elementary schools throughout the Demak District, Demak Regency. This study uses a mixed research method (mix-method). The sample collection technique that will be used is Proportional Random Sampling. The sample to be studied in this study is a place to play/exercise in State Elementary Schools throughout the Demak District, Demak Regency, amounting to 6 State Elementary Schools. Collecting data using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research from the availability and standardization of playgrounds/sports that the availability in elementary schools throughout the Demak District, Demak Regency is good and standardization still has shortcomings where the results obtained in the field are not fully above the standard but there are some that are still below the standard. The conclusion from the research is the availability of public elementary schools in Demak District, Demak Regency in good condition and used properly. And the standardization of public elementary schools throughout the Demak District, Demak Regency is stated to still have shortcomings where the results obtained in the field are not fully above the standard, but there are some that are still below the standard.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the availability and feasibility of facilities and infrastructure in public high schools in Purworejo Regency. In this study using a method approach mixed, the subjects in this study were Physical Education teachers at SMA Negeri Purworejo, namely 11 teachers. The data was obtained from the process of questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. Then the data analysis technique using descriptive percentage and data reduction techniques. This study obtained results from physical education teachers in the form of: for the availability of facilities and infrastructure for SMA Negeri Purworejo, the category was very good with a percentage of 74.17%, sufficient category 8.88% and less category 16.94%. Then in terms of feasibility, the facility and infrastructure in each school are very decent, not damaged, far from danger, etc. The conclusion from this research is that the overall availability and feasibility of facilities and infrastructure in Purworejo Regency is very good and very feasible. Suggestions for Physical Education teachers to maintain and maximize existing facilities and infrastructure for better learning

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the parent management of the handball sports organization in the ABTI Regency of Kendal Regency in 2020. The approach in this study used a qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects are administrators and trainers. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Qualitative data analysis uses 3 stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research on the Main Management of the Handball Sports Branch in the ABTI Regency of Kendal Regency obtained data that in the first management function planning (planning) as a whole has not gone well because not all members know the vision, mission, and goals and there are still shortcomings in carrying out individual work. The second management function of organizing (organizing) its implementation has not gone well and needs to be improved again by increasing the number of administrators or coaches to support the smooth organization of handball sports in the ABTI Regency Kendal Regency. The third function is leadership (leading) in this case the implementation of the training program has not been going well and in accordance with the program that has been made. The fourth management function is the monitoring (controlling) of the Kendal Regency ABTI Regency organization that has not been running well, it needs to be improved again.
