Abstract

The integration of population data and information implies the unification of population data and information in a system, the system in question is an application developed by the Ministry of Home Affairs for all Regency/City Population and Civil Registration Offices. With this integration, public service units are no longer problematic because this integration will create a population database where each resident only has one population data. The use of data and information held by the Population and Civil Registration Office of Parepare City has not been implemented properly, where each existing public service unit has its own database. The purpose of this paper is that the existing data and information can be utilized by all service units in Parepare. The methodology used is Observation, Interview and Literature Study. From the results of the research conducted, it is known that the utilization of population data and information through the Population Administration Information System Application has not been implemented in the form of cooperation in the use of SIAK data and information.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the variable mutation and the provision of incentives partially and simultaneously affect the performance of the employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Pinrang Regency. The approach in this study is associative with the type and source of data used is quantitative data. In this study, the population was the employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department, totaling 73 people. then in this study used a sampling technique that is saturated sampling (census). This study uses data collection techniques of observation, questionnaires, documentation and studies). The data analysis technique used in this study used multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially Mutations (X1) and Incentives (X2) had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Pinrang Regency. Simultaneously, Mutations and Incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Pinrang Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the development of Safe Fast Credit (KCA) and Precious Metals Investment to improve profitability in 2017-2019. The analysis method used in this study is to use the profitability formula (net profit margin on sales, return on investment and return on equity).The Research results, show that net profit on sales in Safe Fast Credit (KCA) in 2017-2019 obtained a percentage yield of 32% and already met the standards industry/company measurement average while the distribution of Precious Metals in 2017-2019 obtained a percentage yield of 27% and already met the average industry/company measurement standards.Return on investment in 2017-2019 obtained a percentage yield of 59% and already met the industry/company measurement average standards.Return on equity in 2017-2019 obtained a percentage yield of 56% and already met the industry/company measurement average standards.From the three indicators the ratio are seen that the result can increase profit.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence brand equity and product decisions have on purchasing fiesta chicken nuggets at PT. Primafood International City of Parepare has. The analytical method used in this research is the method of observation, interviews, and questionnaires and the method of determining the sample using the Roscoe formula and obtained 30 totals. The analytical method used is the method of multiple linear analysis. The method of analysis used the SPSS 20 program. The results showed that there was an influence of product brand equity and purchasing decisions of Fiesta Chicken Nugget at PT. Primafood International City of Parepare. This is evidenced by the results of the calculated F statistic of 7.492 with a significance of 0.000. Because the significance value is less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). The results of the R2 determinant test in this study obtained the R2 determinant of 0.935, which means that the magnitude of the influence of Brand and Product Equity on Purchase Decisions is 93.5% and the remaining 6.5% is explained by other variables not included in this variable study

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of Retailing Mix indicators (products, prices, locations, services, promotions, and store atmosphere) on purchasing decisions at Alfamart in Jalan Andi Makkasu Pinrang Regency. This study takes the population as consumers who have made purchases at the mini-market Andi Makkasau. The sampling technique used in this study is accidental. Sampling with axial or accidental sampling technique is a technique of determining samples based on chance or anyone who meets with researchers can be used as a sample, and if the person encountered is seen as suitable as a source of data. This study was conducted from April to May 2020 using SPPS 2.1. The results showed that the product-free variables, prices, locations, services, promotions, and store atmosphere (simultaneously) had a positive and significant effect on the bound variables (purchasing decisions), this is evidenced by the results of statistics Fhitung of 119,389 results of determinant test R2 in this study obtained determinant value R2 of 0.889 which means explaining the magnitude of the influence of the product, price, location, service, Promotion, and Store Atmosphere towards Purchase Decision is 88.9% and the remaining 11.1% explained other variables.
